03/06/2025: Excellent location, on top of Monte Cornua with a large outdoor terrace. Very kind waiters. Positive note also for the bill: €15 per person for two second courses, two covers, a side dish, a dessert, two coffees, a water and 1/2L of wine. Decent food! Not the "Wow" from Trattoria that you expect.

02/06/2025: Excellent family-run Genoese tavern. Always daily menu and never fixed, with all good home-made dishes. Very cheap compared to everything they give you. For red wine, still water, two first courses, two second courses, two side dishes, two desserts, two bitters and a coffee (there were two of us) THEY ASKED ME €40! In Genoa... a very expensive city. I gave them €50 because I was ashamed to pay so little (and even €50 was a bargain anyway!). I would go back a million times

13/05/2025: Professional...but friendliness and hospitality are something else. If you are a customer who just grabs a quick coffee or maybe an ice cream to go...well it borders on rudeness. I asked for cream and chocolate...they only gave me cream...I asked for a topping and was told it was only for those who sit down...oh well...the place is definitely nice...but not for passing through...

31/05/2025: Cibo ottimo, ingredienti freschi e prodotti tipici del territorio. Ada, la proprietaria, è un’oste straordinaria: accogliente, appassionata e sempre pronta a spiegare i piatti con cura. Servizio attento, sorridente e caloroso. Un’esperienza autentica, ci si sente in famiglia. Consigliatissimo!

24/05/2025: Abbiamo passato una bellissima serata cenando da “Nonno Cuoco”. I piatti che abbiamo assaggiato erano tutti veramente ottimi e soprattutto preparati con materie prime di grande qualità. Dolci sublimi (ho adorato la pastiera!). Un grazie a Sabrina per l’accoglienza che ci ha riservato. Torneremo presto!

21/04/2025: Molto soddisfatti di questo pranzo di mare! Tutti i piatti erano di qualità, ben presentati e le porzioni molto abbondanti. Deliziosi soprattutto i ravioli al sugo di astice e il coccio di mare (unico appunto su quest'ultimo suggeriamo di spostarlo nei primi). Ottimo anche il dolce, consigliamo il semifreddo al basanotto!

07/06/2025: By chance ate in this restaurant on the way from Italy to France. Delicious pizzas and only locals. Fast service and absolutely a nice living room feeling. Recommend this restaurant 100%.

18/04/2025: Interesting vegan lunch! I was here with a colleague of mine, to try something new, very nice location, it feels like home. Chill atmosphere with relaxing music, possibility of eating even sitting on the floor with cushions. We chose the tasting plate: a single dish with samples of all the dishes, €15.50. I find it an excellent solution for those like me who never know how to choose and would like to try everything! It included: -Spiced vegetable cream with savory granola - Sorrento style gnocchi with excellent cashew mozzarella! -Buckwheat and chia roll with lemon and chicory cream -Mashed potatoes and celeriac with chickpeas and vegetables with oriental flavours -Farmer's mixed salad: Trevigiana, carrots, cabbage, purple cabbage and spirulina tahina All very interesting, a rich and colorful dish! For dessert we tried Mezzelune with coconut & Date with almond covered in chocolate To drink the Spritz, beetroot, ginger, apple and lemon juice. Recommended for a different experience!

18/04/2025: Sono stata qui con un mio collega, per sperimentare una cosa nuova, location molto carina sembra di essere a casa. Atmosfera chill con musica rilassante, possibilità di mangiare anche seduti per terra con cuscini. Abbiamo scelto il Piatto assaggi: piatto unico con assaggi di tutte le pietanze 15,50€ la trovo un’ottima soluzione per chi come me non sa mai scegliere e vorrebbe provare tutto! Comprendeva: -Crema di verdure speziata con granola salata -Gnocchi alla sorrentina con mozzarella di anacardi ottimi! -Roll di grano saraceno e chia con crema al limone e cicoria -Pure di patate e sedano rapa con ceci e verdure ai sapori d’oriente -Misticanza del contadino: trevigiana, carote, verza, cappuccio viola e Tahina alla spirulina Tutto molto interessante un piatto ricco e colorato! Come dolce abbiamo assaggiato Mezzelune al cocco & Dattero con mandorla ricoperto di cioccolato Da bere lo Spritz barbabietola zenzero succo di mela e limone. Consigliato per un’esperienza diversa!

03/05/2025: Ci siamo stati in famiglia. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Trenette col pesto top, spaghetti con Ricci e vongole deliziosi, un branzino cucinato alla ligure perfetto, una focaccia al formaggio delicatissima, un semifreddo alla nocciola meraviglioso. Il tutto in un ambiente molto elegante e con personale molto gentile e disponibile timing nella norma. Prezzo corretto. Sicuramente un ottimo ristorante.

06/05/2025: A quiet corner above the hill, surrounded by greenery and away from the bustle of the city: Ostaia al Richetto is the perfect place for those looking for good food and tranquility in a genuine and relaxing context. We started with an asparagus pie with cheese fondue, delicate and tasty, followed by a fragrant focaccia with olive pâté. The first off-menu of the day was really interesting: potato and green bean ravioli with pesto, a simple but well-executed dish, which enhances the Ligurian tradition. For dessert, some chose chocolate cake and some chose apple pie. The latter seemed a little cold to me, and - a completely personal idea - I think that at room temperature, perhaps accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it would have been even more pleasant. An affectionate reflection, not a criticism. The staff was friendly and helpful, with advice that was sincere and appreciated. The equally friendly chef has added a human touch that makes the experience even more pleasant. Normal prices for simple, sincere cuisine immersed in nature. Recommended for a slow and quality break, away from the confusion.

02/05/2025: A well-known and traditional tavern, with good food and some important imperfections. The gurnard dish in its broth at sixteen euros would have been correct if there had been a more substantial quantity of meat in the broth. Of this however, there was very little. The service was friendly, pleasant but imprecise: I ordered the steak which arrived rare. Luckily I like it that way (cooked to the outside two millimeters, the nice thick slice was otherwise really raw), but no one asked me the degree of doneness. Kindness, still good food and correct price are worth the pass but the hen shouts for revenge.

13/05/2025: Very good food, excellent quality/price ratio. The portions are super generous. The location is beautiful, with a sea view. I have no negative comments... or maybe one, the calamarata would be better without the aubergines!

08/05/2025: Superbe grand restaurant situé sur les hauteurs d'Arenzano à quelques kilomètres de Genes. Restaurant proposant des pizzas pâte et fruits de mer a des prix plus que correct. Je recommande vivement pour la qualité de la cuisine ainsi que pour le service en salle.

25/03/2025: Just had breakfast with an amazing pain au chocolat! I always look forward to trips out of town to the French Riviera to eat excellent, typical French pastry puffs, but this morning I discovered that I can easily find them in the center of Arenzano. I will definitely come back to try other proposals, such as the Maritozzi which immediately capture the attention and, unfortunately, are not so popular in Northern patisseries. Congratulations to the young and kind owner

29/12/2024: We stopped by without a reservation at 6pm on Saturday to get some cakes and single portions and we found the whole assortment. The Bavarian cream with berries was very popular and sold out in a very short time. Well made and well presented desserts. I absolutely recommend
