Perfect pairings and exquisite meat: a great discovery!
We visited Officina del Buon Gusto and the experience exceeded our expectations. We started the dinner with shrimp and porcini risotto: a perfectly cooked, creamy combination of land and sea, made with the freshest ingredients that blended beautifully. Next, the mixed grill was tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked, with that authentic flavor that makes all the difference. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive but never intrusive. The atmosphere was welcoming and excellent value. We'll definitely be back...

Officina del Buon Gusto, where the name says it all! 😍 An authentic culinary experience, from appetizer to dessert.
We started with freshly baked focaccia and gnocco fritto, perfect to accompany the charcuterie and cheese platter.
And then, the meat: a mixed grill cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, served still on the hot griddle.
To finish on a sweet note, this caramelized fruit dessert was out of this world.

The waitress was friendly and smiling, and the food was excellent. I tried both meat and fish and was very satisfied. The portions were medium-large. I had truffles for dessert. The service was quick and the price was moderate. I recommend it and will be back.

The restaurant has changed its name. Good food, okay pizza, good wine, reasonable prices, close to the Liberty Hotel. Worth a visit.
