03/07/2025: Very beautiful and well kept this historic residence located in the center of Milan. It was built by the Necchi sisters (of the Necchi sewing machine family) in the years 1932-1935 and the design was entrusted to the famous architect Portaluppi, while later the Necchi sisters availed themselves of the architect Buzzi for the renovation of some furnishings. It is very elegant but at the same time modern both in style and comfort. Equipped with a lift, dumbwaiter, comfortable and modern bathrooms, as well as a beautiful park with swimming pool and tennis courts. Inside you can admire notable paintings by important artists such as Picasso and elegant furnishings. Upon their death and that of Gina's husband, Angelo Campiglio, having no heirs, they left the house as an inheritance to the FAI which, after a major renovation, now manages it by opening it to the public. There are several volunteers, some very young, ready to guide us on the visit. Definitely worth seeing!

16/05/2025: Very nice hotel. It is slightly out of the way but it is easy to reach the city center by tram or on foot. For our part, we moved exclusively on foot. The hotel is very clean, the bedding comfortable and the rooms well equipped. The breakfast is incredible! Everything is fresh and there is something for everyone (gluten-free, vegan, Indian food corner). The staff is very attentive and takes great care of the customers. Umbrellas are available in the lobby and a sports/gym kit is available on request (to do exercises in the room).

13/05/2025: I tried the breakfast, also open to outsiders at a price of about €20. A great price and a great idea to feel like you're on holiday even in Milan. Fresh and varied products, including cakes, croissants and savory options! Also impeccable was the person who took care of us throughout the morning, it's really rare to find such kind and knowledgeable people.

18/05/2025: We were there during the week so the turnout was low and the restaurant was very quiet. We were served promptly and carefully. We ordered a platter to share between three accompanied by bread and focaccia, a first course each, very good and well presented, a dessert each (very fresh cheesecake) and a small bottle of wine. Definitely recommended!

08/07/2025: Definitely great food, i got Tesla burger with buffalo meat. Caramelized onions have given nice taste. The service was super slow because of a concert so watch out for delays.

27/06/2025: The Best Restaurant I’ve Tried in Milan I’ve had the chance to try some of the more popular and lively restaurants in Milan, but this one truly stands out as the best so far. It may not be flashy or trendy, but it offers something even more special — a truly traditional Milanese experience with simple, comforting, and beautifully executed flavors. The food has that kind of easy, honest taste that makes you feel at home, and it’s clear that they put a lot of care into every dish. I loved it so much, I came back twice during this trip — and I would go again without hesitation. Highly recommended if you’re looking for authentic food in a warm, unpretentious setting. A hidden gem that deserves more recognition.

25/06/2025: A pleasant discovery, really compliments! Starting from the friendly staff but also capable of introducing the dishes properly! From the kitchen to the dining room there is harmony. The dishes are super renewed and modern but all with a particular story starting from the first bites to the dessert. Intimate and delicate atmosphere perfect for enjoying a meal as it should be! I am really satisfied and I can't wait to be able to return and try other dishes! Especially having discovered that the menu changes from time to time!! My palate certainly can't wait! Thanks to Alessia who was in the dining room and served us and especially to Nadia who managed to represent the dishes perfectly also a touch of sympathy and thanks also to the chef whose name unfortunately I didn't ask, but fantastic!

14/06/2025: But what a treat! A small, unpretentious deli-restaurant with immaculate white tiles. A very professional male team serving you extremely fresh and high-quality products. A gem discovered by chance on the way to Centrale station. Excellent value for money. We ate spaghetti vongole-bottarga and orecchiette with octopus ragù... Mamma Mia: finger-licking good! Ask for bread to make scarpetta. Places just the way we like them. Quality without the fuss.

03/07/2025: This restaurant is another recommendation you shouldn't miss. We started with two appetizers: the Vitello Tonnato and the Beef Carpaccio, both very well done and with excellent flavor. For the main course, we tried the Pasta Carbonara, which was honestly one of the best I've ever eaten. The Pasta alle Vongole was good, although not as outstanding as the other options. We also ordered a Margherita Pizza with Pepperoni, which had a very balanced and authentic flavor. In short, a place I definitely recommend for its quality and high level of cuisine.

30/06/2025: I had a delicious pizza that really exceeded my expectations: thin crust, authentic flavor and well cooked. I really appreciated the pleasant attention of the waiters, very attentive without being heavy and fast in serving. The atmosphere is cozy, with soft music and Italian furniture that puts you at ease. The prices also seemed good for the quality offered, nothing exaggerated.

04/07/2025: Small pizzeria. On a Friday evening, all the tables were full. I was lucky and was sandwiched between two reservations. The pizza sensational was great. Prices were very reasonable.

24/06/2025: I returned to this restaurant after only 8 days from the first time I tried it, and also the second time EVERYTHING went very well, amberjack tartare (spectacular) and really delicious cod. ...and then we also found a welcoming, friendly environment with very friendly staff. I promised Mrs. Marzia that next time I have to try their Gin too. Highly recommended!!

15/06/2025: I will definitely visit this place again whenever im in Milan. What a wonderful rooftop bar. The staff were so so so nice and amazing, especially Elizabeth. I made an impromptu request just a few minutes before my GF's birthday, and she delivered the cake with a candle at exactly 12am, best moment ever. Thank you so so much Elizabeth, can't thank you enough. Special shoutout to the other lady as well (unfortunately, I didn't get her name, she's the lady with the cool braids and nose rings). She's so amazing as well. Both of them made the night a special one for us. Thank you (I strongly believe they deserve a raise and they are gems to that establishment). I am definitely recommending to friends and couples who might be visiting Milan soon.

We thank Letizia at the bar for the delicate and beautiful cocktails; Francesca in the kitchen for the refined and delicious dishes; and Dea and Nicoló for the gentle and professional service in the dining room. And finally, thank you also to the charming singer with the incredible voice who delighted us all evening with her carefully curated playlist.
