22/03/2024: Menu with interesting proposals and visually well-made dishes. We are not yet at star level but the perceived quality is more than satisfactory. The wine list is well stocked and balanced.

10/05/2024: Absolutely beautiful dinner with exceptional service. This wonderful fine dining enoteca is so amazingly hospitable. The small space has attentive front of house including wait staff, owner Cesare, and sommelier. Compared to a lot of my other dining experiences through italy, the staff and owner are young which gives this place a super vibey and contemporary feel. The steak in particular was great and the wine well paired. Lovely fine dining touches with a chef starter and a finish with a lovely digestivo. Would definitely come back if in Santa Marg 🤌

10/05/2024: Food amazing, staff amazing, service amazing, they should be charging more! Such great value! Had such a great experience on the first night at dinner, I came back a second night a day later with my wife. Thank you to the entire team, what a great place you have in this amazing city.

12/03/2024: Peccato che pioveva! E' un luogo dove c'è un panorama su Genova mozzafiato. Per arrivaare occorre fare una crosa, ma è breve e caratteristica anche quella. Il luogo è molto casual, ma ne vale la pena. Ottimi gli antipasti, ottimi i ravioli con u tuccu, minestrone da favola non ottimo, ma superlativo, il secondo spezzatino con purè dove la carne era morbidissima. Il vino bonarda ottimo. Abbiamo di nuovo prenotato. Anche il prezzo è nella norma, circa 30,00 euro a persona, se si considera dall'antipasto al primo secondo dolce ammazzacaffè, ripeto mi sembra nella norma.

21/03/2024: Ho ordinato qui per la prima volta d'asporto ed è stata una piacevole scoperta. La farinata (abbiamo preso quella con le cipolle) era molto buona, arrivata ancora bella calda e poco oliosa, anche per quanta riguarda le pizze, sono belle ricche, buone e consiglio l'impasto ai 5 cereali. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è giusto, una farinata, due pizze, tiramisù, 1 birra da 66 e 1 da 55... 40€. Consiglio da Armand ✌️

16/03/2024: A small place in the city of Chiavari, with few seats and therefore not very chaotic. The food is very good and perhaps one of the most appreciated things is the originality of the dishes with a combination of rather unexpected flavours. Highly recommended.

30/09/2023: Last week Santa missed Kim very much. We were spoiled and pampered, we were used to the wishes coming from us. Brian makes fantastic lemonade and cocktails too.

18/09/2023: I have been going to Santa Margherita for several years and I have found few establishments of this level. Beautiful location, welcoming, excellent service, attentive and very friendly staff. If you are looking for discretion and relaxation, this is the right place. Experience to be repeated.

13/04/2024: The service was amazing. Could not recommend more in that regard. The food was very mediocre, especially for the price. Nothing stood out to us as amazing. And the wine was good, but 12/glass is the starting point which is quite expensive for Venice. Although we did not sit there they have one beautiful table that is outside on the balcony overlooking the canal. If you make a reservation definitely ask if it’s available. In that case would be worth a visit!

05/04/2024: This place was absolutely exceptional, the food was amazing and the staff were extraordinary. The first impressions were fine dining but we were not dressed for the occasion. The staff made us feel very at ease and gave us great recommendations! We wanted pesto pasta from the region and we ordered off menu as they said they could accommodate at the time. This little touch and detail was something that usually doesn’t happen in restaurants, the food was absolutely sublime and the wine was very tasty. They pride themselves in creating a relaxed dining environment, they come to the table and finish serving the dish in front of your table. This was very impressive to watch and also some dishes came with their own twist. The owner/manager came around to ask how we found the service and also where we were from. This was very friendly and made us feel like we were welcomed as a customer! Great experience and we will be back! :) P.S lemon and Basil sorbet was incredible

27/03/2024: After seeing the incredibly good reviews, my husband and I were excited to dine here. Unfortunately, my positive mood was dampened. We came without a reservation and got a table straight away, the service was also friendly. We sat down and were given a welcome drink, but no history of the restaurant. It seemed as if there was no interest in contacting us at all. While we were looking at the menu, the waiter came to us impatiently and wanted to take the order as quickly as possible, time pressure was inevitable. We ended up ordering wine and a main course each since we weren't that hungry. There was spaghetti with seafood and actually a lasagna with pesto. Instead of lasagna, simple pasta with pesto was served, which was delicious. The spaghetti, however, was barely salted and the seafood didn't seem fresh (perhaps from the freezer?). It was quite good, but definitely not worth €28 per dish. We actually wanted to end our evening on a nice note, but instead we just wanted to leave, without dessert, without anything. The restaurant is more of an illusion than a reality.
