As a regular visitor, I've had the opportunity to test the service and menu extensively, and I can say with complete certainty that consistent quality and customer service are paramount here. ​The Pinsa: a masterpiece of lightness and flavor ​The undisputed strength is, of course, the quality of the pinsa. This isn't your average flatbread, but a highly hydrated, long-leavened pinsa that borders on perfection. ​The dough: The crust is simply incredible. Fragrant and crispy on the outside, incredibly soft and airy on the inside. It's so light that it never leaves that annoying feeling of heaviness; you could easily eat a second one right afterward. The ingredients: A meticulous selection of ingredients is clearly evident. From premium cured meats to fresh cheeses, to the most sophisticated and gourmet combinations, every ingredient is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Professionalism and courtesy: a top-notch welcome What makes "MiPinsa" a special place, however, isn't just the excellent food, but the human touch. The staff and all the employees are the true added value of the place. Every time I walk in the door, I'm greeted with a genuine smile and old-fashioned kindness. Politeness is a constant, both in quiet moments and on high-pressure weekend evenings. The staff's professionalism is evident in the impeccable management of wait times, the cleanliness of the place, and the almost obsessive care with which they present the dishes and handle requests. They always know how to make you feel pampered and at home. ​In conclusion ​Returning to "MiPinsa" is a guarantee and a great pleasure for me, every single time. 23/06/2026: Amazing ice cream! They have a great variety of flavors and the price is fantastic: 3 flavors for only €3.20, which I think is a steal for the quality. Plus, the shop is super cute and has adorable little cow-print stools. Perfect for stopping by and taking a picture! Highly recommended. They don't just sell ice cream; they also have other kinds of desserts that I'll be back to try soon.

The cuisine is simply delicious: each dish is prepared with genuine ingredients, and you can clearly taste the love and care that goes into every detail. The flavors are reminiscent of times gone by, authentic and rich, offering an experience that goes beyond simple food. The service is warm and welcoming, just like at a family farm. A special place, where you return whenever you want to eat well and feel pampered.

05/03/2026: I gave one star because I couldn't give fewer, absolutely to avoid rude and threatening people. They make decisions as if they were private individuals, but I will report them to Coldiretti as well as to the mayor of Bollate. There are threats of attacking dogs, as well as other threats. Various.

09/02/2026: An agriturismo just steps from Milan, with a spacious dining room and farm-to-table menu, updated weekly on their website. I tried the mixed cured meats with fried gnocco, which was delicious—not overly greasy, in fact, very light—and the tagliatelle with walnut and bacon cream. But what I really loved most was the risotto with Amarone wine, followed by roast pork with pistachios and potatoes, and a homemade crostata dessert. The staff who welcomed us were kind and very professional, and the waiter who looked after us for lunch was impeccable. Definitely a place to return for the food and the atmosphere the hosts create with their guests.

26/08/2025: Terrible service. I went to ask for information, then I was talking about it at the table with my friend. The lady at the bar interrupted me and answered me in a rude and ill-mannered way. I went there since the others were closed, it's clear they don't want to work. I won't go back there again, not even for ice cream. I don't recommend it.

10/05/2026: Sweets should be handled with tongs! Not with your hands! And if you take off your gloves, they should be thrown away! Don't turn them over and reuse them.

17/04/2026: I order a birthday cake for four people and they immediately tell you that it's a minimum of 1 kg. "Okay for one kilo, but no more, please." Then you pick up the cake: it weighs 1.3 kg. We don't have candles, and once you open the package, there's no writing on it.
