I stayed at this hotel for the Milan Marathon. The value for money is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and we really appreciated the welcome drinks offered. We had a small issue with room service, but the staff was very helpful in resolving it.
The only negative: we were interested in late checkout, but the price (€99) was significantly disproportionate to the room rate, so we didn't take advantage of it.

I was there for a conference, so I can't comment on the rooms.
Otherwise, it's a hotel that deserves all its stars: the conference room is comfortable and well-air-conditioned, and the staff is excellent, top-notch, always present and discreet.
The conference room is large and well-organized, and the catering is excellent.
Another conference, this time with the room divided in two for two parallel sessions: excellent division, excellent soundproofing, and perfect systems in both rooms.
Catering is always top-notch.
An excellent solution for events, including international ones.
The hotel and hospitality are top-notch, as always!

It's a quiet hotel, and although a bit far from the city center, this is easily compensated for by tram stops practically opposite the entrance, which take you to the Duomo in just 20 minutes. It's also close to a metro and train station (Domodossola FN), which is very convenient for getting to and from the airport or other destinations outside of Milan.
As for cleanliness, service, attention to detail, tranquility, and the variety of breakfast, everything deserves top marks because, in my opinion, they are simply unbeatable. My sincerest congratulations to the entire team; excellent work.

Nice room, great new bathroom, good breakfast. The city center is easily accessible by tram. Parking is available in the underground garage. Friendly staff.

Staff is very nice and friendly.
Great breakfast.
clean room.
Good location walking distance to the park and the center.
Maybe not for sensitive sleepers if the room goes out on a street side.
Wish AC was functioning.
