19/03/2024: We went to Acquerello on Sunday having received a gift. Let me start by saying that we like to try starred and refined cuisines but we are not experts or technicians, just gourmets. It was a really pleasant experience. The dining room staff is well trained, friendly and at ease despite their young age. The Chef often stops by the room. The food is the result of a great experience, it is rich in different flavors and ingredients, all well calibrated. The mix between Varese and Asian cuisine is balanced in an interesting way. This food moved me. It is located inside a small courtyard, which provides privacy and refinement. Maybe I was impressed because I didn't know there was such a good restaurant close to home. Well done, hope to return soon!

01/02/2024: Excellent! The dishes are excellent, characterized by a rich but always balanced taste, great research into ingredients and perfect execution. Very interesting oriental influence. The bakery is also excellent, the wines are very well selected. The service was good, the room was so-so. Price a little high perhaps, but it is not a restaurant for those who don't understand what they are eating.

18/03/2024: It's not the first time I've been to this place, and despite myself I have to say that the problems remain. Unlike when the place was managed by the late Alfredo, now TOO OFTEN the service staff (especially the blonde lady in her 50s) is not only unwelcoming, but bordering on rude. Furthermore, the costs are very high, especially if you consider that at least a good half of the beers are self-produced, thus skipping all the wholesale and distribution costs. There are many other places in the city that are decidedly more interesting than this hamlet, which have similar prices but where you are not treated as if you were there to annoy you. EDIT: the answer below only confirms what has been indicated. I know both the family who works there and where they get their beers made (which are obviously not 100% of the menu). Avoid clownish answers and change jobs, dealing with people is not your thing (and it can be seen clearly from how the customers disappeared when you arrived!).

12/02/2024: Good! We've all had doner kebabs around. Some we really liked, others left us dissatisfied. I have always been very satisfied here! Plus the fries are crunchy and not mushy as often happens in other places. 🥙🍟👍🏻😋
