A wonderful experience combining ancient flavors with innovation. Ma. Ri. Na, three names that have made this Michelin-starred restaurant a place to enjoy innovative raw and cooked fish for 27 years. Seven dishes with quality, taste, flavor, and innovation. Owner Giorgio continues to pass on the tradition and innovation of his predecessors. The staff is competent, and Sommelier Andrea is highly skilled in recommending the
right wine for every dish. I highly recommend this tasteful, quality experience.

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of dining at Ma.ri.na for her birthday. We chose the "Our Story" tasting menu, and it was incredible. The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff almost surpassed the quality of the food; we were pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended!

A Michelin-starred restaurant with refined cuisine and a classy atmosphere. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The seafood cuisine is focused on presentation and sophisticated combinations. We visited on Valentine's Day 2026. The menu cost €140 per person, plus drinks and coffee with pastries. The final price for two people was €340.
Overall, a positive and pleasant experience. Special mention also goes to a unique, revisited version of carasau bread. Shaped like a folded lettuce leaf, it has a browned appearance and a thickness more similar to the texture of a crispy, thin flatbread. So good it's addictive.

I returned to Marina's with great curiosity and the critical eye of someone who truly loves fine dining and wine. The restaurant maintains a classic and refined elegance, with attentive and courteous service. The cuisine is of the highest quality, with excellent ingredients and balanced dishes.
The real difference, however, is the sommelier. Finally, a modern and knowledgeable figure, with a fluid approach, precise but never burdensome terminology, dynamic, and always smiling. The confident and natural service is striking, an expression of concrete and contemporary expertise. He manages to rejuvenate the restaurant's image, making it more appealing to a younger audience, without distorting its identity.
He was able to interpret our tastes with skill and sensitivity. We will definitely return for everything, but especially to seek his advice again.

We went to Marina's after a long time and it was a great experience. As always, you can see the high quality of the ingredients firsthand. Every dish was a discovery, each one better than the last. It's amazing how a historic restaurant manages to constantly renew itself and make itself contemporary and beyond. Perfect service! They always make you feel at home! Everyone is great. We'll definitely be back.

In the northwest area of Milan, there are many truly interesting options for a delightful evening at the table. Our latest discovery takes us to Olgiate Olona, to the Ma.Ri.Na restaurant, which is certainly no stranger to these parts, boasting over 50 high-end restaurants. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, and the staff has the perfect timing and manner to make guests feel at ease in an extremely relaxing setting. We opt for the "Timeless" menu, a menu featuring delicious welcomes from the chef, six savory courses, and one sweet one. It's a fantastic experience, accompanied by the expert and passionate commentary of maître d' Giorgio and Barbara, who are always present without ever being intrusive.
Every dish is a wow: high-quality ingredients, harmoniously paired with perfect results. And with a balance of flavors that's anything but predictable. One example: risotto, sour butter, red tuna heart, mushroom stock. Another example: black cod, creamed grilled cauliflower, spiced broth. The two highlights of a dinner that has nothing to envy of the Michelin-starred ones. Speaking of which: the return of the star—which was removed in 2023 after 27 consecutive years—will be a real and achievable goal by November 2026. As a non-betting person, I'm willing to bet on it.
