07/05/2026: First of all, I give full marks because initiatives like these should always be supported. Cascina Gervasoni is a farmhouse that has undergone a conservative and authentic restoration. Few comforts but plenty of authenticity for a beautiful, clean yet rustic house in the woods. That said, it's a shared experience where you sit around a large table with other guests and eat natural, organic products. Unfortunately, the prices are completely out of line for a plate of pasta with butter and herbs and an egg omelette with water. Asking €30, or €35 for a dry grilled chicken breast at a shared table, in my opinion is way too much. With wine and a polenta to share, we came to €42 each. I understand that the home restaurant is more expensive, but let's be serious: preparing casoncelli with butter and sage and a pan-fried chicken breast doesn't require a Michelin-starred chef or a team of cooks. Of course, prices are displayed, and everything is transparent and fair, but reviews also serve as suggestions. More work needs to be done on the food side, both on the selection and the prices. The next day we left and at a trattoria on the road we ate tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and rabbit Bergamo-style with polenta and vegetables for €20, including wine. The message I got was this: organic is something I can't afford. And this, in my opinion, is counterproductive. That said, I hope the lovely and hospitable owners, who truly put so much heart and soul into it, don't be offended. I know you're not profiteering, but the business won't be able to reach its full potential if you don't address certain aspects. I hope these suggestions are appreciated and not seen as an attack.

The weekend at Max's was incredibly enjoyable, thanks to the serenity of the place and his wonderful company. The cuisine is simple and authentic, perfectly in keeping with the atmosphere of the place, so much appreciated. Thank you, Max, for welcoming us and sharing your story with us! 😊

17/05/2026: Saw the good google views and thought I would give it a try while in Milan. Love to support LGBT places when we travel. We had such a great time! They welcomed us like we were regulars, with genuine kindness. The food was amazing and memorable and the drinks strong! If you are in the area or looking for a place that is welcoming and fun, give Milleluci Trattoria Pop a try, you wound be disappointed

17/05/2026: Good food, typical of a typical Italian trattoria! The operating tables are knowledgeable, kind, and patient; the atmosphere is quiet and fun! If you don't want to waste time parking, there's a garage nearby.

08/06/2026: This is my second time here, after the evening at La Scala, and it's always a wonderful experience. The staff is kind, smiling, professional, and attentive, right from the online reservation and email exchange. Even when the place is busy, they're always focused on the customer's well-being. The beer, paccheri alla Norma, and cotoletta alla Milanese were excellent. A special mention goes to the beautiful blonde woman who served us (I think she was from Eastern Europe), a rare beauty and great professionalism, and an equally positive mention goes to the young, charming, and attentive young man at the counter: unfortunately, I didn't ask his name. 08/06/2026: A great place for an evening aperitivo with friends. Good drinks, including a nice drink + open buffet option for €15. A place to chat and enjoy the Navigli nightlife. You can also grab a drink to go.

14/05/2026: Kind friendly staff, good service, fresh tasty dishes. We got some “welcome” bruschetta, tartar and carpaccio for antipasto, then tagliolini e scampi & gamberoni; for dessert - a piece of cake with pear.

11/05/2026: A restaurant run by a wonderful family. I went there with friends and I must say that everything was magnificent, from the food to the staff. We then had the wonderful pleasure of chatting with the daughter and mother (the owners of the restaurant) and left even happier. Well done Augusto from Caserta 😗

19/04/2026: The food was truly excellent: carefully crafted dishes, well-balanced flavors, and quality ingredients that were evident at first bite. Each course was a pleasant discovery, making the dining experience truly satisfying. Unfortunately, the service didn't live up to the standards of the cuisine. The wait times were quite long, and at times, there was a perceived lack of customer service. With more efficient organization, the experience could be significantly improved. A very positive note was the final bill, absolutely in line with the quality of the food: an excellent value that makes you want to return. Overall, it's a place worth trying, especially for the food, but it would be advisable to speed up the service to make the experience truly complete.

03/05/2026: We came with friends and ordered six pizzas. For the first part of the evening, the staff were very welcoming, and great attention was paid to intolerances and allergies (written everywhere). The menu was beautiful, beautifully designed, and organized with specific sections for those with intolerances and allergies. Unfortunately, they mixed up the orders a bit, with pizzas arriving with ingredients missing or where it was clearly stated not to be included. The waiter also explained to us that the restaurant was particularly busy, but they'd prefer to have a few fewer tables so they can be more attentive to customer needs and avoid overwhelming the kitchen.

03/05/2026: A spacious restaurant located in the center of Desenzano, yet slightly away from the hustle and bustle, with a beautiful courtyard. The attractive colors and relaxing decor allow you to enjoy delicious dishes in complete tranquility. The bigoli with fava beans and anchovies are excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable for the service, presentation, and quality of the dishes.

Excellent cuisine, attentive service, a stunning location, and an atmosphere with attention to every detail. Our guests continue to compliment us on our choice. Highly recommended.

07/06/2026: Very, very nice place. You can tell it's a few years old, but it's well-maintained. The staff is very kind and helpful. I visited for an event here in their meeting room, and everything was well-equipped. I also think their food is very good, as I glimpsed a few dishes coming out.

04/06/2026: Went to the Mandarin Oriental for dinner for my Mum’s 80th birthday and, despite the thunderstorms and torrential rain, we had a really lovely time. The staff were brilliant and helped us get from the top of the road down to the hotel in the caddy, which made a big difference and kept my Mum dry. The food was excellent, the service was very good and the decor and ambience were exceptional. It would be lovely to go back on a sunny day and enjoy it properly without the downpour, but even with the weather my Mum really enjoyed it. A special dinner and a very memorable place for her 80th.
