17/08/2026: I tried filing multiple complaints, both through my personal area and by calling customer service, but no one really knew how to respond. I purchased both a kitchen and a modular wardrobe from Ikea, with delivery and assembly. Before paying, they made us choose both the day and time slot for delivery and the wardrobe (the kitchen and wardrobe are two separate deliveries). As per the attached photo, they were supposed to come between 1 and 5 PM. They called me at 8:30 AM, telling me they had to deliver it by that time, otherwise they'd take it back to the warehouse. Both my partner and I were at work. I had to take two hours off to get there, and they called me every 10 minutes asking how long I was away. Rude and completely unprofessional. This morning, the icing on the cake, they called me at 7:34 AM for a post-assembly inspection of the kitchen. No one ever told me there would be an inspection. But then you call at 7:34 AM? Especially during a time when people are on vacation. You have to let them know and they would have organized. I would have given fewer stars, but luckily the quality of the furniture is good. It just takes a little more politeness and organization.

16/08/2026: I always find very useful things for the house and also lots of curiosities. Too bad about my wallet. I always go in to buy one thing and always leave with 1000 😂

12/05/2026: I tried this bakery in Bologna and I have to say it was a wonderful discovery; I now go there every time I'm in the city center. They make truly exceptional parmigianos, one of the few that still make them. They don't just have the aroma of parmesan... they have a truly intense and authentic flavor that you can taste in every bite. The puff pastry with custard, chocolate chips, and chopped almonds is also spectacular. Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and incredibly delicious. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in Bologna, because you can taste the quality and care put into their products.

25/02/2026: I was a customer 25 years ago when I lived on Via Frassinago. Today, for work, I happened to be passing by and couldn't miss the opportunity to stop by again. The shop is still as I remembered it, welcoming and filled with the scent of delicious things. The staff is friendly and ready to recommend the new items in the window. It's just like it used to be. Thank you.

30/06/2026: I'm just saying that every time we order pizza at this restaurant, they always change the ingredients. Next time you order at this pizzeria, be careful what you order because they add ingredients randomly without thinking.

20/07/2026: Delicious spritzes and a beautiful location right on Piazza Aldrovandi. The only downside is the aperitivo: they're definitely not generous with the chips and appetizers. Overall, a great option for a drink in the city center, highly recommended.

25/06/2026: People who speak English are not welcome here the waiter is very rude and nervous because I speak English ... I ask for my order and she takes out a handwritten sheet of paper and nervously shows me to choose THE BREAD CAME TO ME STROKE BUT FINELY SERVED IT LOOKS LIKE MIS ATE This is a disaster I paid 15 euros, which is not even worth 5 congratulations to whomever this is the best restaurant

19/08/2026: Going from how the Fiscaglione was in previous years to how it has become was a little difficult to accept, to be honest, being "osteria" types. But it still surprised us in a positive way! The staff is super welcoming and helpful, the food excellent and the dishes are elaborate and delicious! We had a great time talking with the owner and understood their choice to change; we will definitely be back!

27/07/2026: I'd been to this osteria many years ago, which served classic Bolognese cuisine. I returned for a birthday celebration and discovered a change in management that has brought this establishment to a remarkable level. The beautifully landscaped garden, with pleasant background music, and the staff are highly knowledgeable. The dishes are made with high-quality ingredients, and the menu also features fish dishes (which I'll definitely try on a future visit).

10/06/2026: I'm taking one star off because the menu isn't very varied and sometimes the kitchen doesn't get it right, but it's a bar after all, and the service is unique: they make you feel at home and are incredibly fast! Highly recommended for a lunch break!!!

24/05/2026: Fantastic atmosphere, a delightful place, and the people who work there are as delightful. Super delicious piadas and much more, perfect for a lunch break.

04/02/2026: We went in for an after-dinner drink. The place is very small but very welcoming. The selection is vast and the staff is very knowledgeable. I loved it.

27/01/2026: Damn these Bolognese people! We had two lovely tigellozze and a spritzzone that we both devoured in five minutes (delicious). Both the waiters I was lucky enough to see were amazing, and DAYUM, what a location 🙏😔 (Recommended, the space inside isn't very big, but outside they take everything back) I recommend it 🤭💞

26/07/2026: A cool place surrounded by greenery in the heart of the city. We tried the prosciutto and sausage piadina, which was excellent and reasonably priced, along with a small can of Coke for €10 and change. Recommended because they also have other options, such as platters, starters, and desserts. It's worth spending a quiet evening there. Free on-street parking is available after 6 pm. Bring a debit card, as they don't accept cash or banknotes. (A shame.)

04/08/2026: It is not the pizza you think it is for the tourist among us, still very nice but more like a foccacia buttom. It is very cheap but still very tasty and also the service and sfeer is great

19/07/2026: Inhuman pizza, you don't even think you've eaten it from the dough they use, for the rest Maria is an excellent cook... her Babà are worth trying.
