29/07/2025: The best place I have ever stayed. I have traveled quite a lot of places around the world and this is probably my favorite. Stayed here for 2 nights, wish we had spent few more day. Will be back!

02/08/2025: A good restaurant in San Mauro del Cilento. It's attached to the local olive oil mill. It offers healthy food with Slow Food labels. Fast service. A small shop selling local products. Superb prices for the quality.

17/07/2025: A truly interesting experience, not only for the amount we consumed but also for the excellent location overlooking the valley where Mercato San Severino is located. We had an excellent pizza, some appetizers, and my nephew had a simple spaghetti with tomato sauce, which he thought was truly delicious. I can't say anything else, but I think that given these premises, the food is nothing short of excellent. If you're passing through, definitely stop by: the food is delicious.

15/07/2025: Always a great experience over the years, it maintains the guaranteed longevity of its food, even if we expect some changes to the menu compared to this historical moment in which IDEAS reign supreme. The atmosphere is pleasant and charming, with attention to detail in the phrases, anecdotes, and Neapolitan sayings... Service ok Location ok Parking ok I recommend it.

12/07/2025: Beautiful veranda with a splendid view. The food is very good.

19/07/2025: Only one word to describe this experience...horrible. There were 11 of us, served 2-3 times at a time, terrible food. The wine was very warm, we asked for ice, which was brought after 30 minutes. Not only did our table complain, other tables decided to leave. Anyway, the appetizer lasted an hour and a half, my wife was served after an hour and 20 minutes, the waiters were inexperienced, I'm not going to comment on them but on the incompetent manager, I complained to him, he was sorry... but he didn't do anything more than that. We paid a bill of 490.00 euros. We also paid for the liqueurs... it's not for the 5-6 euros per liqueur, at least for all the unpleasant things that happened shouldn't have been counted. I forgot p.s. Let's not talk about the meat. I think I paid 80 euros per kilo Irish, if I'm not mistaken. It arrived raw, not rare. We asked for a griddle... and one arrived for three steaks... imagine that. Anyway, change your itinerary... this place should be closed due to the service, the food, the cistus, and the unprofessional behavior. Best regards, Marco Russo

06/07/2025: Sono stata per la prima volta in question locale, per una piacevolissima serata di fine giugno. Antipasto con crocchè, frittatina di pasta e montanarina, scazzuoppoli con sughetto fresco, assaggio di pizze di vari gusti. Servizio ai tavoli veloce, personale gentile e professionale. Prezzo giusto e conveniente per la qualità eccellente dei prodotti. Ritornero certamente, anche per assaggiare altre pietanze. Consigliatissimo. 5 stelle meritate!!!

25/07/2025: The pizzas were spectacular, but the best of all was Isabella's service. She was super friendly, attentive, and welcoming, with a smile on her face at all times. She made us feel right at home. It's a pleasure to meet people like that. A 10 for the service!

01/08/2025: A refined and welcoming atmosphere, attentive and friendly service, and delicious food, from appetizers to desserts: simple preparations with quality ingredients, highlighted and beautifully presented. We started the evening with a platter of amazing cured meats and cheeses. The seasonal vegetables were amazing. The bean-based first courses were fabulous. The desserts were superb. This will be our regular stop whenever we're in the area.

09/08/2025: Finalmente un ristorante dove cucinano alla vecchia maniera. Tutto genuino, che ti fa chiedere il bis dall'antipasto al dolce. Specializzati nelle pietanze a base di pesce. Ricette con gusto di altri tempi. Sempre attenti al cliente e la zeppola … una delizia 😍

15/07/2025: Amazing dinner in a cozy environment, service was excellent and the food incredible. We had antipasti, pizza, fish platter etc and dolci, coffee, noccino and limoncello. Just a perfect dinner!

29/07/2025: I really recommend this place!! The staff was very welcoming and kind, the food were amazing, locally and internationally sourced. Best steak in Italy 🇮🇹 🥩 we also got mixed grilled seafood and meats, simply delicious. Fairly good prices for the big portions you get. While we waited we got fried eggplant, from the restaurant, which was an added bonus, and they were tasty. It was a very nice atmosphere and you could also get a 1 Liter Coca Cola, which we never seen before🥤
