14/12/2025: Family lunch. Everything was good, well-cooked food, and generous portions. The staff was quick and polite. We left satisfied.
13/12/2025: I stayed in a hotel for a few nights for work, so I decided to try the restaurant's cuisine. The food was good, with authentic flavors and quality ingredients. I tried both the fried fish, the spaghetti allo scoglio, and the set menu of legume soup and tripe. If I could go there more often, I would, but it's a shame I live in the Veneto region.

11/01/2026: This restaurant has been around for many years: there's also a heated outdoor covered terrace. The pizzas are good and flavorful, and stay crispy throughout the meal. They also have a good selection of Recco-style cheese focaccias, including flavored ones. The wait for a table is very short, and after ordering, the food is served quickly. The service is well organized. Unfortunately, the restaurant is a bit basic, but knowing that, you can be very satisfied.

11/01/2026: Nothing special. An unremarkable place from the outside. Nice inside. Friendly owners. The food is decent, but nothing exceptional. The bill is a bit steep.
05/01/2026: We'd like to share our pleasant experience at lunch here today. We found the atmosphere comfortable and the staff very friendly, who made us feel at ease and explained the local dishes, which we found excellent, from the trio of anchovies appetizer (delicious) to the seafood spaghetti and the wonderful pandolce. We'll definitely be back!

15/03/2026: Bella Vida is a treat we indulge in every now and then to savor some excellent meat (the new 3 cuts of Angus, Wagyu, and Kobe are very popular). We've been loyal customers for years. We'll see you again soon.
11/03/2026: I hate to say this because it used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but unfortunately the quality of the meat has deteriorated significantly compared to a few years ago.
The service was nice and very scenic, but the same can't be said for the food.
By the way, we spent €150 for two people, so it's quite expensive for what they offer.

01/01/2026: We went there for lunch today with a couple of friends and two dogs... what can I say, everything was more than excellent, excellent quality and generous quantities, good house red wine.
We had appetizers (the head in a box was amazing)
And samples of the four first courses: pansoti in walnut sauce, cannelloni, ravioli, and baked lasagna with pesto...
More than excellent price.

05/02/2026: This summer I spent my vacation at "Domus Vittoria," a 19th-century vacation home in Sannicola (not far from Gallipoli), and the owner raved about the place. Since I was in Genoa, I took his advice and treated friends to the pizza: the crust was soft and fluffy, truly delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is very professional. I'll definitely be back.

Good pizza with a wide selection of pizzas and different types of dough, fast and efficient service.
Great courtesy and patience.
After having some problems with the reservation caused by us, we were greeted as if they had known us forever.
The girl at the cash register, despite being pressured by unbearable customers who asked for separate bills based on what they consumed rather than the total, remained unperturbed.
Absolutely fair prices.
Recommended.
We'll be back.

01/03/2026: Very thin pizzas with a dough that tastes like a mix between a Frisbee and a dry piadina. We ordered a rustichella (speck and gorgonzola) and a diavola. The former was decent, the latter really nothing special, with almost no mozzarella. Friendly service, but the tables were very crowded, cramped, and not exactly spotless. Considering the atmosphere, they charge way too much. I wouldn't return. Rating: 6-/10
17/02/2026: There's little space between tables, but for an exceptional pizza like this, it's worth it: shallow, very shallow, and wide, topped "according to the seasons" with every goodness and with great professionalism... it's been my favorite pizzeria for a few years. Given the crowds, I recommend booking.

03/10/2025: Truly too kind: they gave us a huge discount because we waited a while for our pizzas, but it wasn't absolutely necessary! Thin and crispy pizza, very good. Excellent tiramisu. I always stop here when I pass through Borgonovo, and have for several years.

20/10/2025: My experience was overall positive. It was our first time.
What can I say? Good, authentic food. The place is dated but clean.
Perhaps a little too crowded.
The waiters are always rushing around. A uniform would be a nice touch.
The price is fair and appropriate for the dishes offered.
The things I didn't like: if I reserve a table (reservation accepted) and arrive on time, I should find it free. I don't have to wait.
Handing out a menu and saying (as early as 1 pm) "This one's sold out." I don't have any more of that. That's not nice.
Anyway, in the end, all was well.
