31/03/2024: It's not the first time I've had lunch in this restaurant, and I'm sorry to have to note a significant deterioration: 1- In the quality of the dishes. I ate the paccheri stuffed with creamed cod and they were sticky and difficult to eat, the filling wasn't that great, perhaps with the addition of the potato which certainly increases the filling but dampens the flavors significantly, in short it disappointed my expectations. The second course was fish, a sea bass, ordinary. The dessert, a tartlet with goat's ricotta and candied fruit. The shortcrust pastry was hard, difficult to cut, a crispy wafer would have been better, terrible. - Service, they brought us dirty cutlery and after asking for a change, they forgot and we had to ask. Table of 8, only one small basket with bread, we asked for a second basket, they forgot, we had to ask. Last but not least, they completely missed our coffees. We pressed and they told us they were queuing, after 15 minutes, we pressed and they told us the coffee machine had a problem. By now we were the only ones left in the place, the waiters were cleaning the nearby tables regardless of our wait. Two guests at our table had to leave so they didn't drink it. After another reminder and another 15 minutes, they brought them to us saying that they were free, too bad we had already paid for them at the register. We entered at 1pm and left at 4.30pm. You certainly shouldn't eat in a rush, on the contrary, but you shouldn't keep customers hostage with endless waits between one course and another. In short, I'm sorry but the disappointment is huge. The price is absolutely excessive for the quality of the food and the service. I will no longer book at Passerotto for any occasion.

03/04/2024: What a lovely little gem we discovered today, after a visit to the radiology department we stopped for a quick coffee and we’re pleasantly surprised when we were offered their home made speciality of strudel jam stuffed into their croissant. It was delicious and the coffee too. Also very convenient with paid parking right in front.

10/03/2024: Famous Sicilian pastry shop in Saronno! They have finally opened the new location, with the possibility of sitting down for breakfast, they have pastries, croissants and savory things, everything one could want. We went for breakfast one morning and were really happy. The crazy brioches, huge and full of cream, even the savory ones were delicious. We also tasted the pastry and it was fantastic, in particular the single portion with chocolate and caramel, which I liked so much that I requested it in cake format for my birthday (lactose-free) They also make hot and cold drinks. There are few places, so you may have to wait a moment to sit down. The only flaw: the payment, you have to put the money in this machine which slows down the process a lot.

07/10/2023: Cocktail bar molto curato nei dettagli, prezzi onesti e adeguati a quanto offerto, lista di cocktail ricercati e personalizzati che propone anche i grandi classici, insieme al bere arriva un piccolo tagliere di stuzzicherie apprezzatissimo. Proprietari molto gentili,simpatici e disponibili.

28/03/2024: In the center of Saronno, warm and welcoming atmosphere of the trattorias of the past. Excellent food without too many frills. The risottos will make you cry with how good they are! Cellar not very large but of quality. Being a small place, when it's full it takes a little patience. The work menu is highly recommended for lunch.

29/03/2024: Nice place, young and friendly staff, very good pizzas. It's a shame that the price doesn't correspond to the one on the menu which is already expensive for the type of pizza (€14 for the one with prawns, instead of €15 as per the receipt). Not a smart move because I would have gladly returned.

25/03/2024: I had lunch here on my lunch break to try a different place than the one I usually go to. Traditional and quiet restaurant suitable for workers. The environment was a bit small for the number of people present when I arrived and the wait staff was very busy taking orders, cashiering and service. All this makes the wait a little longer. However, the commitment of those who work in the dining room is commendable. Suitable for those who do not have tight deadlines to return to work.

25/03/2024: Very kind waitress, low prices and good pizza, but if you have allergies or intolerances pay attention to the family cuisine... I took the ricotta and spinach ravioli as I am a vegetarian and mixed with them there were meat ravioli not written on the menu. Listen to me!

03/04/2024: Excellent pizza, kind and very helpful people. Also a good selection of beers. Place for both families and an evening with friends. Classic prices, nothing too different from other places. Private parking is not excessively large, during special evenings you should arrive early, however I highly recommend always booking, the place fills up easily and quickly.

15/03/2024: Nice place but poor service. There was a girl who looks like a half naked South American I think, very arrogant, rude and unprofessional, the rest.... promoted.

Mediterranean cuisine, with evident Sicilian inspiration, locations with stylistic choices that are never banal and constantly aligned with the style expressed by the owners. Finally in Saronno a unique environment that winks at Manhattan. Fiorentina TOP LEVEL!

06/04/2024: We had lunch with some friends. Friendly and punctual service, with the exception of the steak for me which they had forgotten. Good quality. Generous portions. I don't know the size of the bill.
