28/06/2025: Quiet aperitif in one of my favorite streets in Varese, near Piazza Giovine Italia. The service is fast and courteous. My aperol spritz was a bit limp, as if the prosecco or soda were out of steam - a shame. It happens to me very often, unfortunately. The London Mule, on the other hand, was good. The M platter was perfect for munching on something for two - let's say that for vegetarians/vegans/lactose intolerant people the offer is very limited... I would suggest diversifying the platters a bit more.

24/05/2025: Mi è capitato spesso di fermarmi a fare colazione .. ho sempre trovato le brioche molto buone.. in particolare quelle francesi davvero buonissime!.. ahimè però una mattina ho avuto la sorpresa che avevano cambiato fornitore!.. ho provato queste nuove brioche.. e onestamente non hanno nulla a che vedere con quelle di prima !.. non mi piacciono per nulla ! mi è dispiaciuto molto questo! perché purtroppo da quel momento non ci sono più tornata! peccato!

25/06/2025: A lucky find. If you are looking for a quality pizza that does not ferment in the stomach this is the right place. Friendliness and good food go hand in hand. I assure you that you will not regret it. I just moved to Somma and I have already found my favorite pizzeria ♥️ (I do not know the owner who I saw the two times I ate his pizza)

15/06/2025: Spectacular, the place is beautiful inside, really elegant and well furnished, the outside is enchanting and all the tables have a lake view, kind and professional staff, we ate two really delicious pizzas, full of toppings, crispy dough to perfection, we took a liter of house wine, two coffees, two bitters, total 50 euros. I have never spent so little to eat in such an enchanting place, next time I want to try the fish dishes, I saw on the menu that the prices are very reasonable considering the location and the fact that it will certainly all be quality stuff. After eating we took a nice walk along the lake full of benches and with a breathtaking view. A fantastic evening, from now on when I go out to eat I will only go to this place.

03/07/2025: We just stopped for a coffee and to buy a local amaro, the amaro tre fiori. Very friendly, clean and relaxing. I was very satisfied and happy with the purchase.

29/06/2025: We were warmly welcomed even though it was a very late hour. Kindness and availability towards us and our three children. Excellent food, the pasta with ragù and chianti was special, but the gnocco frutta was also very worth it. Very good price, the 5 of us spent less than a dinner in a pizzeria, but we didn't eat pizza. Sorry but I didn't have time to take photos with the full plates

26/06/2025: I didn't have a good time, we were sitting in a little street in the center where every now and then a car passed by and that's fine, but when the residents put out the recycling we had dinner next to some garbage bags....... as for the food, the ravioli filled with roast were dry and a little too salty, the pork morsels were quite good. The waitress left, we paid the bill to a lazy guy who didn't even ask us if we had enjoyed ourselves........ as far as I'm concerned I won't go back

20/06/2025: I can only recommend it to everyone! The service and the food were simply perfect. Our server spoke excellent German, which made things easier for us. We didn't have to wait long for our four pizzas, and they all arrived together, each one delicious.

16/06/2025: Really good Brioches and Croissants. Definitely recommended for a great breakfast.

14/06/2025: I often go to Pasticceria Chiara for breakfast and I couldn't be more satisfied. The brioches are always very fresh, soft and filled to perfection, every bite is a treat! The coffee is excellent and the atmosphere is quiet, ideal for starting the day well.

04/07/2025: Beautiful view of the lake. The rooms are clean and spacious. The service was very friendly, and the breakfast was also decent. We were very satisfied and had a wonderful time there. Staying with our dog was also no problem.

30/06/2025: Locanda Pozzetto welcomes you to a fantastic location, where the beauty of Lake Maggiore embraces you with a breathtaking view. Well-kept greenery and structure with generous furnishings and spaces. Restaurant with a good number of seats but not crowded, it is not clear why the attention of the staff is so unresponsive. I am certainly not in a hurry, but drinking on a particularly hot evening must be immediate and not prompted. Excellent presentation of the dishes, the menu should be expanded and enriched with courses with more personality and territorial attention. If a diner has not consumed a course at all, it must be spontaneous to ask yourself the reason, taking it away without saying a word, is not a good sign of attention. The subsequent courses were appreciated, the bill absolutely in line with the offer. In my opinion, given the potential of the location, an upgrade in service and culinary refinement, would make you willingly spend even a higher amount.

Stefano, I was very pleased to be your guest again when I was in Gallarate. I enjoyed your spaghetti cacio pepe again. Next time I'll write you an email in advance... so you can go shopping for non-alcoholic beer 😉🍻🍺

28/06/2025: Recommended by owner of I Fiori Di Malpensa B&B. Unrushed service. Lovely interior. Excellent food. House wine was very nice and the Campari Spritz was well balanced. Flavorful tuna steak with a beet root sauce and an authentic pizza with just the right amount of char to the very flavorful crust.
