On a friend's recommendation, I came to try this place, which is only open for lunch and only on certain days.
It's a very rustic but charming place, with very friendly staff and good food.
We ordered
Special tagliatelle with ragù
Special gramigna pasta with sausage
Of the two, the gramigna was better, even if it was a bit cheesy.
I wasn't a fan of the tagliatelle, the ragù wasn't very intense.

Of the two, the shin was better because the stew was not very flavorful and sometimes even dry.
So, it's a place worth a visit because they make most of the dishes themselves. However, I found it more of a place for a quick lunch break for workers. It's actually very cheap; a first course and a second course cost around €16, which is certainly very cheap and good, but to be honest, I expected it to be better. I recommend a visit.

Traditional Bolognese cuisine, friendly service, and speed are the perfect accompaniment to good food. Special note: open for lunch only. First courses include the gramigna, tortelloni, and the ever-present tagliatelle. For second courses, the shin of pork stands out, a true must, but the rest is also delicious.

Homemade and excellent food. I'm not a fan of cream ravioli, but I had to choose them out of personal preference. They were exquisite, I'd never had them so good...and the stew was mouth-watering. It tasted like my mother and grandmother used to make.

A set lunch menu is available on weekdays.
First course, second course, side dish, 1/2 cup water: €15.
Menu with second course only: €12.50.
First course only: €11.50.

I went to eat at Trattoria Bortolotti a few days ago. I have to say, I had a great time. It's a nice, large, clean place, with delicious food and friendly staff. I definitely recommend it.
