We were delighted with the focaccia.
The only downside is the extremely high noise level in the left part of the restaurant, where there are no white place settings.
21/04/2026: Every year I have to go back specifically for the focaccia and the pesto trofie. I watch the rest pass by, it looks and will be delicious, but since the 1970s, I've been going for the focaccia and the trofie.

10/04/2026: I recommend this restaurant primarily for the Recco focaccia and pizza, which deserve praise.
The rest of the food is average.
I would improve the service; it's inattentive and sometimes rude.
I understand it was packed, but the diner shouldn't lose out.
The quality/price ratio is medium-high.
09/04/2026: We ate at the restaurant for dinner on Wednesday, March 8th. Excellent service from the waiter, who was very knowledgeable and tactful with everyone. Excellent traditional Ligurian cuisine. Highly recommended! Well done!

02/04/2026: I don't usually eat cheese focaccia, but I have to say this one really raised the bar for Recco cheese focaccia. It may sound strange coming from me, but it was so good, I even had to ask for a second helping. :)
We had a table of ten, and the kids were all very excited, not to mention us adults 😊.
Congratulations to all the staff who managed such a chaotic situation.

30/12/2025: It's a shame you can't give less than one star. We went there for pizza with friends. Aside from the fact that the pizza took 25 minutes to arrive and the restaurant wasn't even that busy, I think it's the worst pizza I've ever eaten. It tasted like a schiacciatina, even half raw. Very low-quality ingredients. My husband had a pizza with a crust filled with cooked ham, which was probably just called ham. All greasy and acidic. And the crust was only filled on two sides of the pizza, not all four. We're a long way from the word "pizza." If you go, try the cuisine, maybe that's what they'll save.
26/12/2025: It was a truly excellent Christmas lunch: the food was expertly prepared and delicious, the service impeccable, the atmosphere welcoming, with ambient music in the background, and a live pianist.
A place to definitely return.

Inattentive staff
If you see a table with a small child waiting for an hour, try asking.
The cut looked like meat cooked a week ago.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but not correcting them is even worse. Not apologizing is even worse.

bad because it had very little cheese. I know the product and am a fan of it... I've eaten it everywhere in Recco. This focaccia, presented at the table with a consortium stamp, is truly, I repeat, bad for us. I wanted to let you know. Best regards.
21/03/2026: We went to this place with friends, the place was very nice... But the service was really really slow... A shame... By the time the dishes arrived we were already hungry... obviously the table was served in a staggered way and not everyone had their own plate to eat at the same time... We asked for a small bowl of pesto, which was absolutely not feasible or we would have sent the kitchen into chaos... We definitely won't be back...

22/02/2025: Per me il miglior panificio a Recco con la focaccia col formaggio più buona in assoluto. Ottime le spighe e il "treno". Anche la pizza è ottima. Personale cortese e veloce.
21/02/2025: Premetto che sono 53 anni che frequento la Zona, mia madre andava a Camogli già dal dopo guerra, sono praticamente più ligure io (surfo pure) dei liguri che fuggono dalla loro regione.... Moltedo fa la migliore focaccia col formaggio che esista sul pianeta terra, a differenza di Tossini che è una catena tipo MC Donald's con focaccia appena sufficiente. Moltedo di Luisa invece produce la migliore focaccia col formaggio e pizzata che ci sia, con la crosticina. Top . Occhio però perchè nuoce gravemente alla salute, una volta provata la focaccia col formaggio di moltedo troverete le altre focacce col formaggio di Recco o di Camogli appena sufficienti. La focaccia semplice non la consiglio, a Camogli è molto meglio.
