31/05/2026: I just had a picnic on the river with their focaccia farcita con porchetta e mozzarella, an apple, and a Coca Cola and I will never forget it.
15/05/2026: It's a truly fantastic place! The highly refined cicchetti are a delight, the atmosphere is refined, and the outdoor terrace overlooking the river is worth a visit! The welcome is 100% Italian, in a truly positive sense, especially from the hostess! I went there for an aperitivo alone and enjoyed her ability to interact with customers and make them feel at ease. Truly superb! Excellent! The young, extremely polite, and knowledgeable waiters. It's all worth a visit, in one of the most beautiful areas of downtown Sacile.

16/05/2026: The atmosphere is exceptional: the service, food, and ambiance are always excellent. Service is prompt. The appetizer is scallops and scallops, fresh and flavorful fish. The first course is seafood risotto, with scallops, scallops, burrata, and chopped pistachios. The second course is lime sgroppino, with tasty lime slices. The second course is salt-baked sea bass, served with asparagus and pancetta rolls and baked potatoes.

But then again, we're so fed up with trendy phenomena, pseudo-trendy formats that don't even know how to make pasta, empty chains full of marketing but empty of food, that finally a "normal" restaurant still exists.
Very good staff, well-kept place. Nothing is missing.
Well-made meat.
Special mention for CLEANLINESS (another sore point of fake "contemporary scam" restaurants).

They have a good red-pezzata fillet, fried lasagna (special)...
But what really struck me was the Gorizia rose...after finishing everything, after dessert, I ate another plate!
14/12/2025: I had dinner with my puppy and his partner. Super kind. Welcoming. Very nice location. The food and drinks were divine. Everyone was friendly and the service was excellent and fast.

02/05/2026: Today my husband and I stopped by chance at Le Masiere, a delightful place. Given the day, we sat outside with a view of the large, well-kept garden. The interior isn't particularly large, but it's very charming and well-kept. The food is excellent, and the service is superb!

22/05/2026: An old-fashioned osteria with a family atmosphere.
Exquisite food. We started with an appetizer of cheeses and salami made by the restaurant owner, truly excellent. The chef then came to present the daily menu, and we tried his wonderful cjarsons and a perfectly cooked fillet steak.
The tiramisu, also homemade, is also highly recommended.
Another positive note was the service, discreet but very attentive.
The prices were more than fair considering the quality of the products.
20/05/2026: Conveniently located just steps from Tolmezzo, I was very pleased. The atmosphere is rustic and homey. The service was friendly and attentive, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the experience. If you're passing through, I highly recommend stopping at this genuine osteria!

08/06/2026: We visited again after a few years, and as always, highly recommended. They serve typical Karst dishes (cucina tipica carsolina), and the appetizer trio was very tasty and of top quality.
The owners are part of the Slovenian minority in the province of Gorizia (historical information is available in the restaurant). There are also World War I fortifications (Isonzo Front) nearby. The owner is happy to explain the various access routes (possibly even by mountain bike). We'll be back! Warm greetings from South Tyrol!

17/06/2026: A truly excellent experience at Trattoria Postiglione. I started with a top-quality tartare, fresh and prepared with great care. The real star of the evening, however, was the 1.6 kg steak: spectacular meat, incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and rich in flavor.
The location is beautiful, welcoming, and meticulously maintained, ideal for a special evening with friends. The hospitality is definitely an added bonus: the owner is truly friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
A perfect combination of excellent food, a pleasant atmosphere, and a warm welcome. I will definitely be back and recommend it to all lovers of good meat!

09/06/2026: Good food, nice setting near the lake... best to book... prices are reasonable. Friendly staff, and even though we hadn't booked, they still found us a table for four. If you're going to Barcis, it's a good place for both a meal and an aperitif.
08/06/2026: A very welcoming place, with beautiful dining rooms and a lovely veranda. Friendly staff. The dishes are generous and truly delicious. I recommend the Vallicella appetizer and the homemade desserts. The first and second courses are delicious and generous. To work off all the food, a nice walk along the lake is a real treat. The view is wonderful.
