24/02/2026: The business lunch was all good, even the wine.

19/02/2026: The place's fame had raised expectations that weren't entirely fulfilled. The artichoke appetizer was hard and cold, and the chicken steak was also lukewarm (the dish was already cold when it arrived) and served with cherry tomatoes that weren't exactly fresh. The stewed beans, however, were very good. Prices were quite high.

28/02/2026: We returned to San Daniele after a year, but we wanted a different venue, and this time we ended up here. It's a beautiful, quiet place with a traditional feel. The staff is helpful, kind, and attentive. The prosciutto certainly met our expectations (if not better), while the other dishes, while good, left something to be desired. We expected them to be a bit more generous, even from other users' photos. Nothing to criticize about the staff, but if you see the other dishes a bit fuller than yours, you'll have to ask yourself a few questions. The bill was perfect: perhaps a little less than we expected (we've been to four Borghese restaurants by now, and we even tried to guess the bill). The quality of the ingredients is evident, and the authenticity was evident on the palate. Recommended (but you'll have to ask for larger portions to get the ones in other people's photos).

15/02/2026: Passing through San Daniele, we couldn't resist trying the famous prosciutto. We chose this osteria, where we enjoyed an excellent prosciutto platter accompanied by two good glasses of wine. It's just steps from the Duomo and open all day, making it very convenient for those of us passing through. Excellent value for money.

31/01/2026: We arrived in San Daniele by chance and stumbled upon this restaurant as soon as we parked our cars. The atmosphere is lovely, clean, and welcoming, with a central fireplace lit, creating a lovely atmosphere. The staff is friendly. We really wanted to try the much-vaunted local prosciutto, and it was much appreciated—exceptional! Afterward, some friends ordered the cheese frico with polenta. Not everyone liked it because they thought it was too toasted, which is probably due to the recipe. A few others and I ordered the tagliolini with radicchio, and here, we were completely satisfied! A good red wine accompanied everything! The price was fair and honest. Great and professional!

08/03/2026: A very beautiful and welcoming place, located in this truly spectacular village with a breathtaking view. Fair prices and superb products. The wine was delicious, as was the elderberry syrup... And the cookies 🍪 were exceptional... Really, really, really good... I regret not having bought more... Many, many, many truly interesting, traditional products, excellent for gifts, like we did. The gift was much appreciated.

01/03/2026: Unfortunately, I found the relaxation areas poorly managed: despite the clear instructions not to occupy the loungers with personal items and towels, many people did so anyway, making it difficult to find a free spot to lie down during the three-hour stay. I had the impression that more people were allowed in than the actual capacity. Despite this aspect, the overall experience was very pleasant. I particularly appreciated the snack room, with cookies and hot tea always available. The staff was kind, helpful, and professional, and the massage was truly relaxing and well-performed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely return to try it again, hoping for more careful management of the relaxation areas.

15/02/2026: An enchanting place. Kept in perfect condition. The cellar is fascinating, especially the re-discovered tunnel from the Second World War. Compliments to the owner. The tasting was very well-prepared. Sommelier Camille was a lovely person, very knowledgeable and friendly.
