12/04/2025: Happened by chance at the La Sorgente restaurant in Trieste, headed elsewhere but found everything full: not all evils come with a silver lining. The service was fast and professional, with a kind lady available for dialogue and discussion on the dishes. Excellent tagliatelle with asparagus and shrimp cream: tasty, generous portion and well presented. The suite of mussels was less exciting: the seasoning didn't convince me, probably due to the uncooked oil used, which was not very harmonious. Prices a little above average, but in line with the area. In general, a positive experience: a place that is still worth a stop, even if discovered by chance.

09/02/2025: Restaurant, pizzeria in San Giorgio di Nogaro, near the industrial area. Decent pizza, right ingredients, not abundant, dough not very leavened. The fish is just enough, but the fried food is excellent. Drinks and drinks ok. Coffee, industrial sweets. Okay. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The place appears clean and simple. Tables for lunch and dinner inside. Tables and chairs also outside. Ample parking. Prices slightly above the norm. There is also an internal room with the possibility of booking it just for you. Bathrooms could be improved. The venue also hosts a small exhibition of paintings.

31/01/2025: Without a doubt, the best restaurant I had the pleasure of visiting during my trip to Italy (Venezia, Dolomites, Barcis). The chef truly honors the local ingredients, treating them with the utmost care and passion, all while embracing the slow food philosophy. The result? Absolutely exceptional dishes! We indulged in some incredible local cheeses, savored ribs that were absolutely divine, and enjoyed the best pasta of our entire trip. One of the most unexpected delights was a dish featuring fried tripe (which sounded unusual at first), but it was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend giving it a try! I can't wait to return the next time I'm in the area. Keep up the amazing work!

09/04/2025: The dining room felt airy and proportioned with floor to ceiling picture windows overlooking a garden. Staff were friendly and attentive and I enjoyed the whole meal. 50 euros is more than I usually spend on lunch but it was worth it.
