Place located in a quiet position at 1200 meters above sea level. The chalet is located at the end of the asphalt road, I recommend calling because it is not always open....

Amazing location and even better cuisine! Immersed in a magnificent beech forest...the Molinatico chalet! If you love outdoor walks, mushroom picking and excellent cuisine, you should definitely stop by here! We will definitely be back!

Posto molto piacevole. Rifugio perfetto per chi fa giri in montagna ma si può raggiungere tranquillamente anche solo per andare a pranzare. Cibo semplice ma di qualità. Asporti ottimi! Porzioni giuste, da poter ordinare anche due piatti a testa se si ha abbastanza fame. Anche i dolci della casa sono molto buoni, e il tiramisù strepitoso! Personale molto gentile. Aperti sabato e domenica a pranzo. Altamente consigliata la prenotazione.

04/04/2024: We come from Cuneo twice a year to supply cured meats and parmesan and have chosen this restaurant several times. Characteristic place that reminds us of the old trattoria. Nice menu of local cuisine. The anolini in third class broth are fantastic. The culatello served wasn't the best, too dry. The service needs to be reviewed, a smile and courtesy are always a sign of professionalism. Slightly high price.

10/11/2023: Restaurant in the center of Palanzano. Nice view. Real wood tables. Friendly staff. Guys in the room a little awkward but maybe he's a beginner. Really good food. Very generous portions. Very good homemade desserts. Prices more than fair. If you are in the area it is really worth it
