01/05/2026: Very good pizza, helpful and friendly staff, cozy and relaxing atmosphere. A selection of bottled beers would be greatly appreciated; the draft beer isn't up to par with everything else. Lots of pizzas to choose from.

30/04/2026: Excellent gluten-free pizzas in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Excellent sandwiches and fried gnocchi, too. Delicious homemade desserts. But the best is the pistachio cheesecake 🤩😍🤩 I'm a regular here now, so I advise you not to ask for lemon in your Coke; they almost never serve it 🫠😅🤣😂🤣

12/04/2026: An excellent little restaurant in the center of Gallarate. The exposed brick walls and wine bottles lining the walls create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers the right dishes with seasonal variations, and the entrees are truly remarkable. Among the appetizers, the nervetti salad is definitely worth a mention, melting in your mouth like butter. The risottos (we tried with asparagus and pumpkin) are perfectly cooked and creamed, bringing out the flavors beautifully. The same goes for the pasta dishes (with duck ragù, peas, and pancetta), which are generous and very rich, and truly excellent. Their desserts are also exquisite. Plus, they have an incredible wine selection and a very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend it and, most importantly, I'll definitely be back.

13/02/2026: We had lunch here today and I absolutely recommend the licorice risotto, which is truly excellent! Kudos to the quality and professionalism of the staff; we were greeted by a very kind young lady. I've been wanting to have lunch here for a while, and I have to say it's worth it, and we'll definitely be back. Thank you for giving us such a great experience.

18/04/2026: A charming, homey restaurant in Sant'Ambrogio di Varese, certainly one of the most popular. It's very small and intimate inside, the food is good, but the prices are significantly above average. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking isn't easy.

29/03/2026: I booked today, Sunday, for lunch at this place recommended by a colleague, but unfortunately I never arrived due to personal issues. I called back saying we were a little late, and then unfortunately I had to cancel. Even though I didn't have lunch, they already won everything for me. The girl who answered me was very understanding and said goodbye, wishing me "see you next time." I want to point out that there were already 12 people. 45. I sincerely hope that the table intended for us has been taken by other customers. Thank you so much and CONGRATULATIONS! We'll definitely see you next time, and sorry again.

From the first contact, the staff proved extremely helpful, attentive, and professional. They allowed me to set up the confetti table the night before and carefully guided us through the event organization. On the day of the party, everything was flawless: the welcoming atmosphere created a warm, family-like atmosphere, ideal for such a special occasion. The lunch was excellent: they helped and advised me in choosing the menu, featuring delicious dishes, high-quality ingredients, and authentic flavors that won over all our guests, both adults and children. The service was equally impeccable, always present but never intrusive, with great attention to everyone's needs. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making this important day for our family truly unforgettable. We highly recommend La Campagnola to anyone who wants to celebrate a special moment in a place where professionalism, quality, and passion meet.

01/03/2026: I had a fantastic mixed paella, and I saw that other very inviting dishes were going around, such as fried gnocco with cured meats, mixed fried fish and a notable variety of dishes between first and second courses, etc. Added value is the price of the courses: affordable for everyone 😁

The restaurant, with its friendly and informal service, boasts the best view of the eastern shore of the lake: highly recommended! 14/10/2025: Motorcycle ride. Stopped for pizza. Lovely place with tables right on the lake. Excellent pizza, great atmosphere, and impeccable service.

06/06/2026: I can only speak for the pizza; I really liked it. The place is nice, but the location isn't the best; it's right next to the highway, but it also has a nice exterior. The staff is friendly and attentive, the prices are reasonable and excellent, a good place to eat.

30/05/2026: Actually a great restaurant, good service and very tasty food. We ate there twice, once with Italian friends, and the dessert cost double the price on that evening compared to the evening with the Italians (dessert wasn't on the regular menu). This raises the question of tourist traps, which one wouldn't normally expect from a restaurant like this. Hence the point deduction. Otherwise, it's highly recommended.
