28/03/2024: Sono stato per la prima volta in questo ristorante a cena, Tutto veramente ottimo, dal servizio impeccabile alla qualità dei piatti tutti di altissimo livello, Apprezzatissimo L’entrée così come le seguenti portate del menù degustazione (sine confini). Bello il fatto che dalla sala si intraveda la cucina isolata solo da una vetrata, suscita sempre curiosità e piacere vedere degli chef a lavoro. Prezzo perfettamente in linea con l’offerta. Che dire ve lo consiglio veramente!

05/04/2024: Everything perfect! Pasta is freshly prepared in front of you. We like it when the map is “small”. What's also great is that you can get two dishes served for a small extra charge. So you can choose 2 dishes directly and don't have to decide 😃 Very nice atmosphere and nice owners. We are happy to recommend this restaurant 😍🤩

09/03/2024: We had dinner at Chic'n Quick choosing the tasting menu proposal, adding a supplement to have the wine paired with each course chosen by the sommelier. Nothing to say about the dishes, beautiful and delicious, a true taste experience that will always be remembered. But the service was mind-blowing, and in a place where 4 people spend €400 it is UNACCEPTABLE. We choose the menu with the """wines selected by the sommelier""" to live a complete experience, to have someone who can recommend a wine that allows you to enjoy a dish even more. A rosé is offered with the starter, for the first and second courses the choice is left up to us, since of the wines offered it makes no difference which one to drink. But in what sense? If I had wanted to take some glasses independently I would have done so directly from the wine list with a wider margin of choice. And then we are made an unpleasant and decidedly embarrassing comment for those who have to pay for dinner: we are told that we should have avoided paying the supplement for the wine chosen by the sommelier but bought a bottle that we could have saved! Thanks for letting us know, we weren't quite there!!! Good wine in the end, absolutely, 3 people chose a red, a diner the white. But I repeat, we chose it, also because the sommelier wasn't even seen. The dishes were as good as they were poorly served. Having left the dish at the table, one could say "adios" to the waiter, who didn't even bother to explain the composition of the dish again. For every course we had to pick up the phone to find the tasting menu online and remember all the sauces and combinations designed by the chef. We always had to ask for water even though we were at less than 15 tables... how is it possible that not even once was it served to us again independently once it was finished? And I don't even want to discuss the fact that there were staff who didn't speak Italian because I personally feel sorry for the person in difficulty but it should at least be pointed out. But is it possible to have such unpleasant service in a starred chef's bistro? I repeat, if we had been for lunch at the restaurant on the main road, fixed menu 20 euros, no one would ever have complained. Bistrot does not mean tavern. With this service you have ruined an experience as well as a special occasion that deserved to be celebrated.

03/03/2024: An environment that has very little that is chic and a service that has very little that is quick. Upon arrival our table was not ready despite the reservation, but preparing it only required moving glasses and cutlery from another free table. After sitting down we waited at least 10 minutes for them to bring us the menus (on paper) and the list of wines and beers (on tablet). The only craft beer on the list was unfortunately not available. After taking our orders we were brought an entree consisting of a cream puff filled with tuna (not a typo) and a mini spritz. The first orders then arrived (now within an hour of our arrival at the restaurant). The raw fish was very good, the orecchiette were decidedly too al dente and the pepper risotto was good, even if there was a herb not listed on the menu. Among the second courses, the low cutlet is very good (less so the high cutlet) and the Luciana-style octopus is good. Among the good desserts, the chestnut semifreddo and the tiramisu in grains (even if it had very little tiramisu), the bitter chocolate soufflé with pistachio cream was disappointing: the pistachio cream was a small green lake, not creamy at all and the soufflé was dry and a bit bland. We were then offered a small glass containing a piece of Colomba dipped in custard. The Bomba Carta bitters were good, which we asked for when we saw them displayed but which were not offered to us (when we asked for a bitters we were offered the usual suspects). Environment with slightly dated furnishings and without a common thread. Service a little slow but above all polemical and pedantic from one of the waiters. Prices perhaps slightly above average.

07/04/2024: I went to this place without a reservation on a Saturday evening. I had to wait 30 minutes and luckily the very kind girl managed to find me a table. The place is very nice and the waiters are attentive to everyone. The food is truly delicious and varied. I really recommend it and hope to return soon. The price is normal at €50 each but you eat really well. (the only flaw is that they don't accept Satispay even though the restaurant is present on the app). With the coffee they also bring you some sweets, a truly welcome treat!

06/04/2024: The service is the reason I will never return. False courtesy and unjustifiable haste. We sat down at 7.30pm and had plenty of time to dine and enjoy the dishes and the excellent wine but when I saw my plate taken away while I was still chewing the last bite I just couldn't accept it. It happened several times, even with the proposal of a dessert or coffee. But can't you see I'm still chewing? What do you ask me if I want dessert? Maybe I would have liked to finish the €25 wine or ask for more from the menu. In a hurry to free the tea, I fly 40 minutes before the next shift and I want to underline that for a €90 dinner for the couple, I would have gladly avoided the shift! A real shame because the location and food were excellent

03/04/2024: Thanks Silvia Polleri, thanks Chef and thanks to the whole team. Tonight I celebrated my 53rd birthday with you. It is always a pleasure to be your guests, this was enough for my fourth time. Menu visible online, so I limit myself to the general comment: intense and very tasty flavours, pleasant and stimulating combinations, generous portions, very refined and comfortable environment. Until we meet again!!!!!

31/03/2024: I celebrated my 50th birthday in this restaurant with my friends. Truly exquisite food, risotto cooked to perfection, very attentive waiters. Women are needed first... it doesn't happen often. Very welcoming environment. We were all very happy
