Dinner for two. The atmosphere was refined, elegant, and very quiet. We chose to sit outside, and it was truly enjoyable. The service was impeccable, and the food was excellent:
Delicate flavors allow you to savor the dishes without feeling "tired" after just a few bites, and portions were adequate. The wine list also didn't disappoint. Recommended for romantic dinners, but also for larger groups.

Despite our language barrier, it was an unforgettable experience. Our hostess took the time for us and went to great lengths to ensure we had a wonderful evening.
From the starter to the dessert, everything was a 10!!
It is absurd how incredibly delicious everything is and how bizarrely good the service is!
Highly recommended if you are in the region!

Excellent experience. I went at Easter and had a wonderful time. Excellent food, carefully prepared and authentic. The staff was very friendly. The place is a truly charming renovated farmhouse, very close to the Boschi di Carega.

We had lunch outdoors, in the stunning setting of the Carrega woods. This is a wonderful plus.
We tried the cured meats, the famous rice timbale, and a second course.
Everything was delicious, except for the torta fritta (fried bread) that accompanied the cured meats, which was a bit cold and dry—that can happen. The price was absolutely average. We'll gladly return.

We had lunch on Sunday, March 29th. The dining room, overlooking the garden through a beautiful window, is absolutely beautiful. The tables are well-arranged with a beautiful table setting. The menu is fantastic: top-quality cured meats, exquisite first courses, and excellent wines. Excellent service! Definitely worth a try.

It's always a wonderful experience returning to I Pifferi.
Exquisite food, carefully crafted with excellent ingredients; courteous and always available service (and there were 11 of us at the table...).
The quality/price ratio is more than satisfactory.
A word of advice: absolutely worth trying (and re-trying!!!)

I've known him for fifty years... I used to go there for dinner when I was in the military and I was on guard duty in the Carrega woods. The food was very good then, as it is now...

A charming place in the Carregga woods, impeccable service. I've been coming here for years, and as always, the food and hospitality are excellent. A truly perfect Saturday lunch, a quiet location. The wait time was reasonable, and the tasting menu was excellent. I highly recommend it.

A Saturday out shopping with my husband and dogs. We went to eat at this restaurant in the hills of Parma. The place is a bit retro, but the excellent home-cooked food made us look only at the plates.
The friendliness of the owner and her daughter, with whom we had a long chat, made us feel at home. A round of applause for the attention and affection shown to our three dogs. Thank you so much ❤️
