I didn't know of a bar that opened on Saturdays at 5:00, I found Dolce Vita on maps, I'll gladly go back whenever I can.

I stopped by early in the morning for breakfast (around 6:30) and had a great experience. The place is extremely clean, and the croissants are fresh and delicious. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. A great place to start the day. Highly recommended!

20/04/2026: The deserted place and a few negative reviews almost put us off, but in the end, we were pleasantly surprised. The bacon cheese and red potato fries combo is highly recommended. The service was slowed down by home deliveries, admittedly, but we weren't in a hurry.
15/04/2026: Good food, prices, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommended as an excellent option in Bologna.

09/12/2025: We entered with low expectations but were pleasantly surprised. The two of us had two dishes of the day: spaghetti with clams, excellent, and guanciale with potatoes, very good. The grilled vegetables and the pear with ice cream were delicious. The entrance is a bit confusing; the dining room is like a trattoria, but well-maintained, with tables spaced apart. The restrooms are clean. The service is courteous and informative. Be careful when exiting: cars drive by quickly.
