22/06/2025: I had lunch there for work, every time it always left me with a good memory. I think it's the only place where I would also try what I normally consider not to be my thing; delicious dishes, well-prepared, in short, a treat for the palate. Small but welcoming place, one of my favorite places, I can't deny it. Obviously highly recommended! 🥰

18/05/2025: Excellent dishes, very kind and helpful staff. I have been to this restaurant several times and every time I have left very satisfied, I am a vegetarian and since the kitchen is express I was able to ask for small variations without any problem. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes traditional cuisine but with a modern twist, really everything is excellent.

14/06/2025: Very nice atmosphere, really good and well presented food, only flaw, there is no air conditioning and the jet of cold water does not solve the problem, really a shame, but very good.

16/04/2025: Sono una cliente storica e tutte le volte è sempre una garanzia andare alla Ciallamina e da Enrica ! Quest'estate ho portato a pranzo i miei amici toscani ed è stata una domenica molto bella ! Eravamo fuori sotto il gazebo nel bellissimo giardinetto che hanno creato ,che dire sul cibo ..la qualità è ottima le porzioni abbondanti, il servizio impeccabile nonostante fosse una giornata caotica e avessero il ristorante pieno ,il personlae sempre con il sorriso e disponibile . È sempre un piacere andare alla Ciallamina oltre che per il buonissimo cibo e per la bellissima location unica nel suo genere anche per Enrica e la sua famiglia che sono degli ottimi padroni di casa !!

27/07/2025: My daughter, my husband, and I stopped in almost by chance because we were passing through the area. It was a delightful discovery: the staff were incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was clean, the menu varied, the dishes were amazing, and the prices were very fair. We had tagliatelle with meat sauce, which were fabulous. It will definitely become a must-stop when we're in the area. Highly recommended!!!

26/07/2025: Dinner with a friend returning from Brazil, 10 people. Very kind and knowledgeable staff, ready to handle the various requests of the group. Excellent first courses, tortellini, tagliatelle and a very special spicy chitarra, everything cooked to perfection, the lamb tender and well-cooked. The only flaw, if I may say so, was the bottle of Bolgheri red that came out of the fridge, but maybe there are those who prefer it that way, a venial sin. The price was more than fair. Well done, a good quality trattoria, we had a good time, thank you.

29/07/2025: La location ti riporta negli anni 80 ed il servizio pure: eccellente. Offrono l’aperitivo, il sorbetto, un digestivo….. cortesie ormai rare. Pesce sempre buono e ben cucinato a prezzi davvero onesti. Bravi!

26/07/2025: Bel locale specializzato in cucina di mare, anche se nel menù si trovano molte alternative di terra. Io vado esclusivamente per il pesce con tante specialità che vanno dal crudo, zuppa di pesce, primi eccezionali e tanto altro. Il servizio attento e professionale con camerieri simpatici ma non invadenti. Prezzi in linea con altri concorrenti ma con porzioni generose e tutte ottime. Grazie a presto...

23/07/2025: I've eaten here several times... let's start with the excellent location, both inside and out (I've tried both). As for the food, I've always had good meat: the last time, a lovely 800-gram fillet steak, which was truly delicious. Paired with a good wine and to finish, a delicious tiramisu served with a moka pot. It's not exactly cheap, but the food is good. I highly recommend it.

27/07/2025: Sono stato con i miei amici da Mauro alla Stella del gusto qualche venerdì per ascoltare anche la musica dal vivo e al sabato sera per gustare una cena in compagnia e devo dire che i piatti serviti sono gustosissimi e fatti in casa. Anche i prezzi sono buoni. Ho consigliato questo posto a quelli che conosco

13/07/2025: Posto molto accogliente, personale gentilissimo, Mauro il proprietario sempre sorridente e pronto ad accontentare ogni palato con una cucina tipica del posto ma non scontata. Gnocchi e tigelle con affettati strepitosi, primi davvero ottimi e con abbinamenti sorprendentemente gustosi, secondi con carni scelte cucinate alla perfezione e dolci con crostate fatte in casa che sono una favola! Ah...il prezzo...davvero DUPER ONESTO!! Fermatevi alla Stella del Gusto ne vale assolutamente la pena!

08/06/2025: Quality of raw materials, mastery in cooking and plating them, combined with professionalism, courtesy and attention to the customer. All in a well-kept and welcoming environment. Excellent seafood restaurant. The prices are consistent with the level of the place. Worth a try.

The staff is kind, attentive, and very professional, making us feel right at home. The food is exceptional: traditional Emilian dishes prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. The selection of local wines is excellent and perfectly complements the experience. I highly recommend Osteria Di Sorbara to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic flavors in a refined and welcoming environment. We'll definitely be back!

19/07/2025: The restaurant is well-located on the street, and the interior is well-maintained. The bathroom, like the dining room, could use a facelift. It's a shame about the parking lot and the exterior isn't exactly well-maintained; it gives the impression of disuse. The food is excellent, but the wait is a bit long, especially when you really want to enjoy the moment.
