22/02/2025: Typical Parma cuisine restaurant, in Sala Baganza, after not going to eat there for a long time we were disappointed that among some very good dishes: "The rice timbale" with black truffle, the tagliatelle with wild boar ragù deserved a hand-made tagliatelle, the desserts the trifle not soaked enough and the non-artisan sponge cake. The toilets are unclassifiable...to be redone.....

09/03/2025: We stopped in this place while wandering around Parma and looking for a place to have an aperitif for lunch... I can say that it was satisfying as we didn't have a real proposal, we let ourselves be inspired by the menu... guys, I was satisfied, personally I had a savory breakfast, I received a plate with really excellent cured meats and parmesan, some scrambled eggs all accompanied by amazing white and pink or white and black bread... finally they brought me some toasted bread with little bowls of jam and butter... my husband I opted for a savory pie with potatoes, a generous and delicious portion, together with a plate of super fresh raw ham 🔝 the result was excellent accompanied by a delicious Virgin mojito and a crodino! What can I say, really really excellent... guys, keep it up, for sure if I ever return to Parma I'll come to you again!

06/01/2025: My partner and I stopped for a quick breakfast before leaving. Very kind staff, very nice location and right in the centre. The thing to highlight is the goodness of the brioches, perfectly flaked and filled. Which is no small feat in Parma. Also TOP bread, butter and jam! Also highly recommended for brunch!

12/12/2024: Locale molto isolato a santa Maria del Taro,però se ci si trova nei paraggi è il luogo ideale dove andare a rifocillarsi. Menù concordato, antipasti misti con frittate e vari tortini,torta fritta ripiena di formaggio e poi torta fritta con salumi. Bis di primi,tortelli al ragù di cinghiale e tagliatelle al pesto. Dolce,acqua vino caffè. Tutto ottimo,spesa 30€

24/11/2024: Pranzato una domenica , tutto ottimo e abbondante. Dagli antipasti che erano tantissimi, ai primi , sia le fettuccine ai porcini, che al tartufo nero. I secondi ottimi e i contorni buonissimi, oltre la varietà di dolci . Consigliato ,

21/03/2025: Ampia è la scelta menu, carne e pesce ma anche vegetariano e vegano. Cantina di buon gusto. Piatti nel preparato, guarniti e di ottimo sapore. Nota negativa? Sono alto 1,78mt ma trovo le sedie basse e quando il piatto è fondo ancora più articolato maneggiare le posate…ma parliamo di lieve dosaggio. Ci rivediamo!

15/03/2025: Soddisfazione pura. Sin dall'antipasto un'esplosione di sapori, abbiamo preso delle pietanze del territorio a dir poco squisite. Servizio rapido, cotture perfette soprattutto nei secondi di carne, guarniture eccelse. Consigliatissimo.

15/03/2025: We booked salutotherapy for lunch. The menu consists of various appetizers, a first course, a second course and a dessert (€70). Excellent meats, as well as the dishes served. Excellent choice of wines; Ivan and all the dining room staff were very kind and very helpful. We all left satisfied, definitely a place to return to.

31/10/2024: Posso parlare solo della pizza, perchè a base di questa si è svolto il mio pranzo. Per me ottima di gusto, abbondantemente farcita, forse un po' "pesante", ma potrebbe benissimo essere colpa del mio "stomaco delicato", o della scelta "esagerata" della pizza. Comunque approvata. Dolci sia fatti in casa (approvati dal mio commensale) che preparati da altri (approvati dal sottoscritto). Apprezzabile il fatto che la "gestrice" chiarisca senza esitazione quali sono "fatti in casa" e quelli no. Un suggerimento garbato per raggiungere i cinque pallini: fare uno scontrino analitico, voce per voce, e non una voce unica riassuntiva, per dar modo di verificare aventuali errori, sempre possibili, e di consentire eque suddivisioni in caso di "pagamenti alla romana"

30/03/2025: My boyfriend and I were here for an aperitif where they offered us some good and special delicacies along with the drinks. We had a great time and decided to stay for dinner, I had the asparagus and scallop risotto and my boyfriend had some fusilloni. Special dishes, very well prepared and really good. Excellent quality/price ratio and very friendly staff. If we are in Parma again we know where to return!

30/01/2025: Ho assaggiato tagliata di Angus, pappardelle al ragù di salsiccia e polpette di cavallo in umido con patate al forno. Sono uscoto sempre soddisfatto e ho digerito bene, che per me è importante. Buone le birre anche se non di gran marca. Prezzo nella media. Il locale avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento. Consiglio finale: sarebbe gradito qualche sorriso in più da parte del personale, ma questo è ormai un problema generalizzato in Italia.

15/03/2025: Mi sono piaciuti sia il parmigiano condito con miele e con le pepite di cioccolato bianco, che i classici anolini tradizionali parmensi.
