The baked marrow gratin, the risotto alla Milanese, and the horse diaphragm (the best ever!) are highly recommended.
Highly recommended.
21/04/2026: The atmosphere is steeped in history, the food is delicious, and the staff are truly friendly and helpful. Discovered by home, it will become a regular stop when in the area.

30/11/2025: A simple yet authentic place, the names of the dishes on the menu are the owner's signature, and above all, his friendliness. The food is excellent, clearly Lombard cuisine, and the prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality. The wine list isn't extensive, but it's good without excessive markups. The coffee served with a moka pot is a real treat... definitely worth a try!

15/04/2026: I had dinner at this restaurant with friends to celebrate a birthday, and I had a great time. The location was truly welcoming, the food excellent, the staff friendly, and the service fast. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.

The actual menu doesn't quite match the one on the website. For example, the cover charge for four people went up to €5...
We were the first to enter the restaurant. The couple who arrived after us, having a loud phone conversation in an empty room, were seated at the table next to ours. Goodbye, quiet!
The table setting was rather modest, with a colorful tablecloth.
Finally, the food... fregola pasta and stuffed squid, good quality.
The tiramisau was made with a very hard biscuit, unlike the classic coffee-soaked ladyfingers. Two scoops of mango sorbet for €10 seems too much...
I struggled to get the bill, asking for it three times.

Menu in Milanese and Italian.
Excellent prices.
You have to try it, in the center of Segrate.
11/04/2026: So far, I've only been able to go for breakfast or a coffee break on the weekends. I'm hoping that with the nice weather, they'll also open in the evening for aperitifs and dinner. When? :) I can say from my experience that the staff is very kind. I was there this morning with my dog, and they immediately brought me a bowl of water. Obviously, a gesture that was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

11/03/2026: We came with colleagues for a conference. We had already been here a year ago and decided to return. As expected, everything was as excellent as last time, both the service and the food. The dining room staff, in particular, both for breakfast and dinner, were extremely efficient, impeccable, and helpful. This quality has names that absolutely deserve a mention. From Ms. Sonia, who coordinated the service, to Mr. Mohamed and Alessio, who were always kind, smiling, and helpful. Excellence! We'll be back.
27/02/2026: The hotel is very well located near the airport with a free shuttle service (10 minutes). The metro goes directly to the center of Milan. The large room was very clean with a free minibar (water, Coke, juice, coffee). The only downside was the shower layout, but you get used to it. It's a very good choice because there's no city tax and the noise is minimal despite the airport being only 400 meters away. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff were very pleasant and multilingual. 👍🏻👍🏻

25/01/2026: I don't usually write reviews; this is the second one I've ever written, but I absolutely have to. Aside from the pizzas and focaccias, which are delicious, you should try the Alis cookies (with raisins and pine nuts) and the vegan chocolate cake (I'm not vegan). I'd call them delicious; to say they're delicious is an understatement.

14/02/2026: 🍕 The pizza is good and very large. The dessert is good. The staff is very friendly. They serve you very quickly if there aren't many people, otherwise it's very slow, but it's not the waiters' fault. The atmosphere is very nice. If you prefer something else, for example, a first or second course, the dishes are very generous.

01/12/2025: Delicious puccia, you can customize it or choose from the menu, great prices. They also offer other items such as fried/baked panzerotti, potato toast with ham and cheese, rustici leccesi, pasticciotti, etc., as well as traditional Salento products (mozzarella, olive oil, taralli, etc.). The staff is friendly and helpful.

Friendly waitress and a cute, well-kept place.
Full menu for €13, including a first course, second course, and side dish. Not only was the quantity good, but the quality was also excellent, and the mashed potatoes were real, not from a bag! The gorgonzola gnocchi were spectacular, and the veal cutlet was tender and had a delicious sauce. Last but not least, we also tried the tiramisu—a little too much coffee for my taste, but still very good!
We'll definitely be back!

The service was very courteous, attentive, and customized to my dietary needs. I also highly recommend the small pastry shop.

09/02/2026: Osteria dei Fauni in Segrate has good intentions and, to some extent, keeps them. The food is high-quality, the dishes are well-executed, and the raw ingredients are evident.
The problem is the quality-price ratio. The prices are decidedly high compared to what you get: portions are adequate but not memorable, and the offerings aren't surprising enough to justify the bill.
The service, then, is a bit chaotic: the staff is friendly, yes, but disorganized, with uncertain timing and a few glitches that disrupt the evening's rhythm. Nothing dramatic, but it's noticeable.
In summary: an overall good experience, without any serious slip-ups, but also without that spark that makes you say "I'll definitely be back." A pleasant dinner, but one that doesn't leave you feeling nostalgic. I, honestly, wouldn't return.
