02/06/2025: In zona centrale, vicinissimo alla bella Via Garibaldi, è un locale curato e pulito. Il proprietario è stato cortese e simpatico e ci ha offerto un tavolo tranquillo dove abbiamo gustato una cena preparata con ingredienti di qualità. Ottimi gli antipasti, molto buoni i primi, gradevole il calice di vino rosso e strepitosi i dolci. La bavarese con zabaione è la migliore che abbia mai mangiato. Il conto è stato assolutamente adeguato. Complimenti a Au Cafè :)

21/07/2025: The food was tasty but not what I expected. I wanted real honest sardines and prawns. Instead I had smoked raw sardines and again raw prawns. My limited Italian did not help. Specials were explained profusely to other customers in Italian but not to me, unfortunately. All in all a pleasant experience, tasty food (on the pricier side) but should have researched it better and gone for something less "fancy".

20/07/2025: Quality service and attentiveness from the waiters. The restaurant is perfectly located. We arrived without a reservation, and they quickly made room for us. It's true that the restaurant was quite full, and it's best to make a reservation if possible. An excellent place to try the typical pesto from the Genoa city. We loved the food and the value for money was excellent.

29/06/2025: From the moment we sat down, dining at Oca Bianca felt like a true discovery. The staff was warm and attentive, and every dish — paired with thoughtfully selected wine — was outstanding. The menu stands apart from anything else we encountered in the region, both in creativity and execution. After two weeks of eating our way through Italy, this was easily the most memorable meal of the trip. Missing it would be a real shame.

25/06/2025: We had lunch after a spinning group event. I had never been there, fantastic welcome, as well as the service, but above all the dishes, good choice, quality and served with care. Personally I really enjoyed the ravioli with wild boar sauce, the rabbit with potatoes and the tiramisu, the wine and the tiramisu were also good. Informal but very welcoming and functional environment. Great experience, thank you

02/06/2025: Great experience with first-hand knowledge of the history of the Muiun Rose. The Muiun is a terrible snake that hunters, mushroom hunters, wayfarers, etc. in the area had no qualms about killing and quickly burying because of its terrible stench. Legend has it that in the area where the putrid reptile was buried, a beautiful black rose grew.....

24/05/2025: We came by chance, without a reservation. 12 Euro menu, first course, second course, side dish, water and coffee. Very kind and friendly, all strictly Zeneizi, I tasted the best mandilli with pesto of my life, the luganega with salad was truly exquisite, our 🐕 was welcome and pampered. I only give 5 ⭐, but the pesto deserves double. We will definitely be back

16/06/2025: Excellent dinner in a lovely and welcoming olive garden. Special dishes, recipes with typical Italian flavors, but not usual and usual. The staff is very welcoming and kind. Paid about 70 euros for a complete dinner with appetizer, first and second course with fish courses too.

My partner is celiac, they managed the dinner very well, a small misunderstanding with the owner who wasn't very polite and ruined the end of the dinner for me, but the waitress was very kind.

12/07/2025: Reviews (for me) are usually a kind of self-celebration. But in this case, please take my word for it, because I've never had seared tuna like this. And if we're talking about first courses, my wife (who tasted my spaghetti with clams) had a reaction similar to Sally in the famous film "When Harry Met Sally": that is, she experienced a profound gastronomic pleasure that she rarely displays. So, if you're passing through Genoa Nervi, please take a moment to appreciate the pleasure of the palate. P.S. Just as my wife enjoyed my spaghetti, I did the same with her seared tuna; a true delight for the palate. P.S. I'm happy when I review places like this: they exemplify the unwavering strength of family businesses, where a sense of duty and customer satisfaction come first; everything else comes second.

11/07/2025: Day trip out of town. We're coming from Turin to celebrate our anniversary. Found it on TripAdvisor, which is often a sure thing. We come to the restaurant. Everything is 5 stars. The management and atmosphere are family-friendly. The dishes are truly delicious and fresh, as they say. When the food is excellent, I always use the term... "mouth-filling," meaning I can taste the simple, authentic flavor of every dish. For those who love quality, for example, the spaghetti with clams and bottarga are from Senatori Cappelli (made with ancient grains). What can I say? The hot seafood appetizer (it seemed freshly caught), as well as the grilled tuna, seared as it should be cooked, and what can I say about the fish ravioli with tomato sauce, mussels and shrimp, and the fried anchovies? There's nothing else to say except come and enjoy them. Finally, congratulations on the attentive, friendly, and meticulous service. Finally, I recommend the local after-dinner drinks: Amaro Camatti and Amaro 7 erbe. I don't know what else to add except to tell you... Try it and believe it. If you really want to eat at La Ruota di Nervi, you have to go. My compliments to all the staff.

29/06/2025: Waiting even just for water. Cut of meat much lower than reported. Red wines, with costs not low level, stored and served in a terrible way. Despite reporting the inconveniences, at the cash register, no one cared in the least to improve the situation. We definitely won't be back!

26/06/2025: Restaurant immersed in nature, excellent service and delicious dishes! Suggestive location with wooden tables in nature as well as classic restaurant rooms! Recommended to everyone, honest prices!

13/06/2025: Delicious food. I ate one of the dishes of the day - pasta with pesto, pistachios and crispy sausage and it was delicious. Spaghetti carbonara very tasty. Pizza also very tasty. Service nice, but deducting a star for the rather small interest of the guests. When they do show interest, it's very ok. We also ordered desserts - panna cotta very tasty, but minus for processed strawberries - I was hoping for fresh ones. Cheesecake - very strange in taste and also processed berries. Chocolate foundation - very correct. From the desserts of the day we took lemon sorbet, which was served in a glass in the form of ... liquid ... strange, we would have preferred ice cream. The atmosphere was made more pleasant by live music - there is a live concert almost every evening.

09/06/2025: My partner and I went for dinner here on a Monday night and the staff were super friendly and accommodating as we unfortunately can not speak Italian. They spoke wonderful English and created a wonderful atmosphere for dinner with the lovely music. The food was some of the best food we’ve eaten and at a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommended this place to anyone coming to Recco.

22/06/2025: A simple pizzeria without that annoying "Gourmet" sign that you usually find. Excellent and abundant pizzas served at a table with a white cotton tablecloth and napkins (and not paper) of excellent quality.
