20/01/2026: We'll definitely be back! Excellent service, a helpful chef (thank you so much!), and the owner's dedication. The table was beautifully presented, the atmosphere comfortable, and the garden lovely. I won't name the dishes or wine selection, because everything was perfect, and one page wouldn't be enough to list all the merits of the menu, the courses, and the flavors... Highly recommended!
11/01/2026: I would recommend everything on the menu. Typical Modenese cuisine, homemade pasta, and quality ingredients.
Friendly, professional staff.
Refined, welcoming atmosphere.
I went for lunch today, having booked on the fly. The welcome was excellent, even though we arrived much earlier than expected.
I will definitely be back.

21/12/2025: The trattoria atmosphere is ideal for a family lunch or a group of friends. The traditional menu features excellent first courses, tasty tigelle (crescentine), and, I must say, excellent gnocco fritto. The cold cuts are also quality, and I also enjoyed the dessert.
The price is a strong point.

05/01/2026: We had a wonderful meal. The typical Zampanella here is delicious and you can eat it with anything. Savory, sweet, and a mix. We also had the pasta e fagioli (pasta and beans) and the ricotta tortelli with porcini mushrooms. Everything was superb. We came here with our big dog and were made very welcome.
03/01/2026: This is an old-fashioned osteria! I love it! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the zampanelle are delicious. Highly recommended, the atmosphere is welcoming.

31/12/2025: I like this place for an easy burger with friends. The place is tiny but cute. Good wine selection, maybe beer selection could be improved.
Food is generally good and tasty but something is missing. Same for burgers, they could push more on the gourmet side. Ingredients are good, what could be improved is how they are presented (I would also make burgers a bit thicker).
Overall very friendly experience with some good easy food, maybe a bit overpriced.
My review is positive.
Reservation highly recommended.

08/01/2026: Despite the rooms being empty, and with conflicting opinions among the waiters, I was not granted a table for dinner on a Monday evening.
19/12/2025: I asked for a sampling of tortelli, 4 types. According to the menu, a plate costs 12 or 14 euros, with about 6 or 7 tortelli per plate. They brought us two second plates with 8 tortelli, with a 2 euro markup per plate per person. The price wasn't listed anywhere on the menu; I've already reported the fraud to the financial police. Terrible experience. In response to the complainant, I'm not angry about the 4 plates of tortelli; they were 2 second plates with 8 tortelli per plate. However, I noticed that those who ordered a plate of tortelli had 7 or 8 inside. You charged me double for half the price. I'm attaching a photo of the second plate.

14/10/2025: We stopped for an aperitivo. I'm celiac and asked if they had anything gluten-free. He told me they had a platter with mini pizzas and pretzels... Perfect!
He brought me a tray with a bagged mini pizza, 4 bagged pretzels, a bagged erbazzone, and a bagged sweet, all wrapped in thick plastic and without scissors to open them.
I appreciate having gluten-free, but this is truly unpresentable. Everyone's looking at the table because the stuff is bagged. Then, to open it, I had to stick a fork in and roughly tear the packaging. Sorry, but never again.

21/12/2025: The restaurant is absolutely informal but noteworthy and worthy of a high rating. Each menu item is explained in detail beforehand and invariably uses top-quality products. Everything, from appetizers to desserts, is well-made with excellent ingredients, and the prices are perfectly reasonable and consistent. I personally would return to the same place.

03/01/2026: We booked a table for two at 2:30 PM, and even though we arrived at 2:45 PM, they didn't have any problems. Once we were seated, the waiter came and gave us the menus. We ordered a gnocco fritto (first photo), which was very good, and then two second courses, which is a formula that consists of choosing two first courses and sharing them between both people. We had pumpkin ravioli and then tortellini in crema, which were tortellini with parmesan cream (second photo). The staff was very kind and helpful. However, there's nothing to complain about the atmosphere. Everything was very neat and clean. Compliments to the chef and his team.
