The food was excellent, but it's a shame they assigned us a highly misogynistic waiter who glared at me during dinner. Even my 19-year-old son noticed. It's not nice to treat customers this way, it's disrespectful. He should solve his personal problems at home, not at work.

In a simple setting, excellent dishes are served promptly and courteously at an absolutely fair price. For example, a seafood appetizer, a hearty pizza, mixed fried fish, chips, water, small beer, and two sorbets cost just over €50.

Since it was my first time and I was completely unfamiliar with this establishment, I have to thank all the staff who introduced me to this small but great slice of Ligurian dining, which combines excellent cuisine and quality pizzerias at a more than fair price.

The ambiance is nice.
Unfortunately, the food wasn't very good. The pizza was far too bland. Furthermore, the pasta only arrived after we had finished our pizza. The staff seemed rather impersonal and not very friendly. It's a shame; we had expected more.

Excellent management in every way. The village of Sori is charming and deserves a restaurant like EDOBAR, where you eat very well and are treated like royalty! Highly recommended.

This place was recommended to us by some local Ligurians, and it turned out to be spot-on.
The atmosphere is that of a classic local trattoria, simple and authentic, just as you'd expect from such a place. The service was a bit slow, but the place was busy, and for a trattoria, that didn't bother us much.
The dishes were good, the portions generous, and the prices absolutely fair. Overall, the quality-to-price ratio is truly excellent.
If you're looking for a place without too many pretensions, where you can eat well, spend a fair amount, and soak up a genuine atmosphere, this is definitely a recommended choice.
