09/11/2025: Excellent food, with quality meat and good value. The staff is very professional: even though we speak Italian, the waiter speaks Spanish and several other languages. Recommended if you're on Via XX Settembre and don't want to pay tourist prices.

The entire team was welcoming and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The dishes were delicious, refined, and perfectly executed. The chef even treated us to a lovely liqueur tasting, a thoughtful touch that truly made our evening memorable. All this in a calm and pleasant atmosphere. A place I wholeheartedly recommend!

13/03/2026: DO NOT GO HERE if you are not Italian. I think one of the staff is racist. The service completely ruined our experience and the night in Genoa. We were so sad that we couldn't enjoy our time because of them… I wouldn't recommend it to any other non-Italian people. The service here is far too slow and generally terrible. We felt like we were being treated like we were being racist and mocked. There were exaggerated sighs while we were choosing from the menu, and another loud sigh when we asked for a family photo. It was especially bad after paying the bill; we asked for it two or three times but were made to wait 15 minutes. The staff went to other tables but didn't come to ours at all. I wouldn't recommend going unless you're with an Italian or someone who is completely familiar with Italian culture. The food was delicious, but the service ruined everything. It was such a disappointment after looking forward to it.

11/03/2026: If you come to Genoa, you absolutely must stop for dinner at Prie Rosse, with its unique atmosphere and exquisite traditional Genoese dishes. Also noteworthy is the kindness and friendliness of the waiters, ready to answer every customer's needs and questions. Another noteworthy aspect is the availability of off-menu items that can surprise you!

05/03/2026: It had been a long time since I had been to this restaurant. I chose it to celebrate my birthday and the owner gave me a wonderful welcome as if I were a regular customer. Then he surprised me by celebrating my birthday with candles on the cake. I have no words. I was moved. The food was excellent. Thanks to everyone, Angelo and Cinzia.

23/02/2026: Small, cozy, clean. Delicious food, very attentive service. It's a small place and the menu is short but everything was delicious, simple and homemade. We had ravioli ragu, pansotti with walnut sauce, and picagge (very wide fettuccini) with perfect genovese pesto. The bread basket was also delicious! Thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

18/03/2026: Everything was delicious! I ordered the grilled octopus with turmeric puree and the squid ink tagliolini with pistachio pesto. The octopus was crispy on the outside, while the inside was tender yet pleasantly firm—really fresh. The squid ink pasta was also delicious, with generous portions, and the dishes arrived quickly. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The restaurant is quite busy: there were already many customers at 7:30 PM. Highly recommended!

19/02/2026: A beautiful and delicious inn just steps from the city center. We had the chance to try their pesto with homemade pasta and a wonderful selection of cheeses. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Genoa! Fast, friendly, and welcoming service! Highly recommended!

I would summarize the restaurant like this: 1) high-end cuisine, with refined and sophisticated dishes that are satisfying to the palate; 2) a relaxed and modern atmosphere, yet intimate and welcoming; 3) attentive and professional staff, never intrusive, and above all, capable of making you feel at ease with their genuine kindness; 4) the wine pairing is also excellent, expertly curated by the sommelier.

08/12/2025: A superb restaurant with excellent cuisine, an exceptional wine list, and attentive staff. Pricey, but worth every penny. The evening was magical; we didn't regret it at all.

The owner, Amr, a true Egyptian from Santa Margherita, and his staff manage to satisfy even the most discerning palates, delighting them with amazing pizzas and succulent grilled meats, hearty salads, and many other dishes... all accompanied by kindness, friendliness, and cordiality.
