09/05/2024: For me it was an incredible dinner: tasty, good, full of personality, elegant and colourful. In his luxury restaurant I felt at ease with excellent service.

19/03/2024: Io e il mio compagno siamo già andati due volte al Fourghetti ed entrambe le volte ci siamo trovati bene. Il locale non è grandissimo, lo spazio tra un tavolo e l'altro permette la privacy e il menù è vasto e per tutti i gusti. La prima volta abbiamo provato le degustazioni con accoppiamento del calice di vino mentre la seconda volta siamo andati alla carta e ci siamo trovati benissimo in entrambe le occasioni. Se dovessi consigliarlo lo farei, unica nota da attenzionare è il prezzo (alto).

10/03/2025: I confirm the previous reviews, an old Osteria from the past that is worth trying and visiting, good traditional dishes with that extra touch. It's a shame about the waiting times, slow food is fine, and I appreciate it, but too much in the end risks making you appreciate the pleasure of sitting at the table less.

26/03/2025: I wasn't staying, but I was at the restaurant because I had to catch a train to Bologna Centrale station. We arrived at a time when they were no longer serving lunch, but we were served by a waitress of Cuban origin whose name I don't remember now who treated us like a true wonder. She immediately made it very easy for us by saying that she could offer and immediately cleared a table and seated us. I congratulate this collaborator for the passion she put into her work. It's nice to see people like that!

09/04/2025: I went for an aperitif dinner, a nice environment, a wonderful location, knowledgeable and kind staff, the dishes chosen were of excellent quality and workmanship, a wide choice of wines and cocktails!! Absolutely worth visiting

16/03/2025: A nice surprise, a very welcoming place managed to perfection by young and very knowledgeable guys. The chef's welcome (excellent) was exquisite and the bread deserved to be mentioned. Excellent tuna tempura and excellent risotto. We chose to dine with two excellent gin and tonics recommended by the very good and friendly waiter. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back.

13/04/2025: It‘s a very nice restaurant with really good seafood. The terrace looks very nice but it was too cold to have dinner out there. Probably a must-do in Summer. The sardines in oil with lemon were amazing. Fried calamaries and artichokes as well but the sardines were 11/10. The atmosphere is quite nice, the service good and attentive. We also had a very nice orange wine from the region.

05/12/2024: Sono stato in questo negozio con la mia ragazza in occasione di una giornata a Bologna. Il locale si trova non distante da piazza Maggiore lungo una vietta parallela alla centralissima via Rizzoli. L'interno, in stile vecchia bottega, è ampio e diviso in due sezioni: quella relativa alla pasta fresca e quella della pasticceria. Qui si possono acquistare prodotti tipici bolognesi: tortellini chiusi a mano, tortelloni. passatelli, tortine di riso e molto altro. Noi abbiamo provato un po' di tutto e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della bontà dei prodotti, tutti di altissima qualità. I prezzi sono onesti.
