25/05/2026: Excellent restaurant for the freshness of the food, the simplicity of the cooking (I'm especially referring to the grilled fish), the wonderful location on the Strait of Lavena, and the courtesy of the staff.
The last time I tried the French fries: out of this world! Prices are reasonable for the location. Thank you!

05/05/2026: It was my first time at this restaurant, and I was truly impressed. It's one of those places that, once you discover it, you know you'll never want to go back.
The food is truly excellent: every dish exudes care, passion, and a quality that is clearly evident from the first bite. From the simplest ingredients, like oil and pasta, to the most elaborate preparations, you can taste that everything is chosen with great care.
We tried several dishes, and I can say that everything was excellent: the seafood pasta was delicious, as was the tartare and the octopus salad, truly fresh and flavorful. Every course was a pleasant surprise.
Another great strength is definitely the staff: kind, welcoming, and very attentive. The owner also stands out for his friendliness and the care he devotes to his guests, making you feel truly welcome.
Unfortunately, I didn't have room for dessert, but those who were with me tried it and raved about it... so that's already a perfect excuse to return!
I can only compliment this place and recommend it to everyone.

12/05/2026: Mother's Day, seated at 1 pm and after several complaints, the wait for one dish was a good 1 hour and 30 minutes. Not just us, but the entire dining room. The waiter justified himself by saying "upstairs they have 150 seats." Fine, if you can't manage the number of seats you have, increase the staff or reduce the number of seats. And it's not the first time this has happened. When paying (101.50), not even the decency to apologize or offer a small discount. Never again. Otherwise, the pizza is acceptable.
14/03/2026: I've been a customer of the Carillon restaurant for years: I've always had a good experience and the food has always been excellent. The customer service was once top-notch, as was the quality of the food.
After a few years away, we returned in November 2025 for a family birthday dinner, but unfortunately, we found the place completely changed, and not for the better. Even though we were a large group of people intending to order dishes from the restaurant, we were seated in the pizzeria. The restaurant is divided into two rooms: a more elegant one dedicated to the kitchen and one for pizza.
The room we were seated in was cold, to the point of almost having to eat in our jackets, aesthetically unkempt, and the service was decidedly poor.
We had hoped to at least rediscover the quality of the cuisine we remembered, but unfortunately, even that has significantly deteriorated.
What a shame. A restaurant that I once considered a reference point has now become a place I can no longer recommend.

May Google remove it, if it doesn't serve food, a restaurant! Too bad it's near the Carde!!! To be removed! Can someone explain to me a restaurant that doesn't serve food? As a last review! Cisa is it?

20/11/2024: Sono un cliente abituale di questo ristorante, questa volta ho provato il risotto allo zafferano ed era veramente buono.
Peccato per il fatto che se una persona al tavolo fa la formula all you can eat, anche gli altri sono obbligati a farla…
Per il resto, tutto okay come al solito 👍
