27/06/2025: Back from vacation we still wanted a nice dinner before going back, pleasant surprise! Very kind and attentive staff, really good food. We will definitely be back

22/06/2025: Normal pizza. Slow service and there were few people. 25 minutes sitting without being asked for a drink. Nice outdoor space but uncomfortable because as soon as it gets dark mosquitoes and other insects start arriving near the food.

12/07/2025: Probably few people know how to eat a properly made Neapolitan pizza, which is why this pizza is so renowned in Varese. Unfortunately, it doesn't live up to expectations: one pizza is square, the other oval, the toppings only in the center of the Margherita (this happens when you put it on the peel and don't re-arrange the toppings; it's a mistake due to haste), the dough doesn't develop well, the crust is uneven, the inside is sometimes raw (you could make a ball with the crumb of the crust), the center of the pizza is so thin it's nonexistent. It's a shame because I think they have the potential to do better, but perhaps they're content with the reputation they've already earned.

11/06/2025: What an amazing experience! My friends and I couldn’t have asked for a better place, food, and service on a cold, snowy day. We arrived just as they were opening and left as they were packing up. The staff was attentive and caring, making sure we had everything we needed (including a nice crackling fire). The food was so good that I only managed to take two pictures, we were too caught up in the moment to properly document every plate. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and look forward to coming back!

07/07/2025: We happened to be there and wanted to see if they had any vegan options. And we were pleasantly surprised! Two vegan pizzas and even matching desserts. The food and service were excellent, and the value for money was right. We'll definitely go back.

03/07/2025: We're currently on vacation in Brezzo di Bedero. We've eaten here twice now, and it was fantastic. The salmon and fish were excellently prepared, not overcooked. The tiramisu was divine. The staff is super friendly and unique. Another thing worth mentioning: it's not a tourist restaurant; you're great among the locals here. :-) If you don't speak Italian, English is fine. The dishes are also described in English. We highly recommend this restaurant. :-) Excellent value for money.

16/06/2025: As for the pizza, in my case a quattro stagioni, I found it much improved compared to 2-3 years ago, and it is very digestible, and has all the ingredients of excellent quality. Very good. I also tried a Fassona cut, of good quality, but very hard and difficult to chew. I didn't like it. And then also a arrosticino, well... even this meat, although of quality, was rubbery and difficult to chew. The service on the other hand is excellent, and also the kindness of the waiters. The environment outside is beautiful, but also very nice inside. Finally, I absolutely recommend this place for a pizza, but not so much for the meat.

18/07/2025: 2 palline perché 1 non lo conferisco a nessuno!!! Pizza buonissima, sia l’impasto che la farcitura! Fine delle cose belle! Servizio pessimo. Approssimativo. Venerdì sera, oltre un’ora per ricevere 4 pizze. Fortuna che avevamo ordinato due porzioni di patatine. Finiamo la pizza e i camerieri giravano per i tavoli ad apparecchiare i posti vuoti… Alla fine ci siamo alzati senza bene un caffè o un dolce… Seduti alle 20:30 usciti alle 22:30… 4 pizze 4 birre medie 1 birra analcolica 1 bottiglia d’acqua 23,37 a testa… Sì perché i 37 centesimi li hanno chiesti e contati a tutti! Credo che non mi vedranno più. Peccato perché la pizza era effettivamente buona

19/06/2025: The food was delicious and a high variety of dishes were in the menu. The price was correct, given what we ordered (aperol spritz, starter, main dish, wine). But the service was average. The waitress who served us, was not very pleasant. Starters arrived quickly after we had our aperol spritz and main dishes come, while we still have our starter empty plates…

28/06/2025: Many, many years ago in Milan there was only one pizza by the slice. Snacks. It was very good and very well known. Yours too!

02/06/2025: Not an interesting building with a tiny parking lot, but the interior is old and elegant. Three appetizers, two first courses, a second course, two desserts, water and two drinks, about €40 per person. Everything was very good, my gnocchi with parmesan cream and truffle flakes were worth the visit alone. Too bad we were all practically teetotalers, because the sommelier has certifications hanging everywhere. The place is a bit cold, I recommend a sweater.

19/01/2025: Local near the lake shore with beautiful views. It has both an internal part and an outdoor area. The dishes are plentiful, well prepared and tasty. the staff is helpful and smiling. Sometimes the service could be more attentive. Overall the experience at this restaurant was positive.
