Found on our motorcycle tour, surrounded by greenery. We had a relaxed lunch on the terrace overlooking the valley. The outdoor spaces, flowers, and plants are well-kept, which is definitely an added bonus. The menu was written out, and we didn't miss a thing: 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, 1 second course, 2 side dishes, 2 desserts, 2 coffees...all washed down with 1.5 liters of good, fresh, sparkling house white wine. The price was a little over €100... fair for the quality and quantity. Everything was more than excellent, we'll definitely be back. Recommended 👍

My husband and I stopped for lunch today because we were traveling on the highway around lunchtime and I found the restaurant somewhat randomly via Google Maps. It was a very pleasant surprise: we could have eaten practically everything on the menu! Torta fritta, delicious cured meats, roast rabbit for me, and lamb chops for my husband. Everything was so good that we felt compelled to include dessert: tart with sour cherry jam and ricotta and Duchess of Parma cheese... so good, it was so touching. We needed a nice coffee before we left... The osteria is also located in a panoramic spot, at the top of the hill with a beautiful terrace overlooking the hills. Excellent service: professional, courteous, and even friendly!

We chose it as a stopover on a motorcycle tour with friends based on the positive reviews, and it was a real success!! - Let's start with the location... a casual place with a very family-friendly atmosphere where you can feel the simple, homey feel (just the way we like it!!), located on the top of a hill with a breathtaking view; - Let's move on to the food... SPECTACULAR!!! We started with an appetizer of cured meats with fried gnocco... Sorry, FRIED TORTA!!! Otherwise, the cook gets angry 😁😁😁, truly fantastic, the best I've ever eaten!! We continued with tortelli verdi with leek and speck, truly excellent, and finished with beef cheek with polenta... sublime, very tasty... And then we finished with a slice of sour cherry tart... SUPERB!! (If I hadn't been bursting, I would have had a second helping...) - all washed down with an excellent Lambrusco which, surprisingly, in keeping with tradition, is served and drunk in "little bowls"... What can I say... great place, great service, great food... 10/10!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! THANK YOU, OSTERIA LA BACCANA!!!
