20/01/2026: We always love returning to this place, where the atmosphere and the people make us feel at ease. The food is excellent and beautifully presented. In winter, it's nice to sit by the fireplace. Good value. They also have a gluten-free/food intolerance menu.

19/01/2026: It deserves a review. I arrived with fairly high expectations, which were not disappointed at all. The service was prompt, smiling, and welcoming. Sitting near the fireplace, the fireplace warmed me and made the meal enjoyable. The house wine was excellent, the food exceptional, the quality of the meat and the cooking of the snails remarkable. Chiara, simply unique. The only downside that ruined the finish a bit was the dessert plate had an unpleasant, slightly stale smell, but that's something that can happen. I would gladly return.

01/02/2026: What a fantastic experience. From the moment I poked my head through the door, 10 minutes before opening, to see if we could come in from the cold, we received the most wonderful and generous hospitality I’ve experienced in a while. I asked for a recommendation for a local wine and was given a great choice. All the food was exceptionally good - the braised beef cheek was superb. At the end of the meal I mentioned to the owner how much we liked one of the items on the table setting and inquired whether we could buy some to take home to Australia with us. She hurried off to get some for me and came back and said they were a gift for us! Then, as we talked a little more, I mentioned we were in Tarvisio for an alpine skiing event for my daughter and she hurried off again and returned with another gift for my daughter - an official toque/ beanie and neck warmer from the FIS World World Cup that had been held in Tarvisio a couple of weeks ago. This restaurant and its owners are the true epitome of Italian hospitality - great food, exceptional service and a wonderful atmosphere with tables full and locals drinking and snacking at the bar. A must visit if you find yourself in Tarvisio 🙏👏

30/10/2025: The restaurant is simply romantic, situated right on one of the many rivers in this marine delta and even accessible by boat. It's perfect for individual diners as well as larger events. The service is smart and attentive. The menu offers a sophisticated yet classic selection. You can expect generous portions, with a focus on fish. The wine selection is excellent. The price-performance ratio is fair and perfectly acceptable for the quality offered. I would definitely recommend making a reservation during peak season. Tip: One thing that could be improved (though it's not directly related to the restaurant) is the numerous potholes on the narrow path, which is bordered on both sides by a water-filled ditch and doesn't allow for any speedy progress! Be careful of oncoming traffic. All in all, well worth a visit! PS: If you like my review, I'd appreciate a thumbs up! 😁👍

02/02/2026: Friendly and very welcoming staff, well-seasoned pizza, crispy, well-cooked and served, venison with polenta, very tasty and well-cooked, good profiteroles full of chocolate, limoncello offered and the possibility of leaving the camper in the part connected to the electricity for free, just eat at the pizzeria... everyone was really kind, a lovely discovery that we will definitely do again.
