06/10/2025: Excellent service, exceptional kindness and friendliness, they found us a table even though the place was packed and we hadn't booked. Their homemade prosciutto was exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. We tried the fantastic Alberti 1906 dish, a regular dish, and then... another regular dish, and another. I would have gone on for a bit longer, but we had to go home. In any case, as soon as we have the chance, we'll be back to enjoy that delicacy. Highly recommended. Go without hesitation, you won't regret it.

It's not impossible, but it's the kind of mission that earns you dinner. In the end, when you walk in, you feel like a hero who's conquered the relic. ATMOSPHERE The place isn't big, and that's a good thing. Because every detail seems designed with the precision of a Japanese calligrapher. Just the right lighting, thoughtful furnishings, no excess. Picturesque on the outside, bright on the inside: in the summer, the outdoor tables seem already taken by the cheerful chatter you can't wait to hear. THE MENU Not vegan? It doesn't matter. Here, the kitchen doesn't ask you for party membership, it simply knocks you out. The dishes don't try to "imitate" the carnivorous tradition, but challenge it to a duel. And they often win. You can choose a guided tour, like in a gastronomic theme park where each stop is a surprise you'd never imagine ordering alone. LOTS OF SMOKE AND... A TWIST The signature dish is this: "Lots of smoke and no roast." A name that seems designed to mock you, but it throws you off at the first bite. It looks like meat. It smells like meat. It fools you like a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat. Except here, there's no rabbit... there. When I want something to eat, I can't help but think of Panino a Modo Tuo, a simple yet high-quality place. The ingredients are evidently very fresh, and the sandwich combinations are practically endless. The staff is very friendly, always ready to offer advice, and always smiling and joking. Ultimately, it's a place where you can escape to eat something simple yet delicious and of excellent quality, accompanied by a good beer, all according to your personal preferences; let's not forget the prices, which are well below average.

08/10/2025: We were greeted with simplicity, kindness, and care. While ordering, we were repeatedly warned that the portions were generous, so as not to overdo it. This attention to detail is truly rare and delightful, both for its respect for the customer and its ability to prevent waste. The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent, and the recipes are traditional but with some truly original combinations. I recommend booking; on a Monday night, the place was fully booked. 28/09/2025: The food is mostly served on paper plates, but the lack of ambiance isn't reflected in the price. The food was good, but the service took a bit of time. Crostini (oily, fried cubes of white bread) are served with the aperitif and wine without asking. You pay for them even if you don't touch them. Well, you just don't tip. Still, the way they're trying to boost sales is questionable.

A truly unmissable osteria in the heart of San Daniele! 🌟 I started with a lard appetizer accompanied by pickled vegetables, simple yet meticulously flavored. For my first course, I chose the ever-present San Daniele prosciutto, served impeccably and truly sublime. As a side dish, I chose a trio of cheeses (ricotta, tomino, and mozzarella), each seasoned with care and flavor, showcasing the ingredients to their fullest. All this was accompanied by a local DOC white wine, crisp and perfectly paired with the dishes. To finish, a homemade tiramisu that was a true delight, creamy and irresistible. The bill was absolutely reasonable for the quality and generous portions. The restaurant is welcoming, family-run, and immediately makes you feel at ease: kindness and hospitality are the hallmarks. On a positive note, the parking spaces on the opposite side of the street are convenient and affordable. On a positive note: I arrived at 2:30 PM, thinking it was too late to eat, but instead they greeted me with a smile, found me a quiet table, and started the meal with fabulous breadsticks.
