12/10/2025: The cured meats were good, but the first courses were unfortunately very disappointing. The place was only half full, but there were major problems with management and service. Unfortunately, there was a long wait for every interaction with the waitress; she wouldn't let us order or ask for anything. Some first courses were cold, or the tagliatelle were undercooked (raw). In short, the experience was the opposite of many of the reviews, but perhaps that was due to the fact that the place only had about 15 diners present.

04/10/2025: I would like to compliment Valentina and Filippo, owners of Osteria Caldrone, for their professionalism, kindness, and friendliness. My husband and I were preparing for our son's first communion and wanted to eat home-made cuisine from our area, and on the advice of friends, they recommended Caldrone. So we booked, and agreed with Valentina, who recommended some menus, which I would say were of great quality, from appetizers to dessert. Everything was homemade. We ate outside under their beautiful, rustic porch, with equally spectacular decorations, in my opinion. We ate a lot, generous portions, and excellent flavor. Excellent wines. It's a pleasure to return. Thank you so much, and keep it up, guys.

04/10/2025: I've been there a few times, but the few times I have, I've had a great time. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere is quiet. The food is very good and the portions are generous. I would definitely recommend it!

13/09/2025: The staff were extremely friendly, from the welcome to the service, precise and punctual. The menu was excellent, with a wide selection, and the pizza dough was truly excellent. I'll be back many times.

02/09/2025: The atmosphere was relaxed; we came this summer evening, and it was nice and cool; I loved the view and the ambiance. As for the food, we ordered two portions of falafel, two amatricianas, and a 1.2kg tomahawk. Everything was delicious: the falafel came with a slightly spicy sauce that went perfectly; I think the amatriciana is one of the best I've ever eaten, on par with those found in Rome. The tomahawk, what can I say, was simply out of this world, perfectly cooked, incredibly tender... This place is a guarantee for meat. We'll definitely be back to try the pizza; that looked very inviting, too! Regarding the service, we initially had a small problem: they forgot to take our order. I think that can happen, especially since they were really busy that night; despite that, they treated us very well; the staff was kind and attentive. As soon as they realized the mistake, they tried to fix it in every way possible. Truly appreciated!

27/09/2025: The restaurant is decorated in an '80s style, but well-maintained. The pizza menu is extensive, featuring thin crust and well-seasoned pizzas. A selection of craft beers is also available.

15/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, not a trattoria as described. The service was too attentive for my standards, although it's always nice to be pampered. The first course, the tagliatelle, was excellent, and the gelato with warm zabaglione and chocolate for dessert was excellent.

14/10/2025: This trattoria I visited years ago was a wonderful discovery. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was knowledgeable and friendly, and the food was superb. The egg with mushrooms and pumpkin tortelli were amazing.

30/09/2025: The owners Corrado and Liliana are lovely. We stayed at their adjacent hotel and had an excellent dinner and heavenly breakfasts at the restaurant as part of our stay at the hotel (in the attached photo).

15/09/2025: Very nice location, but we didn't like the food. The appetizer was salted fish and the seafood risotto was tasteless and had butter. Very high prices and very slow service.

02/09/2025: Slow, slow, slow! Every time I promise myself I'll never go there again, I think now is the time to truly stop. You may have excellent gelato (though not the best in town), but the wait times are truly mind-numbing. These waits aren't due to the number of customers, but simply to the lack of staff and the slow work of the few who are there...never again unless you improve this, and significantly!
