15/03/2026: One of the best restaurants we tried in Bologna. The “Gran Fritto di Peace dell’Osteria” was divine ! We also tried the “ Tagliolini al Ragu Bianca di Peace” which was also delicious ! The service is very good and the ambience very cosy and elegant at the same time ; we would love to be back to eat at the garden :)

15/03/2026: The agriturismo is in a beautiful panoramic area, well-managed, and very welcoming. We had the set menu for lunch; the dishes were original and truly delicious, and the staff was very friendly. The only downside is that the portions seemed a bit small for lunch, especially the main courses. Otherwise, it's a truly beautiful place, congratulations.

13/03/2026: Very bad experience at the restaurant. Preface: We'd been there before and, all things considered, we'd eaten well. This time, however, it was very different (for three people): - Four wines on the menu, you choose one and it's not there. But we survive. - Hummus appetizer with kimchi, also good. - Spaghetti in lemon cream and toasted tofu: the cream was simply missing (so hospital-style spaghetti with oil and lemon) and the tofu was charred (therefore definitely harmful). Three dishes half eaten. - Legume cutlet: we received an inedible fried sole. Burnt, hard, stringy. It made a thump on the plate. All three cutlets were left over. - Mimosa cake: good cream and raw dough underneath. Half left over. Now, obviously, the question is: why didn't you say anything? Here: 2/3 of the dishes uneaten and not a single waiter asks. At the cashier, they ask me the fateful "is everything okay?" Answer: "fairly." No comments. So you pay and never come back. Because then you know you don't know how to cook. The only positive note: the bread.

12/10/2025: Excellent place to enjoy traditional Bolognese cuisine. Friendly and helpful staff. Dogs are allowed; in fact, the place's mascot is a dog named Cesare. I highly recommend it.

16/02/2026: We arrived in Bologna for a few days and found this place while walking. The staff are very kind and helpful. A family atmosphere. Good food. We'll definitely be back!

04/02/2026: They added color to my last evening in Italy with both their food and their kindness. I ordered Spaghetti aglio e olio first. It was delicious. I don't eat meat, and it was a good choice; it was a little oily, but perhaps that's the right kind of abundance, I don't think it would be right for me to lecture them about pasta. Then I had tiramisu. It was like I had an Italian grandmother who had made it for me herself. As we were leaving, I chatted with the only gentleman who spoke English, then that kind lady with black hair (not blonde) came over. First we high-fived, then we high-fived, then she wanted to hug me, and I showed her the way we hug in our culture (by kissing her three times). It was a joyful ending. I think my being a tourist and wearing a headscarf caught their attention. It was an evening where all differences turned into richness. It's a restaurant I'll want to come back to again and again.

15/02/2026: I often eat at Rioletta. The food is very good and high-quality. The staff, mostly young, is very polite. The owner is very knowledgeable. The only flaw, if you can call it that, is that the menu hasn't changed in years.

02/11/2025: I went with some friends for an impromptu lunch, and it was a wonderful discovery. All the dishes were truly delicious and plentiful, but above all, the service was fantastic, with great attention to detail. Highly recommended, we'll be back as soon as possible!!

28/02/2026: I wanted to try this historic Bolognese pastry shop today and I was delighted. The cream-filled croissant and cappuccino were delicious, well-made and good value. The place is cute and the staff are friendly and polite. I recommend it and will probably return!

05/03/2026: Having longtime friends in Bologna, they picked me up one evening and took me to this place outside of Bologna. They ordered a platter of mixed cured meats (nothing special) and two first courses: tortellini with cream and tagliatelle with ragù. Having to stay a few more days and having seen the dishes on the menu, we returned. This time we ordered the Gramigna with sausage, the classic Cotoletta alla Bolognese, and the Friggione (a very good and special onion stew) as a side dish. Even though it was a Sunday evening, the place was packed, a sign that if you keep prices normal, people go out often. Thank you very much.
