14/05/2026: If you're looking for a true Brescian trattoria, Al Caricatore is a must-visit. I was immediately impressed by the appetizers: not only delicious, but also generous, a rarity these days! For my first course, I had the paccheri with venison ragù, and they were spectacular: flavorful sauce and perfectly cooked pasta. The atmosphere is welcoming and makes you feel right at home.

17/05/2026: Upscale restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the servers are very welcoming. The portions are very generous, both the rice and the meat. The rice is nice and firm for those who prefer risotto cooked that way. The tiramisu is light, very moist, and also served in a good quantity. The service charge (cover) is €4.50 per person.

17/05/2026: Welcoming restaurant with very friendly and attentive staff. Very fast service. The restaurant is certified gluten-free, so everything served is gluten-free. Good food, excellent pumpkin and provola risotto! The appetizers are flavorful and tasty. The homemade desserts are a plus. All in all, for an appetizer, a trio of risottos, a dessert, and a bottle of wine, it costs €4.50 per person. For Milan, it's reasonable. I'd go back.

17/04/2026: Food was great and service was amazing. We had no reservation and came late but they welcomed us and were very friendly. They were quite busy so we really appreciated it. Gnocchi is clearly homemade and they definitely do not skimp on portion sizes. Unfortunately we couldn’t finish but it was amazing and definitely worth the price. It’s a little local traditional italian spot so not a huge menu but it’s really nice.

10/01/2026: A simply delicious evening! We dined at this Chinese restaurant and were truly impressed by the quality of the dishes and the balance of flavors. The udon noodles, both shrimp and beef, were extraordinary: perfectly cooked noodles, fresh ingredients, and a rich but never heavy sauce. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, dry and flavorful, while the sweet and sour pork won us over with its perfect balance of sweet and sour, enveloping and authentic. You can sense great care in the preparation and a cuisine that focuses on quality, not just abundance. A place to return to without hesitation, ideal for those who love well-made Chinese cuisine. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

17/05/2026: Saw the good google views and thought I would give it a try while in Milan. Love to support LGBT places when we travel. We had such a great time! They welcomed us like we were regulars, with genuine kindness. The food was amazing and memorable and the drinks strong! If you are in the area or looking for a place that is welcoming and fun, give Milleluci Trattoria Pop a try, you wound be disappointed

17/05/2026: Good food, typical of a typical Italian trattoria! The operating tables are knowledgeable, kind, and patient; the atmosphere is quiet and fun! If you don't want to waste time parking, there's a garage nearby.

07/05/2026: First of all, I give full marks because initiatives like these should always be supported. Cascina Gervasoni is a farmhouse that has undergone a conservative and authentic restoration. Few comforts but plenty of authenticity for a beautiful, clean yet rustic house in the woods. That said, it's a shared experience where you sit around a large table with other guests and eat natural, organic products. Unfortunately, the prices are completely out of line for a plate of pasta with butter and herbs and an egg omelette with water. Asking €30, or €35 for a dry grilled chicken breast at a shared table, in my opinion is way too much. With wine and a polenta to share, we came to €42 each. I understand that the home restaurant is more expensive, but let's be serious: preparing casoncelli with butter and sage and a pan-fried chicken breast doesn't require a Michelin-starred chef or a team of cooks. Of course, prices are displayed, and everything is transparent and fair, but reviews also serve as suggestions. More work needs to be done on the food side, both on the selection and the prices. The next day we left and at a trattoria on the road we ate tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and rabbit Bergamo-style with polenta and vegetables for €20, including wine. The message I got was this: organic is something I can't afford. And this, in my opinion, is counterproductive. That said, I hope the lovely and hospitable owners, who truly put so much heart and soul into it, don't be offended. I know you're not profiteering, but the business won't be able to reach its full potential if you don't address certain aspects. I hope these suggestions are appreciated and not seen as an attack.

The weekend at Max's was incredibly enjoyable, thanks to the serenity of the place and his wonderful company. 16/05/2026: Absolutely wonderful food. One of the servers (he had eye glasses and a mustache) was the highlight of the evening. He was incredibly friendly and made a wonderful wine recommendation. One of the other servers did roll his eyes and sigh at us because we don't speak Italian but I won't take any stars away from my rating because of that, since everything else was so good!

08/06/2026: This is my second time here, after the evening at La Scala, and it's always a wonderful experience. The staff is kind, smiling, professional, and attentive, right from the online reservation and email exchange. Even when the place is busy, they're always focused on the customer's well-being. The beer, paccheri alla Norma, and cotoletta alla Milanese were excellent. A special mention goes to the beautiful blonde woman who served us (I think she was from Eastern Europe), a rare beauty and great professionalism, and an equally positive mention goes to the young, charming, and attentive young man at the counter: unfortunately, I didn't ask his name.
