14/07/2024: Qualità e tradizione incontrano la modernità Mi sono sempre recato in questo ristorante per occasioni speciali. La gentilezza del personale e la qualità dei piatti (ormai due aspetti non scontati) hanno sempre reso queste esperienze molto piacevoli. Un po' caro, ma date le premesse questi sono i soldi meglio spesi. Tornerò sicuramente!

06/08/2024: I knew the chain because years ago I had eaten in their restaurant in Polignano and I must say that the idea is excellent. The place in Bologna is very nice and well-kept and makes you relive the feeling of being in Puglia. The staff is friendly and the service is quite fast. I can't judge the experience of eating on site because this time too (I had already tried a couple of years ago if I remember correctly) I took two takeaway sandwiches: overall they were very good. In the end they are big enough and rich enough, so we get full. Excellent alternative for something different.

28/07/2024: Amazing food. Perfect value for money. A very welcoming and serene climate, it really puts you in a good mood. The staff very friendly and also available for friendly chats. Breathtaking view of the greenery and play corner for children. The bathrooms are also clean and tidy. In short, a place not to be missed! I will definitely come back with friends and spread the word! :)

23/07/2024: We had the pleasure of having lunch on a Sunday at the Serra dei Gatti farmhouse. Located in the hills above Vergato, in the province of Bologna, I advise you not to use the navigator to reach it, as it could lead you on difficult roads. Better to follow the signs you will find from the center of Vergato. Once you arrive, you will find a large car park. The farmhouse, well looked after and large in size, immediately appears welcoming. The main building, expertly renovated, is a bright yellow with splendid exposed brick finishes. The restaurant is located on the second floor and is divided into various rooms, with wooden floors and ceilings that recreate the typical environment of a farmhouse on the hills. The tables, well set, the walls are decorated with beautiful floral chandeliers made of hardened and colored paper. The staff, kind and helpful, welcomed us and placed us in a small private room with a splendid view of the surrounding hills. As an appetizer, we ordered carne salada and fried courgette flowers stuffed with sausage and courgettes. The meat was delicious, accompanied by a mixed salad lightly dressed with oil, which added freshness to the dish. The courgette flowers, coming from their garden, were well cooked, with a crunchy breading and a tasty filling without excess oil, really recommended. To continue, we enjoyed tagliatelle with parmesan cream and black truffle flakes. The pasta, cooked to perfection, combined with the tasty truffle, made the dish an exceptional taste experience. The other first course, the ricotta and courgette balanzoni with pepper cream and crispy ham, offered a delicious mix of flavors and textures. The green pasta with spinach was of the right thickness and the filling was rich and delicate at the same time, making the dish really tasty. The service was fast and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Lunch was accompanied by an excellent local Sangiovese on tap and ended with a delicious lemon delight. The Serra dei Gatti farmhouse, immersed in a splendid atmosphere in the Bolognese hills, is a place where good food goes perfectly with excellent hospitality. Really recommended place.

21/07/2024: Pizza sempre ottima, ben condita e impasto digeribile. Siamo stati una settimana fa di sera, siamo rimasti sui tavoli all’aperto perché la serata era favolosa. Personale gentile, servizio di alcuni camerieri un po’ approssimativo ma nel complesso tutto bene. Buoni anche i dolci

Piatti semplici, ma “ ricercati “ con abbinamenti perfetti , tempi sempre saggiamente gestiti. Come farne a meno……..

24/06/2024: Una domenica di questo giugno terribile,per il clima naturalmente, è stata allietata dal pranzo in questa eccellente "trattoria". Ogni piatto cucinato con passione dalla fantastica Maria, cuoca con mani d oro e ottima persona; il servizio in sala guidato dal titolare sIg. Romano molto simpatico e disponibile, nonché da personale carinissimo... esperienza quindi molto positiva e ...alla prossima!!!!

17/07/2024: If you have little time for your lunch break it's ideal. You can choose from various first, second, side dishes and cold dishes as well as freshly prepared salads and desserts.

07/07/2024: Ten stars, not five. You can breathe a different air from the usual and repetitive canteens. Not as demanding as the restaurant. I felt like I was on vacation. Bright with natural light that cascades in. Sports hall dimensions. Happy people. Service that delights. I would say the food was excellent beyond the little I ate. (I didn't see a grimace of disappointment) For me, who live in Spain and am in Bologna for work, it was a useful discovery, while I'm here I prefer to travel a few more kilometers to come here

29/08/2024: we urinated on some fish starters, frankly they weren't that great, finding the fish was a challenge and then they made them pay very well if at least it had been good and the fish had been there..... furthermore the place is chaotic at best to understand what the people at my table were saying you had to go close to their mouths with your ears also no frankly I go out to spend a quiet evening with some people if I have to shout to talk I'll eat my foot in the park which I spend less and it's more relaxing totally failed title
