April 2026. Everything was great: food, service, and ambiance. The only negative detail was the very high and unjustified price (€16) for a liter of unlabeled red wine (a 1-liter carafe) served at the table. What a shame.

A lovely, welcoming atmosphere, conveniently located in Venzone. The food is plentiful and tasty; my favorite thing was the dessert. As for the service, the young staff leaves a bit to be desired; I noticed they were distracted from the customers.

17/04/2026: We've been coming to this restaurant for over 30 years – and we always love it. For us, they have the best pizza in all of Italy, especially the O'Saraceno. The atmosphere is lovely and cozy, and the service is excellent. The restaurant's exceptional friendliness towards families is particularly noteworthy – even with a large group, you always feel welcome. Simply superb and highly recommended!
02/01/2026: Time seems to have stood still here, but in a good way. It's so pleasant to eat here. We don't need any other restaurant on our Lignano vacation; it's our second living room!

31/01/2026: Welcoming and clean place, friendly and fast staff. Very good dishes, local cuisine but also revisited with palate-pleasing variations. Overall, the prices are fair, considering the quantity and quality of the food. Recommended!
11/12/2025: While visiting Cividale, I stopped for lunch at this tavern, just steps from the Devil's Bridge and just as close to the Celtic Hypogeum and the Lombard Temple. It's a fantastic location. It was a very pleasant little step back in time. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is very helpful and attentive, and the service is very fast. I had the veal cheeks with mushrooms and polenta. Delicious.
