16/09/2025: A very nice place to stop for a bite to eat in the beautiful old town of Venzone. Friendly, attentive staff. Excellent handmade pasta. Ideal for cyclists, but also for all other visitors to Venzone.

21/09/2025: We had excellent seafood risotto and a very fresh mixed fried fish dish. The dessert was also excellent. The waiter was always smiling, the outdoor tables were nice, and the temperature was perfect. What more could you ask for? Thanks Roby's buffet 😊

17/09/2025: 3 years in a row this is a culinary port for me.. Every time I land here I have a nice experience served with home cooked tasty food.. Today's porcini dish tasted liked it was picked just from the forest.. The family is auhentic, friendly and very hospitable.. They have a nice selection of wines and advice you well regarding your taste. Don't pass this one!

05/10/2025: We came to the restaurant with our sleeping baby in a stroller. We were told the wait would be 40 minutes, even though a table had just become available as another guest was leaving. When we came back without the stroller, the host was ready to seat us, but as soon as I mentioned we had a stroller, the attitude changed. Even though there were three empty tables, they were not willing to find a place for us. I understand it’s a small restaurant, but it really seemed like they could have made some space. Very disappointing and unwelcoming experience, especially for families with small children.

22/09/2025: A truly wonderful experience! Osteria da Angelina is a traditional, welcoming place with an authentic atmosphere. Friendly, helpful, and always smiling, they make you feel at home. The food is excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and dishes that respect local tradition. From the kitchen to the friendly service, everything exudes passion and care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a true Trieste osteria, where good food and warm hospitality blend seamlessly.

01/09/2025: I've been a regular at this restaurant for about twenty years. I've rarely returned in the last eight years because I live abroad. I've noticed the new management has completely changed the menu and the portion sizes, which, in my opinion, has worsened the offerings. I understand renovating, but you can't completely overturn everything. For example, dishes that were once cult classics like tagliolini San Daniele and the mixed summer platter, in my opinion, should be brought back. There's little Friulian tradition and, in my opinion, a less than successful attempt at gourmet cuisine. I recommend the new management seek advice from Mr. and Mrs. Martin, who were perfect in every way and deserved 10 stars. In my opinion, the restaurant isn't as perfect as it was before, but we're giving 3 stars out of encouragement to the new management, which I believe is run by their children. More substance, guys, and less frills. Best regards.

22/08/2025: It deserves an extra star!! Excellent products!! The ham and selection of cured meats are excellent! The cheese selection is extraordinary!!! The staff is very kind, friendly, and professional!! Excellent value for money. A place we'll happily return to!

06/09/2025: We stayed at this farmhouse nestled in the Friulian countryside for one night, four of us. They left us a breakfast of homemade cakes and packaged sweet and savory Coop products (perhaps I would have preferred more cold cuts/eggs/plain yogurt). The rooms were clean except for a few spiders. Unfortunately, the rooms don't have blinds, so the light gets in. All in all, I'd happily stay here again!

07/08/2025: A wonderful, peaceful place. Fantastic food. A great location for a stopover while traveling through Italy. The heart of a vineyard, local wine, and tranquility. Fantastic rooms.

18/09/2025: Great place to stay and visit Trieste, Udine, Cividale, or travel further to Slovenia. Lucca and Paul are great hosts that immeriately make you feel at home. Pauls humor is unforgettable. So is the big pergola in front of the building, the biggest in Italy, Europe or even the world! While having breakfast or dinner under it, you have a wonderful view! This Agriturismo is a unique experience.

28/08/2025: This was our first time in Friuli and we were looking forward to the landscape, the towns, the food, the wine, the mountains, and the sea. While searching for a personally run agriturismo, we came across the friendly reviews of La Faula and felt completely at home there! Luca and Paul have created a very special place, with plenty of space for retreat and peace, as well as for meeting people and sharing their humanity. Thank you for your hospitality, the lovely breakfast, and the delicious dinner! We had a wonderful stay! Arrivederci e alla prossima volta

27/08/2025: Hi, I stopped in Udine today and had been waiting a long time for this opportunity to try this little restaurant. The experience was beyond positive, with friendly staff and a truly delicious, beautiful, and inviting buffet with a wide selection to suit every taste. I highly recommend it, and it will be a must-visit every time I pass through Udine. Congratulations again.

24/08/2025: Simply one of the best restaurants I've ever had. The food is amazing, the service is super attentive, and the atmosphere is delightful. I couldn't leave without leaving a note for the chef thanking me for the best meal of my life and crying a little with emotion over such a delicious experience. I went with my best friend and her husband, and we spent €45 per person on primo, secondo drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and dessert.

03/09/2025: Very good! Elegant but not overly so, with smiling and friendly staff. The highlight—as you might imagine—is the carpaccio, served with various toppings (for example, I had the "Mediterraneo" with capers, olives, and cherry tomatoes). The price is definitely worth the service. I recommend booking as there are quite a few tables.
