In my opinion, it's a nice place, but the quality/price ratio is a bit unbalanced. It's okay for a beer or a sandwich. The supplements for the various types of bread/piadina are a bit excessive, however: €3 more for piadina instead of bread, or €5 for the special bread... and above all, they're not clearly highlighted on the digital menu (you have to click on the sandwich you choose and then find the option for the type of bread. Otherwise, the waitress will ask you which bread you prefer, but won't explain the supplements). €15 total for a sandwich is a bit too much 🤷🏻‍♀️

We often order from this place in the evening, and out of curiosity, I checked the Google reviews. Honestly, it's surprising to find so many (one star) for a place that always offers hot and generous sandwiches. One thing worth highlighting is the care taken with packaging: each sandwich is carefully packaged, well protected, and separated, and always arrives in perfect condition. This isn't as predictable as it seems. Sometimes might not be as successful, but judging everything based on a single incident while ignoring consistency over time isn't very fair. In our experience, quality and reliability are unmatched here. Keep up the good work.

Superb, the sandwiches are incredibly good, I take advantage of the opportunity to eat them with cured meats, which I don't usually buy. There are always seven rotating beers on tap, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They have an agreement with TheFork, which is an added bonus for me.

Tried the home delivery. Nice message on the outside bag. Sandwiches individually wrapped. The sandwiches were good, although I think they were a bit damaged from the trip. I think next time I'll go to the restaurant and try them myself.

Sandwiches with quality ingredients, a wide selection of beers, super friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is informal and makes for a great evening.

The owners are very kind and knowledgeable, you can see that there is a lot of effort in the place, the place is a bit old school, a style that I don't like but very nice, they have a good selection of beers and the drinks, even if they don't specialize in that, are of good quality, the only point I can make is the food, quite expensive and for what it is in essence it is not the best, for example I had a sandwich in a ciabatta with ham and some sauce and I paid about ten euros, it seems a bit exaggerated to me

Good sandwiches, but questionable value compared to other places in the area. The service is a bit too intrusive, although it's clear they're passionate about their work. I'll add this following your response: I may need to learn math, but you definitely need to learn manners. I gave my personal assessment (by the way, giving it a 4/5) objectively and without denigrating anyone. My response: "Learn math and order on Deliveroo." 😂 At this point, before worrying about the quality of the sandwiches, you might want to consider enrolling in a behavioral course on managing frustration.
