22/02/2025: We had lunch on two occasions with friends after a nice tour among the many accessible paths in the Resia Valley, within the Julian Alps Paco. Extremely courteous staff, very kind and with contagious empathy, a welcoming and warm place, you feel at home. The menu reflects local traditions, therefore refined and of excellent quality, truly tasty and particular. Finally, the price is more than honest and proportionate, truly a nice discovery.

17/02/2025: We went for lunch over the weekend. Wonderful location! Unique view of the Collio! The first ones were spectacular! The diaphragm very tasty. The cuberoll was delicious but a little greasy, but excellent taste! Definitely worth returning when you can dine on the outdoor terrace! Very kind staff!

Quello che arriva nei piatti è vero di gusto e di bellezza. Grazie ai titolari e allo staff. Più volte siamo stati ma oggi ci siamo sentiti di fare questa recensione per fare onore a questa attività storica che ha fatto i cambiamenti giusti ma ha mantenuto la sua identità. 05/01/2025: Trovo che le ultime esperienze in questo locale siano state in controtendenza e decisamente deludenti rispetto alla solita alta qualità ( in passato già recensita positivamente). Ho trovato molto peggiorato il servizio, la gestione del cliente, la gestione della tempistica, la penultima volta abbiamo aspettato 45 minuti per avere il pane ed il vino…La ragazza che gestisce la sala non è gentile, non ti fa sentire coccolato. E si dimentica le cose… La qualità del pesce è peggiorata, il tonno crudo era veramente ordinario, anche lo scampo era insapore e dal crudo è sparito il gambero rosso. Là tartare di gambero argentino non è buona perche quel tipo di crostaceo non si presta al consumo da crudo. Le porzioni dei primi sono insufficienti, 60/70 grammi di pasta non è una porzione per una persona adulta. Anche i calamari (25 € a porzione) erano troppo troppo pochi…So quanto costa la materia prima e non è accettabile. In sostanza il servizio è precipitato, la qualità è scesa insieme alla quantità. Mi dispiace molto ma qualcosa è cambiato e non in meglio purtroppo. Il locale recentemente rinnovato è molto carino, questo va detto.

04/02/2025: Going up the Stella river from its mouth on the Marano lagoon to reach the "restaurant at the Stella river" through its fresh and clear waters fed by the resurgences of middle Friuli is always a great joy. It's a bit like landing in a "safe port", you savor the pleasure of the welcome and notice that every rhythm is slow. Wide and very interesting proposals, Raw food: from shellfish, oysters and everything the market offers day by day. The first courses: all delicious with Maltese and Mediterranean influences. The latter proposed in the local and/or international versions are a triumph. The wine list is rich and complete. To try, letting yourself be enchanted by the lanterns lit at dusk, by the slow flow of the water.

12/03/2025: SPECTACULAR!! We stopped for dinner on the way back from Tolmezzo. Very very nice place, even outdoor seating. Eaten divinely. First superlatives, then the best Entrecote cut of my life, exceptional desserts. Very kind and helpful staff. Number one owner. Not recommended. Moreover!!!!!
