I tried this restaurant for the first time today with my husband. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent food, the perfectly proportioned dishes, and the truly tasty service. The chef and hostess were friendly, and the waiter was friendly. I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent dinner, with a traditional menu:
The tagliatelle with hare ragù were delicious, as were the wild boar with polenta and the suckling pig.
Very friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere; highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

Le Ruote is one of those places that "resembles the old days." It's a real shame to think that places like this are disappearing. Seeing it half-empty on a Saturday night makes you reflect on the times we live in: while many all-you-can-eat restaurants are packed, authentic places like this risk going unnoticed.
The menu is spoken to you based on the day's availability: it might seem disconcerting at first because you don't have immediate control over the prices, and this could be perceived as a slight limitation. But then comes the surprise: house appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, water, and wine for just €40. You almost feel guilty about how little you're spending for the quality.
The quality is top-notch, with handmade products, starting with the pasta: tagliatelle and pappardelle with a truly fantastic texture.

This was our first visit to this trattoria-style restaurant, which offers service directly from the chef and owner, Vittorio. We started with two platters of lard, pancetta, salami, and coppa; the plates included a mix of pickled vegetables, a basket of bread, a plate of sliced focaccia, and a basket of tangerines. The same went for the first courses. We opted for pappardelle with hare sauce and tagliatelle with truffle. For the second courses, the same procedure was followed: suckling pig and sliced beef with roast potatoes and chicory.
For dessert, we chose a cherry jam tart and a Bavarian cream with berry cream.
A welcoming, warm, and rustic location.
I highly recommend it!
