29/03/2025: Ottimi Hamburger con un tocco di "italianità" negli ingredienti, sempre davvero molto buoni. Ambiente molto raccolto, quindi conviene sempre prenotare. Scelta di birre molto ampia (dalle artigianali locali a quelle provenienti un po' da tutto il mondo). Assolutamente da provare!

02/04/2025: Ristorante posizionato dietro corso Buenos Aires, dove ci sono diversi piatti milanesi. Ho voluto provare la cotoletta che ha un costo di 28€. La carne era buona e cotta bene, però il taglio era abbastanza piccolo, e facendo il paragone con altre cotolette mangiate in città ne ho mangiate di più grandi. In definitiva il cibo è buono, e il ristorante è semplice ma si posiziona una una fascia di prezzo medio alto. Comunque è da provare

02/04/2025: Restaurant located behind Corso Buenos Aires, where there are various Milanese dishes. I wanted to try the cutlet that costs €28. The meat was good and well cooked, but the cut was quite small, and comparing it with other cutlets eaten in the city I ate larger ones. Ultimately the food is good, and the restaurant is simple but positioned in a medium-high price range. In any case it is worth trying

22/03/2025: Returned to this inn. I confirm all the positivity of the place. High quality cold cuts, soft and succulent cut of meat. Remarkable ravioli stuffed with cheek. The attentive and fast service. Very good welcome. the atmosphere of a inn, the kindness of all the staff, the quality of the raw materials, the goodness of the dishes, the very fair price... a perfect mix for a perfect dinner... Milanese.

18/03/2025: Very nice restaurant, friendly staff and the owner likes to entertain the customers. The risotto was exceptional and the meat more than tender, I also ate some meatballs that are not here on the list but are really worth trying

16/02/2025: Excellent experience. Romantic and warm location, all impeccable food, I recommend the huge, crunchy and tasty cutlet. The friendly, polite and impeccable staff. The price was consistent with what we ate and not excessively high for being in Milan. At the end they also offered us limoncello. we will definitely be back

25/02/2025: Sono stato a cena con un amico in questo bel ristorantino, in una zona molto tranquilla. Il personale è molto professionale e attento alla cura di tutti i dettagli. Abbiamo mangiato una tartare (spettacolare) come antipasto, per poi passare ai primi, io ho preso un risotto alla milanese molto molto buono. Ho concluso con un tiramisù di alta qualità. Amaro e caffè. Se siete a Milano, passate alla cantina di Manuela, non ve ne pentirete!

25/01/2025: Elegant wine bar with kitchen, but a refined cuisine that deserves to be tried. The dinner organized as a convivial by the Italian Academy of Cuisine, then a menu planned by the symposiarch in honor of Milanese cuisine: Genoese focaccia and green olives from Cerignola, mushroom flan with dark shallot sauce, Milanese-style “Ferraris” risotto with roast, Milanese veal cutlet Baked potatoes and cardoon mille-feuille, dark chocolate cake and crème anglaise. Despite some hiccups in the service, there were probably many of us to be served at the same time, the dishes were of high quality, I particularly appreciated the Milanese risotto with Ferraris rice and the cardoon millefeuille. Definitely a place to return to

06/04/2025: GOOD FOOD, PLEASANT AND INFORMAL ENVIRONMENT. EXCESSIVE PRICES, ALSO GIVEN THE AREA Definitely a nice place. In a not so welcoming looking working class area. We are at the beginning of Viale Monza, Pasteur stop on Line 1 of the metro. The restaurant is located next to a self-managed social centre. Given the location in a certainly "popular" area, one would expect to find popular prices. Also seen the restaurant, welcoming and rustic, with checked tavern tablecloths. But no: despite the spartan, albeit pleasant, location, the prices are of a high-end restaurant. The restaurant, as the name suggests, offers Apulian cuisine. On the menu the "classics" of the Apulian tradition, from land and sea. On the advice of a friend, also given my "late" arrival, due to a concert you had attended at the Milan Conservatory, I took some troccoli with stuffed calamari. Good, but 22 euros for a not so abundant portion is definitely too much. Since it's squid and not lobster. I finish with a tiramisu. The good one too, and pleasantly served in a glass container. Final bill: 2.5 euros cover charge (the "Italic" duty to which we are accustomed), 22 euros of troccoli (excessive), 6 euros of tiramisu (medium-high), 2 euros of half-liter mineral water (medium-high). Total 32.5 euros. Without wine and coffee. The price would be acceptable in Corso Monforte, but not in Via dei Transiti, a popular area, in a place of this type. The quality is good, the environment is nice. Personally, I won't go back: in Viale Monza there are, not far away, places that offer a fixed price of 12 to 13 euros. And we eat everything. If Italians are so "expensive"... Welcome China! And welcome to the Chinese-run Apulian Trattorias! Prices are cheaper! Since the places I was talking about just now are Chinese-run... I can say, at this point, "China Forever"!

04/04/2025: Che spettacolo Voti da 1 a 10: 9.5 per il locale. Semplice, piuttosto elegante, con qualche decennio sulle spalle ma ben tenuto. Atmosfera molto piacevole. 8 per il cibo. Filetto al pepe verde spaziale, patatine grossolanamente buone, mentre il tiramisù non mi ha emozionato. 9 per il servizio. Il (credo) gestore/titolare si è dimostrato veramente un professionista, sa far star bene i suoi clienti. L'unica pecca è che la tovaglia e il menù erano un po' macchiati. Adeguato rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerei? Sì. Lo consiglierei? Sì.

23/03/2025: Siamo stati anche noi, come i commenti precendenti, in questo ristorante prima di andare alla mostra . Locale molto carino, arredato in modo particolare e di gusto . Il titolare ti serve personalmente , molto cortese e competente. Ottimi risotti, su tutti risotto mele taleggio e amaretti . Molto buone le bruschette al ragu di salsiccia. Prezzi onesti, considerando la zona. Consigliato vivamente.

05/04/2025: I have never eaten such a good pizza with porcini mushrooms and truffle: not the usual tasteless, frozen and poor quality mushrooms and the truffle was grated raw in front of us. When you stand out from the crowd it is right to recognize it. I will definitely return.

29/03/2025: In Milan for work, we stumbled upon Cessre by chance. We had a great time: relaxing atmosphere; very nice place like those of the past; but above all all the dishes at high levels!
