I Pifferi In Sala baganza

I returned to this place 2 nights ago, the last time was in 2021. I believe that anyone looking for local, excellent quality food at a fair price should stop here. Appetizer of mixed cured meats with excellent fried pie: we divided a portion of cured meats in two and it was just right... good variety and quality. Tagliatelle with wild boar ragù very good: the quantity of tagliatelle and the quality of the homemade pasta and ragù were excellent, personally I would have preferred them a little more seasoned, but in any case my children liked it a lot. I took the duck breast (I don't remember the name of the dish) which was excellent: very good, the meat was very tender and the accompaniment was excellent with mustard and caramelised onions, as well as obviously a good quantity of baked potatoes. My partner had the stew with polenta, which was also excellent, very tasty. Very good quantity, we left full and satisfied. I will definitely return during the day to better appreciate the location.

I hadn't been to the Pifferi for many years and unfortunately I had to admit that it had gotten worse. The appetizers and the fried pie were good, however the savory rice timbale. The second course of meat was nothing exceptional. I went there with a group of friends and our table was in a very sad outdoor plastic gazebo. It's a shame, years ago it was a truly beautiful restaurant! in a location like the Carrega Woods they could have done more!

Bellissimo spazio all'aperto dove la passeggiata post pranzo non può mancare. Il ristorante offre molte possibilità coprendo ed esaltando i piatti tipici parmigiani. Ottimi atipasti con salumi, tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale e tagliata.

Un ristorante che non tradisce mai. Buoni gli antipasti, spettacolare come sempre il timballo di riso al tartufo i tortelli ottimi . Molto delicati i secondi che non smentiscono l'attenzione ai particolari. Molto bene!

La cosa più bella dei Pifferi è il grande giardino che lo circonda, ma anche il cibo è molto buono! Siamo stati ad un pranzo in famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Prenotazione consigliata. Ottima accoglienza e servizio impeccabile. Piatti squisiti e abbondanti. Conto adeguato alla qualità dell'offerta. Ci tornerò. Lo consiglio.
