03/09/2025: Excellent pizza, friendly and helpful. I arrived at closing time in the evening, and wanted to take out so as not to disturb anyone further, but in the end they let me have dinner there, and even offered me dessert without me asking for anything 🤙🏻

23/08/2025: Delightful. Decidedly out of the way of the city, but very unique and away from the chaos. The parking lot is on a small dirt road and inevitably cramped: from there to the hotel there are a few dozen meters, so it's best to avoid heavy suitcases. The building, on the other hand, is a gem, perfectly maintained. The room is spacious, furnished with simplicity and taste. The bathroom, or rather the fixtures, are more complicated: 'thin' to say the least. The restaurant overlooking the valley is tempting: personally, I was unlucky with the limited availability of dishes and desserts. I'm relaxed, with a full breakfast.

03/09/2025: Hello, We are currently at the hotel. Great location, extraordinary view, exceptional and wonderfully maintained gardens.... however this hotel has a renowned restaurant and this evening it was impossible to park our car. Everything was full with the restaurant, unacceptable...... This afternoon I asked for 1 glass of wine for the room, impossible because there is no bar. Everything is reserved for the restaurant. The person kindly offered to bring it to me outside the restaurant.... I am still waiting. Let's not talk about the breakfast, white and gray sandwich bread, small croissant, yogurt and scrambled eggs (very good by the way) but all this is not worthy of a hotel with such a reputation for its restaurant. Mixed results for this hotel which could nevertheless excel if less focused on its restaurant.

19/08/2025: A family with two children stood outside looking at the menu and decided to go in. The restaurant was empty, with two tables already served. The waiter or owner rudely told us, looking at the children, that it was full. We tried to ask him where to go, but there was no way. The other diners looked at us strangely, as if they didn't understand anything... Very poor service.

13/08/2025: The couple owns the business, old-school but with a passion for their business and their cuisine. Only fresh, local products are used.

07/09/2025: Capri Restaurant and Pizzeria: here you feel at home! 🏠 Even when all the tables are full, you're greeted with a smile and served with kindness and speed. The food? Authentic, delicious, and unfussy, just like what you'd cook at home. 🍕 And then there's Gino... a fixture, a member of the family for the locals! His name is Capri, but if you listen carefully, you can hear Busto Arsizio: the heart, warmth, and flavors of our city in a single dish.

29/06/2025: We were warmly welcomed even though it was a very late hour. Kindness and availability towards us and our three children. Excellent food, the pasta with ragù and chianti was special, but the gnocco frutta was also very worth it. Very good price, the 5 of us spent less than a dinner in a pizzeria, but we didn't eat pizza. Sorry but I didn't have time to take photos with the full plates

26/06/2025: I didn't have a good time, we were sitting in a little street in the center where every now and then a car passed by and that's fine, but when the residents put out the recycling we had dinner next to some garbage bags....... as for the food, the ravioli filled with roast were dry and a little too salty, the pork morsels were quite good. The waitress left, we paid the bill to a lazy guy who didn't even ask us if we had enjoyed ourselves........ as far as I'm concerned I won't go back

13/07/2025: Sono stata con i miei familiari per la terza volta al Molino del Torchio, in mezzo alla natura a Cuasso al piano. Servizio accurato, personale gentile e buona scelta di piatti. C'è il menù degustazione a 39,00€ oppure alla carta . Io mi sono trovata bene con il primo: antipasto di salumi più patè , ravioli ( un po' al dente) con formaggio di capra e pomodorini, pesce persico con songino e sorbetto al mandarino. Gli altri hanno provato fiori di zucca con pesce, risotto, tortino, poi anche anatra arrosto e vari tipi di dolci, tutto buono. Caffè, buon vino ed acqua a un prezzo giusto.

01/06/2025: Sono stato ieri sera 31.05.2025 al Ristorante Mulino del torchio. Ristorante immerso nel verde una vera chicca. Siamo stati accolti da una bellissima atmosfera romantica e raffinata. Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene ,personale accogliente e preparato .

15/08/2025: Fast service and excellent food. I brought two friends visiting from abroad, and they were impressed by the speed, affordable prices, and quality of the ingredients. (This review refers to the old management. I haven't been back since the new management took over in 2025.)

06/09/2025: The service was only moderately friendly. The mushrooms in the pizza (calzone) were obviously canned. I don't know if that's common in Italy, but I would have expected fresh mushrooms. The service charge was reasonable, and the atmosphere with the racing bikes was great.

01/09/2025: A historic pizzeria and restaurant in Laveno Mombello, beautifully family-run. Excellent food and service.

24/08/2025: The wait was a bit long, but we appreciated that the four courses (2 pizzas + 2 main courses) arrived together, so kudos to the management. The desserts were more than satisfying. Service was good, but a bit rushed at the end of the meal to allow time for the tables to be set up for the second sitting. Beautiful, quiet, and private location.

23/08/2025: Almost on Lake Lugano. The promenade is in between. 2 euros for a cover charge. Service was very attentive, though. The Quattro Stagionne pizza was very good!
