09/11/2025: Alessandra served me an excellent ice cream, she was very kind, professional and careful to the customer's needs.
The only thing I noticed while sitting on the benches in front of the store to enjoy my ice cream were the other two young colleagues playing with chocolates. In my opinion not professional at all.

12/10/2025: A refuge above Luino, beneath Mount Lema, with an exceptional panoramic view. The refuge offers simple, home-style, local cuisine. Prices aren't cheap, but it's important to keep this place open, as it's mostly open on weekends.
A suggestion: a few lounge chairs to enjoy while relaxing.

14/12/2025: We had dinner at Osteria Dama with 14 friends, including small children and babies, and we had a wonderful time. The meat was excellent and of the highest quality, as were the other dishes.
The staff was incredibly professional, patient, and attentive to our needs, especially those of the children. A truly positive experience, highly recommended!
14/12/2025: Spectacular. The only flaw is the downstairs room, which has poor lighting, echoing sound, and cold air coming down the stairs. We'll definitely be back!

26/10/2025: I'm sorry, but after returning after a while and giving it another try (having frequented it over the years), the restaurant's standard has dropped! From the dining room staff having to go to the kitchen for every question, to the dessert menu listings on a piece of paper kept in their apron pocket, to the rush to clear the table and take away the glass of wine just poured, to the chef's unhelpfulness. When I asked for a risotto without fish (as per the menu), he replied that it was crowded and no changes could be made, but the dining room wasn't at all full! Good luck!
16/10/2025: The porcini mushroom menu is a real joke. There are basically only two forkfuls of tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, which are advertised as being very different. The website shows a menu that is not the same as the real one. I've been to this restaurant 2/3 times, thinking something had changed... but I always find something wrong. For a beautiful place, the management leaves something to be desired, a lot of smoke...

08/12/2025: We stopped for a break after visiting the Sacro Monte. We didn't have dinner, but we did have hot chocolate with cream and apricot and hazelnut tart. Everything was delicious, and the staff, even though it was close to closing time, were very kind and helpful!
