05/05/2025: Sono stata in questo agriturismo a pranzo di domenica. Avevo fatto una prenotazione tramite il sito. Che mi è stata successivamente confermata da una mail del ristorante. Quando siamo arrivati ho visto che c'erano tavoli apparecchiati dentro e fuori quindi ho chiesto di poter stare fuori avendo visto un tavolino all'ombra per due. Mi è stato detto che era prenotato quindi a malincuore abbiamo pranzato dentro. Abbiamo optato per un menu degustazione. Ottimo il prosciutto arrivato con lo gnocco fritto. Si vedeva e si sentiva l'alta qualità del prosciutto. Buoni I tortelli verdi con anche le crespelle. Ma classici tortelli verdi . Nulla di particolare nei sapori. Buoni se non altro. Secondo piatto buono con un taglio di manzo e Salsina sopra che lo rendeva molto gustoso. Infine mix dolci della casa anch'essi senza l'effetto woww perché dei pezzi di loro tortelli con un assaggio di crema pasticcera. Ma buoni comunque. Prezzo nella norma. Non posso dire di aver potuto gustare il tutto con il fascino dei colli in quanto non è stato così. Mi è dispiaciuto ancor di più notare che quel tavolino fuori è stato vuoto per tutto il tempo del nostro pranzo.. che ahimè poteva dare un punto in più all'esperienza vissuta. Magari una prossima volta potrò godere a pieno di tutto ciò che di bello si può offrire . Grazie comunque per la gentilezza nel servizio ricevuto.

04/05/2025: Approfittiamo di una calda giornata per andare a prendere un po’ di fresco nei colli bolognesi-modenesi e troviamo una cucina di confine. Ci accolgono con un piccolo assaggio di verdure frullate e subito notiamo l’unione tra tradizione e innovazione che si riproporrà per tutto il pranzo. La vista sulle colline dalla sala da pranzo ti porta a rilassarti e a gustare le prelibatezze: sformato di verdura su fonduta di parmigiano reggiano, gnocco fritto con prosciutto di Parma e Calzagatti con ciccioli. Proseguiamo con gnocchetti di patate, parmigiano reggiano, mele e aceto balsamico dove i sapori sono uniti egregiamente. Non riusciamo purtroppo a gustare il dolce ma ci fermiamo a contemplare le colline nel giardino esterno sorseggiando una bibita di fiori di sambuco. Servizio impeccabile. Torneremo per provare le altre specialità.

01/04/2025: Sempre veramente gradevole: menu deliziosi, curati materie prime ottime. Oggi un pranzo non programmato ma di ottimo effetto. Consiglio questo locale sia durante la pausa lavoro che per un'occasione piu distesa. Molto interessanti le serate a tema. Non abito vicinissima ma ne approfitto tutte le volte che mi è possibile.

23/03/2025: Premetto che sono celiaca e chiedo sempre prima cosa posso mangiare, per non crearmi false aspettative. Siccome mi è stato risposto che si poteva fare quasi tutto non mi aspetto che alla richiesta di tre piatti vengano tutti e tre rifiutati. Quindi già partiamo male, mi viene portato il pane per celiaci… crudo.. e un trancio di ricciola su un letto di olive che era buono, ma non all’altezza del prezzo sia per quantità che qualità. Il posto tutto sommato è carino, i piatti non sono quelli di un’osteria tradizionale, ma per dare un’importa sofisticata e ricercata come vorrebbero, peccano sia nella qualità dei prodotti che nella professionalità del servizio. Deludente

09/09/2025: The quality of the pizza was disgusting to say the least and the pizza was not cooked, the cost was exaggerated (I paid 16.00 for a margherita) and at the beginning they even refused to split the bill.

06/08/2025: Really good pizza, with an amazing dough. Service was a bit of a challenge due to the mix of hotel and external guests, but the dough was worth the short wait.

28/07/2025: Tonight I had the pleasure of dining for the first time at Ristorante Il Paglione in Bologna... and what a wonderful discovery! 🌟 As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism, in a refined setting with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was impeccable, attentive but never intrusive. We chose a truly extraordinary plate of spaghetti allo scoglio: rich, fragrant, and abundant. The seafood was incredibly fresh, the seasoning well-balanced, and that touch of cherry tomatoes made everything even more delicious 🍝🦐🦑🍷. It was all accompanied by an excellent glass of white wine recommended directly by the owner: a perfect choice! An authentic culinary experience that makes you appreciate seafood cuisine even in Bologna. Highly recommended for a dinner with friends or simply to treat yourself to something delicious. We can't wait to return... this time to try the authentic tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù!

13/07/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant. As an appetizer, we were served a warm Roman pizza with prosciutto, accompanied by a glass of truly delicious champagne. Then we continued with the first courses: truly fabulous mushroom crespelle, tagliatelle with lard, rosemary, and local cheese, and ravioli filled with beans in tomato sauce. Finally, we finished with a delicious tartine. I absolutely recommend this place. The staff were super attentive and friendly.

22/04/2025: Locale molto tipico e tradizionale bolognese, dove si possono mangiare delle tigelle che sono la fine del mondo. Le abbiamo provate con un tagliere dove era tutto veramente buono. Menzione speciale per le tigelle ripiene con Nutella calda, da mangiare sempre

02/03/2025: Capisco che sia uno dei piatti tipici bolognesi ma per 4 tigelle pagare un botto non lo concepisco….non si può valutare il sapore, non è come un piatto di pasta ma bensì un abbinamento di semplici ingredienti. Ho giudicatore la location e il prezzo.

19/08/2025: Ordered delivery. The burger was really excellent. The only problem is that since I ordered the Beyone Meat burger, which is vegan, I don't want the meaty taste from the vegan burger cooked on the grill. Obviously, the grill is the same, but the part where the burger rests should be cleaned. If someone asks for it vegan, they don't like the meaty taste. But the burger overall was delicious, and if they read this review, they'll be more careful next time. I'd be happy to eat their burgers again and even increase the star rating on my review.

14/07/2025: My team and I used to go to Well Done for lunch at least once a week (for years). Then there was a 20% increase in menu prices, from €10 to €12, without any improvement in quality or quantity for the customer... I think today was the last time... the quality/price ratio is no longer good, and we'll go elsewhere for lunch.

13/08/2025: I celebrated my graduation here, and I'm so happy! There were about thirty of us, and we had dinner and celebrated in the lovely, spacious basement... with our own music, colorful lights, good food and wine, a top-notch experience for everyone! We had a wonderful time!

04/07/2025: On a sunny, hot and muggy quick lunch break, I tried the spaghetti alla tarantina with mussels. Excellent. Attentive and fast service, nice setting, a stone's throw from the Court of Appeal and the courts. Recommended

23/08/2025: We've been there many times and had a great time, but last time we were very disappointed. The service was unpleasant, the beer was warm, and the ribs had a strange smell (not good). We brought some people with us to enjoy ourselves, but we were very disappointed. We will never return.

13/07/2025: Margherita with oregano (a real Margherita is made with basil) and a hair inside. When I asked for a change (my partner is allergic to tomato) for the wrong pizza, I was verbally attacked by the owner. High prices.

21/07/2025: Hotel to be closed immediately...dirty, ugly and a bad experience...I found things taken from my bag outside my bag....when in the morning I tried to speak to the "manager" I received rather rude treatment...her response was that it was my word against hers...an absurd situation
