03/11/2025: We just had a delicious lunch, 2 fresh salads- the Italiano and the Vegetarian. The husbands had sandwiches and the bread was so fresh and the filling delicious. Great service and value.
22/10/2025: The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor! Every dish we tried was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The service was excellent too, everyone was kind, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

02/02/2026: Let's go in order: the food is excellent, everything gluten-free and beautifully presented. The service is perfect; the lady is very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is great, with just a few tables and very little clutter. I can't stand eating in a chaos. For my partner and I, this place is a gem. Unfortunately, I don't have any photos because I forgot to take them... but I've seen plenty of them already posted, and they absolutely look like this! EXCELLENT!
04/01/2026: Absolutely delicious gluten-free restaurant. We had the gnocco fritto, which was truly exceptional; I've never tasted anything like it.

02/02/2026: Smaller than other more "renowned" outlets, but I personally found it very nice. Convenient and easy to get to (right off the highway). The parking lot is very spacious; you may not find a spot right away, but with a little patience, you can find one without much difficulty. The "village" is well-organized, clean, and the stores are well-arranged. My only flaw (unless I was distracted) was that I couldn't find any flyers with a store map, which I always find very useful at these centers (again, maybe I didn't look hard enough, but I didn't find any). Overall, I really liked it.

The tasting experience was absolutely extraordinary and allowed me to discover the true quality of local charcuterie. I bought several products, and each one was exceptional. It's a place where passion for the product and hospitality come together. A huge thank you for this experience; I will definitely return on my next trip to Parma!

27/12/2025: Probably; goodbye then. Despite this, I haven't eaten. Waiting time: Reckless. Of course, courage has nothing to do with this. She'll continue to have the success she deserves, and I won't be there to take it away. She doesn't have to know what's going on between us, it's none of her business. My Christmas lunch is capon broth. A little but good, especially if there's anolini. And to think I said it, but I'd add: Quantity is never quality. Sincere best wishes, and goodbye, it's not a bad place.

08/01/2026: Just outside the center of charming Fontanellato, a delightful trattoria welcomes you with grace and offers refined yet authentic dishes in generous portions. The menu features meat and fish, and in the evenings, a wide selection of pizzas. We tried delicious appetizers like the mascarpone and walnut cake with fried polenta, creamed cod, excellent cured meats, and the fantastic ricotta and pumpkin tortelli.

07/03/2026: €24 for a takeaway tub: the guy told me he was out of free cones. So I'm getting a dessert to take to a dinner and I can't have any cones? €24 for ice cream? Oh okay 🤣 I'll definitely be back! With that amount of ice cream, you don't have to give me the mini cones, but you have to give me the cone you give when you normally get ice cream at the counter.
