The pizza is one of the best in the area, if not the best!
They specialize in fish, with options also available off-menu. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Lillo is friendly, knowledgeable, and knowledgeable, and knows how to advise customers to satisfy any request. Highly recommended.

09/05/2026: A truly enchanting place, tastefully decorated in a beautiful mountain style and with a very pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, however, the service was decidedly below par. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional, while the waitress's attitude left much to be desired. Furthermore, the music seemed completely out of place: too loud and completely unsuitable for a small mountain village. Rather than an authentic and relaxing place, it felt more like a city pub. A real shame, because with such potential, we had hoped to stay for lunch as well, but in the end, we limited ourselves to a coffee.

26/05/2026: Regional cuisine. The owner explains the dishes in English. Here you're still offered open wine without having to ask, and they don't push overpriced bottles on you. The prices for the food are reasonable.

01/05/2026: We stopped for lunch. I had a local specialty, cjarsons, and a mixed grill with polenta and beans my way. The food was truly excellent, very well prepared, and the rooms were spacious. My only slight negative comment was the quantity of cjarsons; I would have liked a little more, but that didn't affect the top rating. The portions of the main course, meat and beans, were very generous.

15/06/2026: My wife and I went there last night.
We had excellent pasta; I had venison sauce, while my wife had pasta with clams.
Generous portions, friendly and welcoming staff. The place is cute, a little retro, just the way we like it (but what's on the plate is what matters!).
We were also inspired by the pizza, which looked delicious, but maybe next time.
EXCELLENT!

I recommend it if you want to eat well and spend a reasonable amount in Lignano Pineta.
18/11/2025: Delicious pistachio pasta at fair prices. You can get a table relatively quickly, even when it's busy, and the food is very tasty! They also have delicious limoncello spritz!

31/05/2026: We were there at the end of March, before Easter 2025! The food was good as always, but when we went to the car at 9 pm, the back window was smashed and everything had been stolen, especially the groceries we had bought earlier. Our winter jackets, passports, and driver's licenses were apparently unusable and were scattered around the car! We had parked in the parking lot under a streetlamp! When we asked for help at the restaurant, nobody cared, as they claimed no one ever came in anyway! From what I've read, this seems to happen quite often, especially with foreign license plates! They're all in cahoots!
I will certainly never go there again, and you should think very carefully before doing so!

12/05/2026: We're regulars now. The pizza is fabulous: kamut, charcoal, white, and specialty pizzas—a wide selection. The staff is friendly, the service is fast and accurate, and the place is quiet.

27/02/2026: Wandering around Palmanova, we found this charming little restaurant. The food was excellent, the cod Vicenza-style was fantastic, the tartare was excellent, and of course, the prosciutto crudo.
The wines were EXCELLENT.
The lady was very helpful in offering recommendations and, understanding our tastes, made us feel at home.
