07/05/2026: Two seats reserved for 1:00 PM. No one paid any attention to us at the entrance; a lady was taking orders at the tables in the first room. After a while, a young woman (waitress) welcomed us and had us sit in the second room at a table for four. After about ten minutes, the same waitress directed two other men to sit at the other two seats at our table. To our embarrassment, and theirs, they didn't even sit and perhaps went to the tables outside. After a while, five more people arrived and were seated at the third and last table in the room. Only at 1:35 PM (we had decided to memorize the times) did the lady arrive to take the orders. There was no menu (so we knew nothing about the ingredients and allergens, much less the prices), so the lady listed the dishes and offered any explanations. To our surprise, the lady didn't start at our table but at the table of the newcomers. From the conversation she struck up, it was clear she already knew them. I want to protest right away, but I avoid it. I think I'll point it out to her before leaving. She finally takes our order, and it's now 1:45 PM. The waitress arrives almost immediately and, naturally, begins serving the other table. The labeled glass bottle of water she brings us is open and without a cap. At 2 PM, the first course arrives. From then on, everything proceeds at the slow pace of the kitchen, but always after the others. At 3:07 PM, we get up to pay and find the lady talking to the person she knows at the other table. She's also preparing something for him, perhaps some sorbets, and we're not noticed. Many minutes pass without anyone saying anything to us, and I have time to look around the corner of the table several times. Packages of pasta, cans, jars of pickles, some partially emptied, snacks, chips, and many bottles of wine on the top shelf. I also notice, on the small counter in the inn, three containers of desserts missing the serving portions. They're piled up between the scales and other packages. Perhaps they should have been in the refrigerator or on a kitchen counter. At 3:15 PM, the lady approaches us, saying that the gentleman (an acquaintance of hers) had priority in paying. We respond in kind, stating that we, too, had arrived first at the table, and finally paid; it was 3:16 PM (deducted from the receipt). The bill appears to be in line with the dishes consumed, which, however, aren't listed on the receipt. Whether it's an act of dishonesty or something else, be the judge.

04/05/2026: I've been here before and had a great time, but this time it was even better. The dishes were unique, traditional yet reinterpreted. There were about ten of us, and everyone was very satisfied!

06/06/2026: A beautiful, welcoming place with good food. Michele makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend it. The wait for a table varies depending on whether you have a reservation or not.

17/05/2026: Found it by chance, booked last minute, great place. Delicious food and impeccable service. I'll definitely be back.
