30/12/2025: It's a shame you can't give less than one star. We went there for pizza with friends. Aside from the fact that the pizza took 25 minutes to arrive and the restaurant wasn't even that busy, I think it's the worst pizza I've ever eaten. It tasted like a schiacciatina, even half raw. Very low-quality ingredients. My husband had a pizza with a crust filled with cooked ham, which was probably just called ham. All greasy and acidic. And the crust was only filled on two sides of the pizza, not all four. We're a long way from the word "pizza." If you go, try the cuisine, maybe that's what they'll save.
26/12/2025: It was a truly excellent Christmas lunch: the food was expertly prepared and delicious, the service impeccable, the atmosphere welcoming, with ambient music in the background, and a live pianist.
A place to definitely return.

08/03/2026: We come here every now and then to eat with my mother-in-law, who's a friend of the people who work there, and we really enjoy it. It's a quiet, intimate place. Super friendly staff, a young, beautiful atmosphere. The food is delicious... delicious fries and burgers... my favorite... the tortman!!! Bacon, cheddan, grilled zucchini, scamorza cream, and BBQ... all served on excellent, real, crunchy bread! The girl makes homemade desserts... the cheesecake with chocolate biscuit and berries is a must-try!

18/04/2026: The location is a bit out of the way, but it's worth it. The food is typically local, with little attention to presentation, but that's not a problem. It's not (just) the presentation that matters, but the flavors of the dish. The place is clean and tidy, with friendly staff who are happy to answer any questions.
12/04/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant recommended by the lady at the B&B where we were staying. I have to say, we had a wonderful time. The place is spotless, the dishes are simple but excellent, and the prices are super fair!
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We'll definitely be back.

19/05/2026: Ordered delivery from the kicks team, I’m from America so the kicks team and I laughed about the difficulties of the language difference as we ordered but successfully got our delivery order in less than 15 minutes. 02/05/2026: It's Saturday evening...I happened to be passing by and stopped in without too many expectations...I had a great time...
The host, Rosita, was very welcoming, kind, and polite, and after the excellent dinner I was able to meet the chef, and I complimented him on the excellent cuisine...
I absolutely must repeat the experience!

09/05/2026: I've probably never eaten a pizza like the one I had at Baffo! I mean, it wins the award for worst pizza I've ever eaten, and it was even gourmet! 😩 Not only that, but even though I asked for the arugula to go without, it was still there...
We were in the covered outdoor terrace, not a welcoming, much less elegant, location.
I also didn't like the beer, and it was served at room temperature—terrible!
15/04/2026: I spent Easter on the veranda, enjoying an excellent menu from every perspective, served by very kind and hospitable staff.
I relaxed with my family and couldn't have chosen a better location. Highly recommended.

03/10/2025: Truly too kind: they gave us a huge discount because we waited a while for our pizzas, but it wasn't absolutely necessary! Thin and crispy pizza, very good. Excellent tiramisu. I always stop here when I pass through Borgonovo, and have for several years.
