08/07/2025: If you want to try Venezuelan food in Modena, this is definitely the place to be. The arepa and a mixed Venezuelan fried dish are the perfect way to immerse yourself in this beautiful culture. This welcoming place makes you feel right at home!

26/02/2026: Beautiful, well-kept, and clean place. The owner, Vito, is certainly unconventional and very transparent (I mean that as a compliment because you go to some places that are so sophisticated they even make you feel embarrassed, but here there was certainly no embarrassment, congratulations!), showed us the evening's fresh fish and gave us recommendations; we were very happy. The quality/price ratio was fair, especially since I always say that the amount you spend depends on the amount you drink. Highly recommended!!!

15/02/2026: The restaurant isn't very large, but it's very intimate. The staff is very kind and attentive; both the waiter and the chef/owner are available and welcoming to every guest's request. The menu isn't extensive, but it offers plenty of super-fresh, high-quality seafood. Prices are average for a seafood restaurant. Highly recommended!

17/10/2025: A very rustic trattoria with excellent cuisine and excellent service. The atmosphere is typically trattoria inside, while in the summer, sitting under the wisteria arbour is truly charming! The quality/price ratio is also excellent!

04/02/2026: Found by chance after moving to Modena for work, very well-kept place and service worthy of 10 out of 10, excellent dishes cooked to perfection, octopus and spaghetti with seafood cooked with mastery! Highly recommended!

09/11/2025: good cuisine, but very meat heavy, not very diverse. the interior of the restaurant is catastrophic, very bad lighting, glaring all the time during the dinner. also quite loud and echoing.

22/03/2026: Everything was perfect, from the welcome, to the rustic yet well-appointed atmosphere, to the food (sublime!) and the wine. The price was fair. I highly recommend the filled pasta dishes (my daughter called the candies among the top five best foods she's ever eaten) and the tiramisu. If we ever return to the area, we'll definitely book here!

21/03/2026: The atmosphere is rustic, well-kept, and very welcoming. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they immediately put us at ease. They served us promptly. The dishes were delicious and well-prepared, both mine and my companion's. I ordered the ragù caramels, deliciously handmade, and the guanciale with balsamic vinegar, so tender it melted in your mouth, with an incredible flavor. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back with our friends. Recommended.

15/11/2025: We went there for lunch with our family and three kids after visiting the Ferrari museum. The restaurant is top-notch...the dishes are plentiful and exceptional...we had the tigelle and gnocco fritto specialties. Definitely an excellent choice for those looking for a restaurant in the Maranello area. Highly recommended...we'll definitely be back...the owners are kind and helpful. The staff is also excellent.

08/03/2026: Neat, but only for shopping. It's not like other markets where they interact with you, encouraging you to explore and buy. Lots of pasta and deli items, but we weren't sure which ones were worth buying.

07/03/2026: For us Modenese, it's a must... at least on Saturdays, we're happy to pop in... you can find everything there without the stress of parking and the crowds at the supermarket... lots of local products...

13/01/2026: We ate very well. The capon-filled tortellini were spectacular, as were the tagliatelle with ragù, and the other two first courses that I can't remember... The calzagatto was excellent. Impeccable service and the hostess was very kind and friendly. Congratulations.

31/12/2025: This place has been completely renewed recently. It's small (~25 places), good for intimate dinners. The menu is pretty short (which is good) with some simple/classic stuff and other classics revisited. I tried carciofi alla giudia (very good) and lasagne (revisited, good and tasty). Service polite and quick, price I would say normal (starter, primo, dessert, coffee, glass of wine = 45€). My experience was very pleasant, I recommend it, the quality is very good. I would recommend the management to take care of some minir details when presenting food: dessert (nocino mousse) wasn't very appealing to watch or lasagna was served in a high border dish which is uncomfortable to deal with a fork (much more suitable for a spoon). Bottom line: I liked it, can do an extra step towards quality, but overall a good experience with good food and service at a reasonable price given the quality and the location.

14/01/2026: I'm a regular Sunday night customer after a basketball game with friends. The crispy, well-topped pizza at Sombrero is a sure thing. We're disappointed when there aren't any leftover portions of the mascarpone with Barozzi, but fortunately, that rarely happens. The waitresses give everyone five stars.

07/03/2026: If you love authentic Emilian cuisine, Paganine restaurant is simply an absolute MUST 😍🍝 The tortelloni and tortellini are out of this world 🤤 rich fillings, pasta made like they used to be, and flavors that make you feel like you're at grandma's house ❤️ But the real surprise? The tagliatelle with mushrooms 🍄✨ are incredible: fragrant, super creamy, and with mushrooms that truly taste of the woods… a total delight!
