17/07/2026: I had high expectations for this pizzeria in Parma.
I've had pizza in other cities and I have to say it was much better.
This time, I was a bit disappointed.
The atmosphere is young, quiet, and very clean.
29/06/2026: The bread, ricotta, cheeses, and eggs are excellent! I'm sure the rest of the food is delicious, too, but you have to be able to afford it (I don't eat meat). Anyway, it's a surefire way to find tasty, quality products! The counter staff is incredibly friendly. I also really appreciate that the fresh cheese tubs are made of biodegradable plastic.

15/02/2026: Good coffee, good pastries, delicious and fresh cakes. Service...I'd like to point out a clerk who clearly ignores her duties and service (beyond courtesy), ruining expectations. It's a shame. I hope they address it soon.

A trattoria like those of yesteryear.
Wood paneling on the walls, checkered tablecloths on the tables.
Quick and extremely friendly staff.
Spectacular food!
I recommend the potato tortelli with mushroom sauce...exceptional!! (And I'm not a big eater, so I always order two plates.)
The pizza is also delicious.
And to think that the first time I saw the name while driving by, I even made fun of it...CALIFORNIA.
Now I can't live without it.
08/08/2026: It's wonderful to walk into a restaurant and see the smiling ladies who seat you wherever you choose and offer you the extensive daily menu. Generous portions and unforgettable flavors. The risottos, which are always different, are excellent, along with the penne all'arrabbiata, the stews, and the roast meats. The business menu offers four first courses, four second courses, and numerous side dishes, starting with salads and extending to other delicacies.
I'd say everything is excellent (even the price).

The tasting experience was absolutely extraordinary and allowed me to discover the true quality of local charcuterie. I bought several products, and each one was exceptional. It's a place where passion for the product and hospitality come together. A huge thank you for this experience; I will definitely return on my next trip to Parma!

The owner is friendly and offers great advice (and for French-speaking tourists, he speaks almost perfect French!).
The food is high quality and we had a wonderful meal!
If we ever find ourselves in Salsomaggiore again, we will gladly return!

Free private, outdoor, uncovered parking.
The menu is limited, but very good.
I had an appetizer, a first course, and a dessert.
Everything was excellent.
I visited this restaurant during a tour of Fidenza Village; we found this restaurant on Google Maps for lunch.
I will definitely return; we had a great time, as if we were at home.
I recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for something quiet and traditional.

This little restaurant is splendid in its simplicity. Excellent food, rich appetizers with local flavors, delicious first and second courses...
You feel right at home... kind and friendly people... who make the lunch experience even more peaceful and relaxing... A special shout out to Simona, who served us with love and kindness.

I can't thank him enough.
I started with torta fritta and cured meats.
I already had a glimpse of paradise.
Everything was truly delicious, and the desserts were excellent, unmistakably representing the restaurant. The owners were very kind, and the lady who runs the restaurant tells you about these places like a fairytale in which she herself is the protagonist.

06/08/2026: Terrible experience with Levi's Fidenza Village. I bought two pairs of jeans about 10-15 days ago: they initially fit well, but now they've become extremely baggy and have completely lost their shape. The quality is truly disappointing; I expected much more from a brand like this.
