I had the pleasure of dining at Coldana Restaurant, and the experience was truly excellent.
The atmosphere is simply splendid, with attention to every detail and a very welcoming atmosphere. The service is impeccable: the staff is extremely kind, professional, and always attentive.
The cuisine is top-notch: superior-quality ingredients, well-balanced dishes, and refined flavors.
It's an experience I highly recommend and definitely worth repeating.

The food is very good. Prices vary depending on individual needs. The location is also excellent for events and ceremonies. This completely renovated farmhouse is just outside Lodi. Worth seeing and trying.

We went for lunch today, February 22nd. Intrigued by the refusal of a Michelin star, I asked why they chose this. I was told that they decided not to stick to rigid rules, but rather to give more importance and attention to the customer rather than the chef.
Water was €5, coffee €4. The next table, regulars at the restaurant, had different entrees than us, and more importantly, we had an extra water listed on the receipt, which had already been paid for. We pointed this out, and asked that the money be returned to the waitress who served us, but not to charge us for something we didn't consume. We won't be returning. The meal wasn't bad, but we would have appreciated the customer service they so highly praise.

I had dinner at this restaurant last night with my wife. Excellent food, very fast service, and very friendly staff. Good selection of wines at very reasonable prices. I recommend it.

We had a very comfortable and delicious lunch in a private room. The service was excellent, as was the quality of the food. The plin alla casseula were superb! The price was more than fair, considering the quality of the cuisine, the ambiance, the hospitality, and the attention to detail. Definitely worth a try... and a return visit!

You know you've made the right choice as soon as what looks like a mountain of meringue approaches your table... only to discover it's actually smoked whipped butter!
An indescribable delight spread on their homemade bread.
All the food was sublime, thanks in part to the maître d''''s suggestions, which "pushed" us into the melted cheese trap: a true sensory delight, perfect for dipping crostini and roasted potatoes.
We finished with Carlotta's tiramisu: I think it's the best I've ever tasted. The contrast between the cold coffee and caramel biscuit and the very light mascarpone, served at room temperature, was perfect.
Everything was fantastic, even the biodynamic wine.
A beautiful location in the Lodi countryside, attentive, courteous, and friendly service.
