This place in Sori is a true gem of Liguria ❤️ It's a true local spot, a true local haunt, and honestly, the best restaurant I've ever been to. Everything here is incredibly delicious—especially the local focaccia, which makes you want to come back. Everything is homemade, warm, and full of love, like your mom was feeding you. 💕🫶🏻

A wonderful surprise, a large, welcoming place with guaranteed parking. We tried it for lunch. The service was fast, punctual, and friendly. The menu offered both classic and pizza-style dishes. I started with classic Ligurian delicacies: panizza, excellent farinata, and cuculli. As a first course, the tagliolini pasta with scorpion fish and vegetables was generous and very well cooked. For the second course, the classic anchovies, breaded and fried very well. House desserts, a trio of regional white wines from Liguria, the Aosta Valley, and Friuli. A rare and excellent digestif: tagliatella! The price was right. We'll be back. I returned for lunch on the beautiful terrace. The waitresses were friendly and helpful. I was satisfied this time too. I returned after enjoying excellent baked fish, but the stuffed vegetables and recycled fried cod were horrible! What a shame.

If you want to have lunch at the shore I recommend getting a piece of the focaccia to take away, delicious. Pizza only in the evening.

If you're passing through Sori, you absolutely have to stop by. The Recco focaccia is phenomenal. It's an excellent restaurant with excellent value for money.

Excellent service, shame about the service (perhaps the owner's) who, to save two small cardboard trays, insisted on giving us three cheese focaccias for three different people in a single package. Incredible, this only happens in Liguria (in this case, Genoa).

I've had the opportunity to visit Sori a few times, and twice, I've decided to buy cheese focaccia from this place. Excellent product, no complaints there. The pizza chefs and the man behind the counter are very kind! The only flaw was the older "lady" at the counter, who was very rude and disrespectful, a classic example of typical Ligurian hospitality, but in a negative way. I gave myself the opportunity to change my mind twice, but unfortunately, the situation hasn't improved at all. The "lady" in question even told me, evidently annoyed that I'd waited for the hot focaccia instead of getting the cold one already on the counter, that they don't do takeout anyway... (???) Furthermore, I asked her if she could add a few lady's kisses to my bill, and she "politely" replied that she'd already closed the bill and wouldn't give them to me... The previous time, however, she'd been indignant simply because I'd come in to get takeout and had spoken to her in a low voice, because I had a sore throat, and she even mumbled something about my order, which was obviously not very profitable for her... Never again, if I come in and find the "lady" behind the counter, I'll take it and leave.

A historic trattoria in Sori. Simple, delicious cuisine. Fast, expert service. A wood-fired focaccia oven. Typical Ligurian dishes, fish of the day, and various pasta dishes. Recommended for a dinner with friends.

A very welcoming and welcoming trattoria, with very polite, courteous, and helpful staff. I can't speak highly enough about the cuisine; the quality is average to low. All in all, the dinner is offset by the very affordable price, which is accessible to everyone.

Simple atmosphere, very varied menu. Traditional Ligurian cuisine of excellent quality. Nice wine list, friendly and helpful staff. The bill is reasonable, I'd say. I've been there before and will return more often; it's worth it.
