12/03/2024: Questo è quel tipo di locali che tutti vorrebbero trovare sulla propria strada: disperso nella campagna, merita la deviazione. Atmosfera d’altri tempi, avventori locali che si gustano un bicchiere come in tutte le vere osterie di paese, arredo curato e servizio attento: abbiamo mangiato una suntuosa frittata con giardiniera, Marubini ai 3 brodi come da tradizione, selezione di formaggi top con mostarda fatta in casa, non abbiamo resistito neppure alla zuppa inglese ! Se un macellaio di Cremona, nomina un locale della provincia un motivo ci sarà, ci siamo detti, e ora lo abbiamo capito.

17/03/2024: This evening we went to have dinner at this restaurant where the specialty is goose. High quality food, normal prices, friendly service and good choice of wines with advice directly from the Somelier in the room. Among the various courses we tasted both the goose appetizer which was exquisite, and the boiled meat with various sauces which was awarded by Alessandro Borghese. The restaurant is in the province of Cremona on the border with Brescia and in addition to eating and drinking well there is the possibility of purchasing the products made by them on site and therefore I couldn't resist buying their excellent giardiniera. I highly recommend this restaurant.

01/03/2024: Sono ritornato in questo ristorante per la terza volta in due mesi e mi sono sempre trovato benissimo , cibo di qualità , ottima cantina sia per i vini che per i distillati , personale e proprietario molto cordiali e disponibili , location molto curata e bella .

06/04/2024: Excellent experience, great hand of the chef who allows you to take a journey with great combinations between innovation and his southern tradition. The wine proposals alongside the tasting menu I tried were also excellent. The selection is combined with the various courses by the young sommelier, kind and available to accompany you on this sensorial journey that is Vitium. Well done.

02/04/2024: My partner and I wanted to dine in for his birthday. However, we missed the fact that we needed to make a reservation and decided to simply pop in and see whether any table would be available for dinner since that is normal practice. Before coming in, however, we waited for approximately 15-20 minutes at the door, since we were talking outside; no-one entered. What happened next was off-putting - waitress half-greeted me and rudely told me to leave because the place was fully booked without even offering to make a reservation sometime in the future depending on availability. I want to emphasise that there is no issue with the place being fully-booked; nonetheless, I believe that the waitressing personnel in the Michelin starred restaurant should not be rude to potential dinners, to say the least. We felt discriminated based on our sexuality and appearance (remember, we never saw anybody entering the restaurant) and decided to talk to the waitress about it. She said that it had nothing to do with our appearance or anything else; however, she still did not offer us to make a reservation for a future date. I had to propose myself to make a reservation earlier in the conversation. Sadly, considering all of the above, we would not like to eat here for now, nor did we ever get the chance to in the first place. We hope that the customer interaction improves and, hopefully, we will get a chance to dine here someday.
