24/05/2025: Posto appena ristrutturato, ora anche con camere e servizi vari tra cui la piscina. Abbiamo pranzato al ristorante, veramente molto ma molto bene. Cantina di qualità. Professionalità e cortesia. Dà provare.

18/05/2025: My partner decided to book dinner + overnight stay for my birthday. When we arrived at the facility we already noticed the attention to detail and the relaxing, rustic and super-kept environment; further confirmation was given during dinner (we chose exceptional fish dishes) and upon arrival in the room, a junior suite organized in every detail (with a kit containing any product for personal hygiene) as well as with a level of cleanliness above expectations. The icing on the cake was the small but wonderful spa, equipped with a hydromassage pool (very hot and super relaxing), Turkish bath and sauna, which we were able to use in a "private" way (due to the absence of other customers at that time) the same evening of our arrival. Last but not least, the availability and kindness of the managers and the dining room staff. An experience to absolutely repeat. Congratulations. Alessandro and Sabrina.

It is not good that there is no menu with prices. There would also be something to complain about the quality of the food but let's leave it alone. 22/04/2025: Giorno di Pasquetta, decidiamo per un pranzo fuori dalle solite rotte e così visitiamo l'Osteria di Alpe sull'appennino, alle pendici del Monte Penna, immersi in una natura selvaggia e incontaminata. Il minuscolo borgo di Alpe è silenzioso e baciato dal sole: gli unici suoni sono quelli della natura. Poco prima di giungere a destinazione ci attraversa la strada un capriolo, che sparisce in un attimo nella boscaglia lasciandoci felicemente sorpresi. L'interno dell'osteria richiama i luoghi di una volta: accogliente, semplice, sobrio, con vista sulle montagne circostanti. Il personale di sala ci presenta subito il menu dispensando gentilezza, affabilità e sorrisi. Optiamo per una carrellata di antipasti uno più buono dell'altro, con ingredienti a km zero: salumi locali, 3 torte salate squisite, insalata russa delicata e freschissima, un tortino di zucca con spuma di parmigiano delizioso, lumache molto saporite, senza dimenticare gli ottimi "gnocchi fritti", simili agli "sgabei" spezzini ma più leggeri. A seguire assaggiamo tagliolini fatti in casa con funghi e anche con ragù di agnello e fave: un tripudio di sapore senza appesantire. Non abbiamo preso il secondo, ma un assaggio di verdure grigliate del loro orto non poteva mancare: strepitose! Per concludere, dolci da applauso: ho provato il loro semifreddo all'amaretto che era veramente fatto con amaretti sbriciolati, il più buono che io abbia mai gustato. Conto onestissimo, qualità davvero elevata delle materie prime, calore e simpatia: cosa si può desiderare di più? Sicuramente torneremo all'Alpe. Consigliatissimo.

13/06/2025: Mi familia y yo pasábamos por Parma de camino a Verona y queríamos una parada rápida para comer. El servicio fue excepcional y tuvimos una gran experiencia. La comida era igual de buena y será recordado para siempre.

Questo bistrot conquista al primo sguardo con il suo stile curato e senza eccessi, capace di evocare l’inconfondibile atmosfera dei bistrot francesi, quelli dove ogni dettaglio sembra raccontare una storia di gusto e tradizione. La qualità delle materie prime è semplicemente eccellente: ogni piatto parla il linguaggio della stagionalità e della selezione attenta, trasformando la semplicità in alta cucina. Dalla colazione all’aperitivo, ogni momento da Zinelli è pensato per offrire un’esperienza completa, dove la bellezza del luogo accompagna una proposta gastronomica che non delude mai. L’atmosfera è calda e accogliente, perfetta per una pausa rilassante o una cena intima. Zinelli non è solo un bistrot, ma un piccolo viaggio nel gusto e nello stile, da vivere e assaporare con calma.

07/05/2025: Sono stato da 183 diverse volte attirato dal “trancio super farcito”: un ottimo compromesso per variare dalla solita pizza tonda. L’impasto è fragrante e digeribile, la base standard margherita su cui poi vengono farciti i tranci è ben realizzato. Ho quindi indirizzato la scelta del gusto verso la loro “Leggerina” che comprendeva prosciutto cotto, zucchine grigliate e formaggio brie. Purtroppo sono rimasto contrariato una volta arrivato il trancio al tavolo: fettona di brie fredda—non sciolta sotto lo strato di prosciutto cotto (voto ok per lui) e poi—davvero contati— numero 4 dischetti striminziti di zucchine grigliate sopra di esso. È un peccato avere ricevuto un trancio con una realizzazione così poco soddisfacente quando da 183 sono forti con la farcitura dei loro tranci! Tornerò al 101% per provare altri gusti, visto che il suddetto ha soddisfatto davvero poco le papille. Sintetizziamo con un Gusto sfortunato :(

05/05/2025: The employees were friendly even when we barely spoke any Italian. We needed a light meal in the afternoon and were craving veggies in between all the bread and pasta, so we both went for salads, which were very good. The Insalate Fresca had apples, parmesan and walnuts. The ingredients were fresh and tasty, I enjoyed it without sauce and was happy with the crunchiness, and my stomach thanked me. The mojito used local lemons instead of lime and was heavy on the alcohol.

28/12/2024: Avvisato il titolare all' ultimo momento, con risposta molto Ambiente molto pulito e portate oltre i limiti. Morale mangiato benissimo bevuto molto bene,la spesa più che onesta
