I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Bologna

15/04/2025: Tornati dopo alcuni anni, siamo riusciti a cenare all'interno grazie all'ingrandimento del locale che è stato fatto dall'ultima volta. Accoglienza sempre cordiale e calorosa. Per antipasto abbiamo provato un'insalata caramellata, non male, peccato che ci fossero 4 gamberi in numero. Per primo uno spaghetto alla chitarra con vongole veraci, buoni ma leggermente scarichi di sapore. Per secondo ci hanno proposto dei fuori menù e abbiamo preso una buona zuppa di moscardini e una "cotoletta" di tonno... Chiamarla cotoletta risulta forse leggermente azzardato essendo in realtà composta solo da 4 piccoli pezzi di tonno impanato, non discuto la qualità davvero ottima, ma 23€ (non visibili a priori essendo un fuori menù detto a voce) è una bella sorpresa (sia per la consistenza del piatto, sia per il costo). Se posso permettermi, consiglio di mettere al corrente il cliente di cosa sta per acquistare. E' stata comunque una bella serata, ma con sorpresa.

22/02/2025: Lovely small fish restaurant. Food and service were wonderful, both traditional and creative fish and seafood platters at honest value. I'd like to particularly mention our host/waitress who went out of her way to make us feel welcome, professional multilingual service with a smile. The decor is cute as well, if they dimmed the lights a bit, it will be perfect. We'll definitely be back!

07/04/2025: Very bucolic location if you have lunch/dinner outside, clearly everything depends on the weather conditions which must be favourable. Free parking with numerous stalls, quick service, friendly and helpful staff. Just two notes, in our opinion the pasta could have been cooked a minute longer, but it's a matter of personal taste, in fact we ate everything and left nothing... Homemade tagliatelle a little large and not bad but they would need, precisely because of their thickness, a few more seconds. Last note, nice outdoor setting, but wicker or garden chairs are not suitable for long sessions; It was certainly our mistake not to have asked for the availability of pillows to make the stay more pleasant, we take responsibility for it. Quality food, average price; if it is a beautiful day there is also the possibility of a walk in nature. To return to complete the menu.

06/04/2025: Excellent experience. Crescentine and really good cold cuts (the friggione is amazing). The grilled meat is plentiful and of good quality.

18/04/2025: Excellent location, very assorted and abundant breakfast, new and comfortable interior design, very large TV screens, free parking available... everything you need to visit Bologna

14/04/2025: I am pleased to have chosen to stay at your hotel, I am fully satisfied. First of all, praise goes to all the staff: polite, helpful and attentive to every need, even the smallest. Lastly, but certainly not of secondary importance, having found the coffee machine in the room was very important for me.

24/02/2025: Courtesy, speed and a cutting board worthy of note, an amazing pizza for those who like a large crust but normal inside, super stuffed, next time we'll try the fish. Must try.... coffee 🔝

22/02/2025: Super nice chill place. I went on a Sunday evening and I didn't find much choice for eating, especially as a vegan. However, the chips saved me. I will definitely come back maybe for breakfast

10/12/2024: I had dinner there last summer, dishes too expensive to be a kiosk, I ordered fried calamari, portion of a starred restaurant and moreover I dined among mosquitoes and gravel under my feet on a table that would be small even in lilliput

08/12/2024: We had dinner in the Igloo which is located outside the restaurant.. Truly original and beautiful!! Excellent service, original dishes, carefully prepared and extremely tasty... Very nice guys!!! Recommended for an original and intimate dinner!!!!

04/04/2025: Booked a bit at the last minute with 50% of TheFork, scared of not finding a parking space, but they advised us to put it on some zigzag lines in front (it being 10pm) which I haven't yet fully understood what they represent. At the waiter's suggestion we went for an appetizer with fried gnocco and tigelle, with cold cuts, cheese and a tray with a mix of mushrooms, peppers and pickles (not our favorites but we never throw food away). First course tortellini with cream, truffle and parmesan flakes, truly excellent Secondly I have an octopus sandwich, my girlfriend has Bolognese cutlets To finish, I had apple pie and she had creme brulee All good in the end, the only flaw is the bathroom, as much as I really like the water pedals at the sink, what was missing was a lock on the bathroom doors... Which in a scatological emergency phase like mine, generated a bit of anxiety... Even in the women's bathroom it was the same without a lock.. Maybe because it was late, I don't know, but otherwise everything was very nice and the staff were helpful

30/03/2025: 👍 A good restaurant, perhaps it's better as a pizzeria but all in all I've always had enjoyable dishes. The wine is also very enjoyable, with a good selection to choose from. 🥂 I ate here both for dinners with a few close friends and for parties with many people, in both circumstances I had a good time

10/03/2025: We stopped by chance in this restaurant, apparently discreet and quite busy, slow service, nothing special food but unfortunately when we got the bill we found ourselves bitterly surprised by adding an extra euro between covered coffee and sweet tigelle on the menu it was written 60 cents each but instead we paid 2.40 each. I definitely won't be back

30/03/2025: Good meat. Goodbye. Lunch with friends. Menu not received: the list of dishes was described verbally. Friendly staff, fast service. As a first course I ordered tortellini in broth. Small and tasty tortellini, decent. Broth with a very light flavor. Homemade broth is something else. As a second course I chose a dish of mutton, cooked to perfection, tender, tasty and plentiful. Side dish of cooked vegetables, normal. High bill, considering that several people had ordered only the first course or only the second course. A greeting to the beggar who took the umbrella from the container at the entrance of the place where I had placed it. Obviously a goodbye to the umbrella.

31/03/2025: Spectacular restaurant on the hills of Bologna where you can eat the best tigelle and crescentine. Suitable for birthdays and "dinner parties" with friends, especially during the spring and summer months to be able to take advantage of the outdoor space overlooking the greenery.

26/12/2024: The true UNESCO heritage are Maurizio and Clelia, a fantastic place rich in history. Excellent and genuine dishes as well as the wines. Perfect service, really compliments.

20/12/2024: Fantastic location, staff and owners truly friendly and helpful like few others. As for the food, we pretty much tried everything and all the dishes were fantastic. Very refined and seasonal menu.
